No complaints so far. Except I had a not so great interaction with a cashier a while ago. It looked like they were forcing her to work. I wonder if it was that cashier the other reviewers complaint about π€π€π€. Love going to this store. Staff is great.
I live close and come here every so often for the close by convenience, hoping the cashier Tanika is not on schedule that day. She is extremely rude upon every encounter, but is close with a select few regulars. She will be so nice to her friends then I will approach to check out looking as happy as I can be carrying a smile on my face with much patience. She will literally snap into a different person, go from cheery and joyful, to rude and hateful. On one occasion I was the only person in line, she saw that I was ready, and proceeded to stock the candy next to me for several minutes, the. Huff and puffed her way all the way to the register to very rudely help me. Iβm not sure why she treats people this way, especially since I have been very nice during every encounter, but it is not only me, I see her treat others the same. She ruins my mood, I do not have a fun experience when she is around.On a positive note, the other workers are very nice and helpful. I am just so confused on why Tanika (not sure if Iβm spelling that correct) still has a job. She must put on a good show in front of the managers.
I went in to get a vaccination. The gal in the pharmacy put in the wrong health insurance policy number in the computer which stated my policy was invalid. Finally someone was able to enter the right number. The thing that bothered me the most was store employees were walking around without wearing the COVID 19 masks properly. Even a cashier had the mask below his nose while checkin out people.. For my own safety, I will try to avoid this particular store.
Staff is very friendly and helpful . I go very often and have never had anyone be rude to me .
Cashier Tanika was rude with a horrible disposition. I did two separate transactions and took them to my car. Afterwards I brought in something I needed to return with the receipt. She rolled her eyes (which she probably thought I wouldnβt see as I quickly glanced at my phone). I asked her is it okay if I return the item (given her reaction and body language). The first 2 times I asked she didnβt respond as if I was talking to myself, finally the 3rd time she responded βyouβre standing here, Iβm doing itβ. This is not someone who should be responsible for dealing with customers and I intended to call corporate.
Dont have your pictures developed here. In the past, my experience with this particular Walgreens was decent. Today I am left disappointed with no plans on returning. After multiple inconvenient trips I was left without the photographs I had ordered to be developed.
Extremely rude staff. Lied about when the script would be ready. Didnt know how to process payments. I was forced to leave without an asthma medication. If I could give negative ratings I would.Walgreens used to be polite and open 24 hours. I was willing to deal with the odd rude employee or overpriced snacks because they were knowledgeable and open 24/7. Now they are open about 12 hours a day, yet the prices remain high. the employees are no longer knowledgeable about their operating system. Why would I trust them on prescription advice. Maybe Walgreens should go back to the values of 1901 rather than attempting to emulate WALMART

Someone else said this - but I would like to reiterate that Parker in the pharmacy department is SUPER helpful. Hes given me advice on numerous things and is always super friendly.
Very nice service from the cashier, very pleasant to everyone, didnt even mind that I kept forgetting things I needed to buy and got back in line like 3 different times. Got a busy schedule and I been very forgetful lately.
This store is hit or miss with customer service. I will say I appreciated the help from the pharmacist regarding a medication when insurance is such a pain and hassle. He helped me get coordinated with insurance and doctor for a medication that would still be OK but better price out of pocket.
Great Lady at checkout counter - Loads of personality. Pharmacy staff excellent as well! Im not an employee or competitor, just a customer.
They have very good deals on a lot of products.
One of the pharmacist (Parker) was fantastic. Hooked us up with a coupon that saved us a couple hundred bucks on our sons antibiotic.
The staff at this Walgreens store are the nicest and are always helpful. I have never encountered one on a bad day, or one who refused to help me and I am there frequently.
