ProSource and my Sales Manager, Kay Roppe, and all the staff have been absolutely solid in helping me achieve success with my design clients. They have always stood behind me and provided hours of support not only when decisions are quickly made by my clients but when it takes numerous changes for a successful outcome! Kay has shown incredible knowledge of all the products in the store, has called in sales reps of various products for additional expertise as needed, and has shown great patience explaining all the pros and cons of those products to my clients. She has not only gained my trust but their trust, too, with her knowledge and expertise. Thank you ProSource and Kay!
Wow! I can’t say enough great things about Pro Source. The people are fantastic to work with…especially Kay. She is so knowledgeable and has an eye for design and detail. She worked with us on a bathroom remodel and knew exactly what I wanted. She made it look even better than I had envisioned it myself. I tell all my friends about her and Pro Source! Go there. You won’t be sorry!
Highly Recommend working with Prosource as they have the best selection and top quality products. We had the pleasure of working with Kay and she is top notch at her job. Everything we ordered looks just the was we wanted it to and we could not be happier. Thank you so much Kay and Prosource!
We have worked with ProSource on several projects and received excellent service! They have a huge selection and beautiful show room. We have several more projects lined up with ProSource already and we always look forward to the beautiful outcome! Highly recommended!!
ProSource has been my Go-To source for all of our flooring and tile needs for over 20 years. I know that when I have one of my customers go in they will receive professional, cordial and accurate help with assisting them in making product selections for their project.Kay is great about coordinating their products choices with other materials, paint colors, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc...that are not even being purchased through them..First Response Restoration
Work with Kay or Scott. They know what they are doing and will get you the look you want. Prosource has the best selection of hardwood and tile. We will be using them again when we finish our basement
Nothing but the best! Alex was a true professional and made our remodel so smooth. True talent with a great eye for design. The entire staff was always welcoming and hard working. The products, from flooring to cabinetry and everything in between, are reasonably priced and great quality. I won’t go anywhere else on a go forward. Alex and Matthew made a great team that helped us design an entire house remodel.
Kay and John ruined what was supposed to be a fun, exciting experience when building a new home from the second we walked in the door. Kay is just terrible; avoid her (or better yet, just go somewhere else). Our builder forced us to use them and even after they screwed up the installation, John had the nerve to call us names and insult us. Such childish behavior for a grown man. They would rather my family of 4 with two small children be homeless (and eat the labor and materials cost of fixing everything) than put hardwood where they were contractually obligated to. We coughed up the money simply because we have two small children that do not need to be couch surfing. I couldnt give them a worse review. What awful people. Go somewhere else or negotiate with your builder beforehand.
It was a quick and painless process to pick out what was needed for our remodel.
Good service. Social distanding. We were looking at kitchen faucets. Not huge selection but we found one we wanted.
We dealt with Scott and are so pleased with his help and all the options they have there. No pressure, just competent and helpful assitance
Alex and John are amazing to work with! They both are detail oriented and really care about you. Communication has been great! I bring my clients there to look at samples for their project. Some of their brands have rebates too! There’s many suppliers in KC, but ProSource in Merriam KS is worth checking out. Solid team. Solid products. Solid communication.
The professionals at ProSource went above and beyond to help my husband I with a whole-house remodel. Their staff’s expertise, product knowledge and design assistance in selecting wood floor, bathroom tile, kitchen backsplash, hardware, etc. made certain that our colors and finishes flowed beautifully throughout our home. The ProSource cabinet designer also did an exceptional job and gave us everything we wanted and more and still saved us thousands on our kitchen and bathroom cabinets over another company. The customer service from start to finish with this company from selecting knobs and pulls to taking extra care to be sure the glaze finish of our cabinets met our color expectations took so much stress out of this process. Between the huge selection of quality products and the personal care we received, we have been delighted every step of the way. Thank you, Kay and Matthew for all of your help!! We could not be a bit happier!
Im giving them 2 Stars only because everyone I spoke with was very nice and they have a great showroom.Unfortunately, I could never get them to provide me a quote. I knew exactly what I wanted and had my drawings. After two weeks of waiting for a quote, multiple email reminders, and a personal drop-in visit, I finally had to take my order somewhere else.
I have worked with ProSource for the last 9 years-Kay has been awesome to work with-her product knowledge is extensive and I trust her guidance on industry trends more than any other vendor we work with. Heather has gone above and beyond in ways that most people cannot imagine to help us. John backs up his sales team and products. They have helped our company though lots of projects, and when and if things don’t always go perfectly (because they usually don’t in this industry!) ProSource’s team is always willing to get things done and make things right!
