Great place! Always friendly, and eager to help! Helped me build a wonderful garden bed!

Overall, I think this is one of the better Home Depot locations in the greater Kansas City area. They have a wide selection indoors, a tool rental department, and a large garden section. They could stand to improve their customer service though. Most employees are friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable, which in the end renders their help less than helpful. I would also love to see a broader selection of American-made tools and products.

I was there to purchase a garden hose and nozzle. I then came to check out at the register only to find out the price on the computer was different from the shelf. I told the lady it was $15.47 where I grabbed it from the and she said well my computer said it was $29.99. I felt that it was kind of rude of her to not even try to see is it was the right price or not or even try to help me at all. So I told her I dont want it if it was not the right price and Ill get it from somewhere else. All she said was okay. I just felt as my business wasnt wanted there.
