I’ve been shopping here since TheBusyToddler let me know about them from Instagram. I’ve come and found things for each of my three girls multiple times. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Today they went above and beyond and helped my 5 year old feel so special while shopping for her sister. All the things they have are amazing quality and worth every penny. We love it at this store!

Always have what I want and everything I didnt know I wanted

I called Lakeshore Learning customer service today about an issue I had with a package that was shipped to me missing a few items. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I ever expected them to do. Let me just start by saying I ordered these things back in July for my daughter whom is a teacher for Christmas. I never opened the box until today when I started wrapping presents. When I opened the box I noticed that it was missing several items. I immediately called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done but like I said I had ordered these items back in July so I really didn’t think that they would be able to help me. There was no issue at all, as soon as I told them what had happened there was really no questions asked they apologized for the mistake and said they would send the items out right away. I was blown away at how awesome the issue was handled. They were extremely helpful friendly and eager to fix the issue right away mind you like I said that I had ordered these things 5 months ago!! Thanks so much Lakeshore I will be shopping here a lot more in the future!!!! Your the best!!

Fantastic Customer Service - I had a slight issue with a game bought there, and when I brought it back the staff insisted that we open up the new box and make sure it worked. A little thing, but will definitely make me go back!

Its clean. The staff is friendly, knowable, and very helpful. There are things for kids to play with while looking around. Saturdays are great because they have crafts from 12-2pm.

Wonderful learning toys and craft items. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, plus they have free craft activities on Saturdays from 11-3. My kids (5 & 7)are as happy to go here as they are a toy store.

Great toys and books if you can get over the high prices. Come and get a good idea of what to shop for online.
