Typical Kansas City Shell gas station. HorribleClue number one... when I pulled into the parking lot and there were two to three inches of ice and snow three days after the snowstorm I shouldve known things werent going to go well.Clue number two should have been the stream of each or so receipts hanging out of the pump from previous failed transactions.After inserting my card and starting to put it in my wallet the pump told me to reinsert it. My second attempt greeted me with a message to see the attendant.Working my way across the parking lot. I finally reached the safety of the sidewalk only to be greeted by an attendant who didnt understand anything I was saying.He DID understand when I asked him if they forgot to call a snow plow, but his answer was just a smile and he shrugged his shoulders.Ill give another Shell station a chance since Ive got a $0.30 off per gallon promo from T-Mobile Tuesdays to redeem.

Worst gas station I have ever been in guy behind the counter by the about the phone coupons he can type the number in once again I have lost $2.50 coupon for cigarettes because the guy behind encounter could have told me when I first put my phone on the counter but he waited until I hit redeem now to the store can get the $2.50 credit for my coupon because when the store owner is in there he will type in the coupon code
