They came out to clean my windows. The glass part of the windows looks mostly clean, but wow did they make a mess of the windowsills, the interior paint around the windows, and the floors all throughout the house. The windowsills, which actually were clean before they came, were covered in tons of leaves, bugs, and other debris. I understand that cleaning may cause things to get dislodged from somewhere, but they said prior to service that my service included windowsill wipe downs (but not scrubbing), so I certainly would have thought wiping away the mess they made would be included. And really theres no excuse for the black water left inside my house. They even got a massive amount of water in between a wooden cabinet and its glass cover, and they didnt think it necessary to tell me they did this; if I hadnt noticed within a short time after them leaving, it could have permanently warped the wood. When I called them to ask why it was left like this, the woman on the phone told me to email them photos and said someone would be out later that day to fix it, and after I emailed them photos they just never responded. Very oddly unprofessional. Ive used them for several years. They had generally been ok in the past, except for other instances of poor communication, but this is a step too far.

The phone staff and window cleaner were both helpful and friendly. Both make a business successful. The company offered me a fall special. What a plus! My windows were cleaned within one hour. 👍

They did an amazing job on the windows on my house. They cleaned the inside on a rainy day and came back to complete the outside later that week. The windows look so clean - in fact I thought one was left open as it was so clean. The workers were very professional and courteous.

I had a putrid experience with scheduling.When I called on a Monday to schedule a gutter cleaning, I was told the service would be completed that week.I did not receive any communication and when I called on Friday for an update, I was told I was still scheduled for it to be completed by the end of the week.The following Monday arrived, and I did not receive any communication. I called back and was told it would be completed by the end of this new week (sounds familiar huh). That Friday rolled around, and I still hadn’t received any word on what is going on!Right when I was about to cancel, I finally got a text saying they will complete it on that Sunday. That Sunday the worker came over and serviced the gutters. The service was great, affordable, and the worker was polite.It wasnt the time frame that upset me, it was the fact there was almost NO communication and the little communication there was, I had to initiate. It is ridiculous that your business can run with this lack of communication - it completely astounds me.I will not be using your services again.

When I pay for a service or good I expect professionalism and a great customer experience. I love, love, love Rigdon! They came out to clean my many windows, inside and out, and did an amazing job! They are super professional, skilled, good communicators and friendly. I will hire them again in the Fall, and if need be, for other projects. I would highly recommend Rigdon!

First time gutter cleaning, no problems, cleaned up everything that came down the spouts. Second time we added window cleaning, he missed some of our windows. Then not sure he cleaned all of the gutters, I didn’t see him do the front gutters. We had all kinds of debris left in the splash guard area, now two months later we have a downspout completely clogged, no water down the spout at all! When my husband called he got, “well we’ve had a lot of rain”.

I can honestly say the owner of the company would make hiring Rigdon worth it. I hired Rigdon to clean the gutters (first time hiring anyone) and had a small issue come up during service. Working with a person with Rigdon (she is incredibly helpful) the issue finally found its way to the owner who stepped in and made things right. Most companies would have said tough luck and deal with it, but Rigdon addressed the issue.I believe Rigdon is a company with integrity that stands by their work and fixes issues that arise. I highly recommend Rigdon.

Had them out to clean the gutters and add a downspout. Got a quote and agreed to it. They came out four times and on the forth time had to finish cleaning the gutters someone who they sent out didn’t finish a few days earlier. On the fourth trip they started the downspout but never finished it. They wanted to charge an additional $65 to paint it but that should’ve been part of the quote. Now the gutter pieces for the new downspout are laying on the back patio and the work still isn’t done. They advised they would come back the next and never did. I also had them fix some plumbing issues and the guy they sent had no idea what he was doing and he was watching YouTube videos while he was there to try and figure it out. Same guy worked on the shower handle and couldn’t fix it. He should me the problem and when I looked at it he had the shower handle upside down. Once he fixed that the problem went away. Again still don’t have the downspout installed or painted and they didn’t come back the next day like they said they would. I wouldn’t advise using them.

Horrible business practice! They showed up and added upcharge to what has already been quoted while cleaning our windows for excessive grime If you are going to up charge at least inspect and let the customer know before you start the work. I did not see the cleaner scrub the excessive grime because there is no excessive grime This is a total scam to take money from you.

