Been going here for a long time, and service is pretty quick with a great waiting area with a coffee machine. Had great interactions up until I spoke with Dave from service today to schedule routine maintenance on my vehicle. He gave pretty curt answers to my pretty basic questions. It sounded like he was having a rough day, and it showed.
So anyone who knows me knows I do not like shopping. After some research I casually strolled late one Thursday evening (like 7:20pm!) into Infinity of Kansas City. I knew by the look on the faces it was late but Randy Robinson volunteered to take me on anyway! So I sit down and get straight to business. I told him what I wanted. He got it. I took the test drive, basically as a formality, and by 8pm I was signing paperwork! My kind of process! Randy, not only was super knowledgeable about the vehicles but also the used and new car market. He was also very amiable which helped make the somewhat daunting process of purchasing a vehicle much better. This is my first Nissan after many years of solely being a Honda girl but I love my little blue! I believe a rapport was built that day which I hope will last into the future as I hope to be seeing Randy for my next purchase. Thanks Randy & Infiniti!Oh yes btw, three more things.#1 I have already received a gentle email reminder about vehicle maintenance due in 2022- Im starting to wonder if someone there knows me personally because yes, I do need that! My husband and I purchased a vehicle last Monday from Infiniti of Kansas City. We worked with Randy Robinson. He was absolutely AMAZING. From start to finish he made the process of buying a car seamless. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family, and plan to! The gentlemen in finance (sorry, forgot his name) was just as wonderful to work with. We have been looking for over a month and had been to countless dealerships, and we were sold with Randy! Unfortunately we had to deal with the service department 3 days after our purchase. They were rude, unprofessional and lied to me. I have the ability to have my vehicle serviced 2 times for free with my purchase and I will absolutely not be using their service department, even for free.

In short, every dealership came in about the same on pricing, terms, etc. But there was a noticeable difference at Kansas City when it came to customer service. The Service Associates kept my car a week longer than necessary. During the first week, they changed their story about why it wasnt completed. Then the beginning of the second week when my originally assigned Service Associate returned it only took 2 days to order parts & complete the service. Meanwhile, the first day of the second week it hailed, I found multiple areas of hail damage to my car once returned to me and though they had no business having my car for this length of time they refuse to do anything about my hail damage which my car got while under their responsibility. Had my car not sat at their dealership sitting for no reason, it would have been home in my garage during the hail. I am appalled at their poor use of my time & their customer care! I well go out of town for Infiniti service before ever returning to this dealership!!!

Easily the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I purchased a Q50 here. The customer service in the service department is a complete joke the few times I went in for service and rude. Took them 5 days to fix a simple broken air box clip that they broke when getting a oil change. Absolutely no regard for my time and concerns. Everyone is confused and lacks professional communication in order to address repairs service. Will never again buy from here or get service here. Go to any other Nissan dealer instead.

Beautiful dealership! Flew across the country with my grandfather and to pick up his dream Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Robert could not have made the experience easier. He texted my grandfather the entire time and sent a driver to pick us up. We were welcomed by three very professional gentlemen who had the Jeep sitting at the front of the dealership when we arrived with a customized sign congratulating him on his purchase. I would recommend anyone shoping for a car to stop by and just ask questions and see what results are given.I wont give 5 stars only because no one is perfect, have to keep Poula on his toes.

I went here after having my car totaled in a hit and run and needing an immediate replacement. This dealership had a very quick, non-intimidating process that helped me find a car I loved. My salesperson was Joseph Reed, who was awesome to deal with and gave me a fun and easy experience all around. Also, I financed through my personal bank instead of the dealership and they were totally great about it, not at all pushy. I loved shopping here and would return for another car! It’s about 3 months later and I’m still loving my vehicle!
