Almost always excellent service quick service friendly service. The coffee drinks are almost always worth the drive. But if there is an issue I do not believe the training is adequate. There was no I’m sorry what can I do to fix the problem it was sorry ice melts.

The folks that work at this location are very kind and knowledge! Although I rarely venture outside of my normal coffee, the folks here are always ready to help Ana make sure you leave here with exactly you wanted. The location and easy to get in and out just makes it even more efficient and convenient

Spectacular coffee and REALLY nice staff!

Firstly, I want to give props to the ladies working at the window today. I was in line across a man in a white truck who got out and stood by the window and cussed at the girl working when she asked him to get back in his truck. I was impressed with how professionally she handled the conversation despite how unreasonably nasty the man was to her. My drink was awesome and my food was hot. Keep up the good work.

We went through the drive- thru for coffee. I wasnt super impressed with what I got. It wasnt bad, I just have my favorite coffee place, so this was ok.

First time visiting and the breakfast sandwiches are amazingly good and fresh. I had the ham egg cheese croissant and beyond sausage egg cheese ciabatta sandwich!!!!! Also had the strawberry daiquiri non alcoholic chilled was a good drink as well. The employees are pleasant I will be back soon!!!

Just love their coffee also have kids drinks and smoothies. I use the perks so I get free up grades. Generally pretty fast even during their rush hours.

I absolutely love Caribou Coffee. Its my preference over Starbucks. Unfortunately this location never seem to make good drinks consistently and could benefit from more training. Some days my drink has flavors others not so much. Its rather frustrating. When its brought to the attention of the staff they are never sure exactly how to fix the issue, theres always a call to the owner. Maybe more training on how to deal with issues would be appropriate. Typically employees at these kinds of establishments know exactly what policy and procedures are in place if your purchase is not up to standard of the customer or business. Staff always seem confused.

Excellent cold brew and service. Covid safe with mask and extender thingy for the credit card machine, which I like. Seriously may be the best cold brew I have had.

I have been a long time fan of Caribou Coffee, and I love that there are several locations in the KC metro. I wish there were even more.This is a drive through location easy to find on Shawnee Mission Parkway. The staff here are incredible. Even though I cant use my large collection of reusable Caribou Coffee tumblers during the covid-19 era, the staff here still gave me 10% off for bringin it. Ill be happy when this stuff is over and we can get back to saving the planet.

I love Caribou! I have not found a location that I have been disappointed with yet. This one is no acception. Great alternative to those Starry people. Down home with different options.

Could barely taste the flavor in my coffee then i got to the bottom and all the sugar was there, they need to learn how to mix drinks better.

If I’ve learned anything about Caribou is that you should not check the menu online before you come because the locations in Kansas City never have any of the items that you want. You will be better off physically driving to the location and seeing what is on the menu board

Staff was disrespectful. I guess cause I’m a black Uber driver my time isn’t valuable. They took forever to make the order then rushed me out to deal with other customers

It was disappointing being told they could not remove the egg from the breakfast sandwich because they are premade. Why not just remove the egg before toasting it? Ive never had that request turned down at other locations.

My first visit. I know, I know! However, while I do all my shopping & dining in the greater KC area, I dont live here. As for chains we have Starblucks where Im from. Scooters as well. While the later is great, I always pass on the former. I have found my new coffee chain love! Caribou Coffee has, mugs-down, THE BEST coffee around. Rich and delicious, not too overly sweet like some like to do. Just right! Service was quick and friendly as well.

GLUTEN FREE AND TASTY breakfast Sandwiches, people!!!! Need I say more? One of my favorite coffee places bumped themselves up to all time MUST drive through and I may even go out of my way knowing what they have in store. Great holiday drinks too.

Love this brand of coffee. Love that I had options for almond milk and Dark chocolate. Loved the chocolate covered espresso bean on the lid.

I love Caribou! This place is a drive-through/walk-up only, so no indoor seating. Theyre always fast and friendly and you get what youre looking for – Caribou!My favorite drink is an iced Mint Condition mocha with dark chocolate and only half the syrup (full syrup is a little too sweet for me). Its like an Andes mint :)

Non burnt espresso and coffee, beautifully balanced with flavors, if you choose to get them. The vanilla latte is a go to for me because of these reasons. Also, the staff has always been very happy and helpful and spreading joy.

I wish Caribou coffee was everywhere! Love that you can order dark, milk or white chocolate for your beverage. This place does not like to accept phone electronic payments, needs to update the software

Just a drive thru that has two sides and a small walk up seating area. Cool staff, good coffee, good breakfast sandwiches. Not a place to go read a book but if youre not wanting to leave your car this is the stop to make. Take the exit slow!!

VERY GOOD coffee. Nice selection. My wife ordered cafe mocha dark chocolate. They give you a chocolate coffee bean on top of cup.

Staffed with good people willing to get your you favorite fix quickly or decipher what you are craving from guttural noises and uttered flavour preferences (MOAR CAFFEINE! DARK CHOCOLATE! COLD! PLEASE!) Daily window trivia amusing and interesting. Makes a good cuppa and a good - havent had anything worse than quite good here.

Had never been to this location and placed a mobile order. Got there and parked, only to look like a moron. It was 630 in the morn so they didn’t see me outside. Got back in my car and went through the drive thru. They were confused when I said I had a mobile order, but it was made quick and accurately.

If not for the insane amounts of calories the drinks contain, I could live at this place. I have YET to receive a burnt cup of coffee or over steamed latte here. In contrast, I have yet to receive a properly prepared cup of non frozen coffee from Starbucks.Quick service and friendly. A good variety of drinks and munchies too. And theyre open kind later in the evenings too if you need that kinda kick before bed.

Stopped by this place back in October when I was in Kansas. Phenomenal iced coffee. No complaints.

2 of 3 of us getting coffee and hot chocolate got paper cuts from the lids. Including my 5 year old.I tried to call and tell then but the phone is all corporate with no help except going to website. What is this was a huge emergency? Well the lids are cutting to skin and drawing blood.

My favorite mocha!

I keep giving them a try, but Caribou is NOT Starbucks. Their coffee just doesnt taste as good. There are a few nice employees at this location, but theres one with a REALLY annoying fake affected voice and it makes me cringe whenever I hear it.

I have been going here each morning before work over the past month and Im a New Yorker, in other words, I like my coffee with milk and some sugar. Simple, right? Well, I dont know, I love the taste of this coffee, its real coffee (changing my 3 stars to a 4 just thinking about it) but, dwam, can we get some milk and sugar in this cup? I mean the couple of times I did get sugar, I got sugar at the end of my coffee cup so is stirring that hard? I am not complaining though, too much, because they have gone out of their way to fix it each time with a complimentary cup. Really just want to get this right eventually for a harmonious experience. Thank you for not making me waste time for crappy QT coffee or even have to get out of my car. Im a busy single mom so this place helps to speed things along.

We bought two meals with coffe and a bread, and trust me is the worst thing Ive tasted. Dont recomend.

They couldnt change the milk in the blended drink that is similar to the Frappuccino at Starbucks. Not everyone can have whole milk. Starbucks can change the milk and does. Then I accidentally said Grande for the size and the employee tried to tell me she didnt know what size that was equivalent too. That was my bad for not saying medium, but really??? Thats like saying you dont know Starbucks and they are your biggest competitors. I dont think I will be back.