I work with Heather Krump and she is extremely knowledgeable on the products and is great at finding the look I want within a certain price point. The showroom is great and offers many options all in one place. Heather from ProSource is the best!
We are very grateful to Alex Manuele and Matthew Keller for their guidance in selecting the products we wanted for our floor covering and cabinets. They were ethical and professional during our encounters with them and their kitchen design turned out fabulous for us. Matthew drove from Lenexa to our home in Lawrence to be sure a few cabinet concerns were addressed and resolved to our liking. Alex and Matthew are skilled, competent, hi-tech, professionals who listen to what you want and give you great design options.
My wife and I purchased tile for all of our bathrooms and kitchen back-splash from this store. Kay was extremely helpful showing us around their huge showroom, and gave us great recommendations. Their selection is second to none, and their staff is in-touch with design trends. Do yourself a favor and check them out if youre looking for high-quality finishes for your home.
We were very happy with the service we received at ProSource. They helped us with the selection of our carpet for two levels in our house and lead us through the selection of the best pad. Then they lined us up with a couple installers for bidding. The installation went great and the overall experience was very positive.
ProSource is amazing. Heather and Kay have that personal touch, very helpful, and a unique design quality that is outstanding.
What an awful experience! Many communication break downs and not following through on what they say they are going to do. Instead of making it right, they just ignore all texts, phone calls, and voicemails. I even called a different associate and they said they would have him call me back and tell him it is urgent and he still would not call me back. Not sure Ive experienced customer service this bad before. I tried to bring this poor customer service experience to the attention of the store manager and he didnt even call me back. They just dont care.
Not what I paid for. The carpet I bought from them shreds a lot. Poorly made
ProSource (PS) sold us probably between $30,000-40,000 worth of flooring between wood and tile. The delivery guy dropped all our boxes (pre-finished wood for the upper level of our home) from the truck into our street as he stacked them too high on the back of the truck and all the wood fell 5-6 feet. Accidents happen and I felt badly for the man, so I helped him load them all into our garage as he was directed. About 20% of the wood was splintered. PS didnt want to take the entire shipment back initially. They wanted to inspect each piece and salvage what they could. Some of the splintered wood was small enough, it could have gone undetected until it would have been installed. We didnt want to take that chance, so they sent different wood. The other set of pre-finished wood for our main floor was taken back as the upstairs area was gapping. We originally had pre-finished wood and decided to go with unfinished white oak to try and prevent gapping on our main floor. Our only problem we had with the white oak was about 150 sq ft. We got a credit for this amount.Kay was difficult for me to reach. I could pretty much only reach her via email. I had mentioned to one of the front deck people at PS that I dont understand spending this large amount with Kay and I cant get her to call me back. The lady said Kay has a lot of people spend that amount, just email her. Trying to reach Kay and John got extremely tiresome over the months. Once I finally reached John, his communication was pretty good.John became upset while at my home (he came to look at the gapping in the wood with the installer) after looking at wood that was gapping/separating as we disagreed on what was acceptable (please see photos below). I had to talk him down as he was headed for the front door. You can ask the installer who did the review immediately after mine, he was there. Its odd that PS asked him to do a review immediately after mine with 5 stars...We also had numerous cracked tile pieces and most of my jolly trim pieces were cracked. PS would not refund us any money, they would only give us store credit. Im guessing this is company policy. My wife and I felt trapped and finally we left money on the table and never used the jolly credit as it wasnt worth it.I had previously left names out of this review, but PS wanted to include them, so I did as well.Look at the other reviews from these other customers (Ron, Levi and Lauren) below. This doesnt appear to be an isolated situation.
I hate to do this but they just screwed everything up. The people are really nice and the show room is great for the space they have. I put in two orders, one they kept getting the prices wrong, took way too long, three weeks and the supplier who had it in stock was just a 10 min drive away. The other order I called about every week then after three weeks when it was supposed to arrive they claimed i never actually ordered it and it was never even places. Im now out $380 for the deposit for the tile and I lost the job.Just go to Sunderlands or Emser.
Very friendly, very helpful with lots of nice options.
Have shopped them exclusively for many projects large and small. John and Heather are my go to flooring EXPERTS. Just take in your prints measurements or client and I am taken care of.
Marisol in shipping. Go say hello
Good people