One of your trucks with a passenger thought it would be hilarious to peel out and speed down my street. Just to let the passenger out to go into their house to get some snacks. I could hear them cheering and CLAPPING at their success. THEN they didnt even STOP for the stop sign when they left. I have pictures and video, so dont worry. When I learn this has been resolved Ill change and/or remove this review.

We had Rigdon out to clean our gutters in January as we thought we might be in for a harsh winter. I didnt want icicles hanging from my gutters and damaging them. They arrived on time, completed the job and left everything clean. I really appreciated that because Ive had other gutter cleaning companies out that didnt clean up the debris from the gutters, instead leaving it on the ground for me to pick up. If I had a ladder, I would get up there and show how clean my gutters are, too! I will certainly call Rigdon for gutter cleaning again.

We recently had gutter guards installed on our home in a heavily wooded lot. Andrew showed us why the old guards we had in place would eventually let debris in and were not great for our location.They were able to come out two days later to complete the install. The installer was beyond professional and worked past dark installing our new guards. He even re-leveled the gutter on the back side of our home.I promised I would leave a review after our first good rain, and after the storm last week, we are blown away. Our gutters no longer overflow anywhere on our home and we are blown away.You get what you pay for!! We highly recommend the services and professionalism of Rigdon Inc!!!

I just want to say what a GREAT job Angel and Pasqual did, inspecting and cleaning my gutters today!I had called Rigdon because wed had new gutters installed with our new roof (not done by Rigdon) but kept the gutter guards Rigdon had provided us. I wanted to be sure the gutters were working properly and that the guards were in place.Angel and Pasqual arrived promptly at the appointed time, and Angel walked my property as I showed him all our downspouts--some of which were flowing freer than others. He and Pasqual inspected the gutter guards and the downspouts, and cleaned the gutters thoroughly. Afterward, Angel gave me a report: the gutters looked good, and the downspouts were clear, and the gutter guards were in place. The reason that some downspouts were flowing freer than others was because there was a very slight angle in the gutters, directing the water flow to one side of the house more than another--most probably, to allow the water to drain down the driveway and into the storm drain.I appreciate both gentlemen taking the time to listen to my concerns, provide a thorough cleaning and inspection, and answer all my questions. They are another reason why Im a satisfied customer of Rigdon!

I used Rigdon to install gutter covers on my gutters and I also bought a special for window cleaning. Both projects went well. The gutter covers were installed as promised and look great. My windows look new after they were cleaned and I will be using them again to clean in the spring.

I paid $850 for Christmas lights to be custom hung on my house. I had no idea they are not your lights when taken down. This is the worst ripoff ever!!! Do not have Christmas lights hung. I even paid more for LED lights that arent my lights!!! Never again with Rigdon!

I seldom write reviews, but these guys earned this one. On time, polite, professional in vehicle and personal appearance, efficient, fast, great job with no streaks, no mess, cheerfully helped with some of the furniture, and last but not least was the incredible low price. One window is one window with Brigdon, inside and out including screen cleaning (with their top The Works package). Many other companies call one single glass pane a window, turning one window into 4 (or more). Our recent painting company wanted $20 per individual glass pane, for external cleaning only. Brigdon was a fraction of that price and they did everything and did it well. HIGHLY recommended!! Look no further. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Bought home with completely clogged gutters. Contacted Rigdon and scheduled cleaning. Charles and Alexis were promp and thoroughly cleaned the gutters to my 100% satisfaction. Then they used the blower and hose to clean the fascia, trim, and driveway that were now covered in dirt and debris. Great job and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again. Texted me (the wrong person) about cleaning windows and i responded saying “what” because i didn’t ask for anyone’s services and he responds super unprofessionally saying “exactly what i said” like who responds like that towards someone you think is your customer.

I cannot say enough good things about Rigdon. The entire experience from start to finish is amazing. The office staff is incredibly nice and very helpful, all the workers Ive had come out always do a fantastic job and go above & beyond, and they even call to follow-up after the work is complete. If you need any of the services they provide, look no further! (I dont often write reviews...maybe I would if more companies did business like Rigdon!)

Culture Shock. Okay, they did a fine job cleaning my gutters, but my NY home was twice the size of my home here and professional gutter cleaning was a flat $75 - $115, depending on who you called.Rigdons fee was $99 for the first 100 feet. Not realizing how much gutter I had I said go ahead. The bill came to $186, which was accurate for the total feet. When I discussed my upset, they did re bill me at a lower rate that was recently offered. Still $161.Maybe that is the norm in the greater KC area, but it wont work for me.
