First things first, I came to this dealership because of the excellent service my wife received. The salesperson that sold me my car was great. Financing people were great. Then I brought my wifes truck in for a detail. Which I told her is way too expensive but she knows you guys do a great job. When we got our truck back, the sports chairs o had back there were gone. Not sure if someone took them out and forgot to put them back, or they decided to steal from me. I called several times but never received a call back. I went in two days ago to get an oil change and asked again. Still no reply about this. On top of all that, I get my car after an oil change, and my car smells like an ashtray. I know there are smokers at your work, but they dont need to be smoking while driving my car. Ill still be coming back because I purchased the oil change package, but I will not be referring unless these issues are addressed.
Got new Highlander limited from them and that car was making squeaking noise when driving above 30 mph. Took it to this dealership/service center to get it checked why car was making squeaking noise.They just said it is coming from car tires and said wont investigate actual issue because certified profession said its coming from cars tire and it is characteristics of this car. Wont let me test drive other car to confirm whether it is actual issue with my car or characteristics of the car.Highlander seems to have this issue and there are couple of suggested solutions online(with screenshots from dealership on what they did to fix this issue) but this service center was not at all interested in helping.I tried contacting Toyotas helpline to get some help and when Toyotas representative called this guys they were like issue is resolved and there nothing needs to be done.I would recommend buying your car from someone else which provides better support once after you buy a car from them.Edit:Got the issue fixed from other service center. Sound was not at all coming from tires.

I dont recommend going to this place and get service your vehicle. I took an appointment at 1 pm and at 3 pm, I see my vehicle sitting outside without doing anything. I would say if they cant manage schedule then they are really lacking in time management. Interesting thing is they have extra sales person doing nothing only bothering customers who are waiting for their vehicle to service. They really need to increase their tech team reaources.Instead taking Hendrick service appointment, I had to go Olathe Toyota. I have seen that they are really quick and helpful to customers.

We came to look at the 4Runners for sale, not sure about purchasing. However, the vehicle was amazing and our salesperson, Brendan Shaw, was wonderful. He did not pressure us for a sale, was very welcoming and willing to work with us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. The process was unusually quick in comparison to our previous car buying experiences, and the finance department worked magic. Overall, very happy with our experience here.

Extremely bad customer service all the way up to service director Steven. Engine overheated and failed a month after a $2800 service that turned out to be a LOOSE BOLT. Mind you, this loose bolt was on the WATER PUMP. Now they want another $4500 to fix.What they do best is sell expensive bolts.

Mercedes is the best on time under budget
I wanted to leave a review to warn others about this dealership. I purchased the maintenance package when I bought my vehicle less than a year ago and have experienced poor customer service ever since. With an appointment you will wait a couple hours for an oil change in which they do the bare minimum- other companies such as Honda and jiffy lube will at least vacuum your car. They will do whatever it takes to get the most money out of you, for example at my first and second oil change I was shown $1000+ work that should be done for my brand new Toyota certified vehicle I bought from them meaning it was in perfect condition yet 6 months later needs a grand of work done? I recently took my vehicle in for a standard oil change and tire rotation and paid to have the wheels aligned after being told it needed to be done. Upon leaving my car was making a very loud noise it was not making prior. I took it back the next day and was told the tires just needed to balance out and it would go away with time. Two weeks later and the noise is getting louder- I take it back in for the third time and I am told they’re going to charge me to “diagnosis” the issue. I asked why this wasn’t done the previous time my car was brought in, Arthur, the assistant service manager tells me he can’t find a ticket for that visit meaning they didn’t even look at it, had me wait and pretended they did. Very unethical business practice. I had issued a complaint after my second visit with Missy who completely blew me off and no one ever followed up. I have canceled my maintenance plan with them and of course was charged a $50 cancellation fee but it is well worth it to never do business with this money hungry incompetent company again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Toyota advertises $25 gift card if you test drive a vehicle. I printed the email, went into Toyota, test drove 2 vehicles. Wanted to think about it for a bit so I left and he said I would get the gift card via email. I never got it, so asked about it and was told to come back in to Toyota because they had no record of me coming in to test drive. Toyota was never going to give out the gift card, it was just a scam to get me in the store. Since I didnt buy a car, they didnt give me the gift card, and tried to scam me to come back to Toyota. 100% would not recommend this terrible place. If you want to feel respected when buying a car, go to Hyundai.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Extremely untrustworthy. Changes price as soon as they know you want the car. This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was quoted a price, went back to buy the car. The manager Mike aggressively said that there was NO WAY he was going to sale the car at the price I was quoted. When I asked them why I was quoted a price that they are not honoring. He said what I was quoted was a today deal only. I told him that it was not communicated to me that the offer was one time “today only offer” Mike’s response was “That’s just business” For such a big dealership it’s sad to see how incompetent a manger is in the customer service department.

Never take your car to this service center. I took my prius here as I received a scary warning message instructing me to check the hybrid system. They replaced a fuel pump and told me I needed to replace an expensive cable. About a week later, I received the same warning in my car and realized that the fuel level was the same as the last time this warning appeared, so as a test I pulled over and filled up on gas. The warning disappeared. The entire problem my car was experiencing had to do with the fuel level indicator being inaccurate. None of the items Hendrick replaced in my car were necessary. The bill was nearly $1000 and it was completely unnecessary. I took my car to this service center because I believed they would understand the hybrid system issues the best. I now know they misled me and never diagnosed the issue correctly. Never take your vehicle to this place.
