I went in to the service center to get my A/C fixed and oil changed. As i visited the center, i just wanted them to take a look at other two minor issues (Not really needing/wanting those to be fixed)They tried to charge $300 for diagnosing three issues given below:A/C not workingMinor sound coming from right rear wheelBluetooth not workingIt makes sense to charge for diagnosing A/C not working issue but not for other two. After quite some discussion, they agreed to charge only $100 for the diagnosis. Had i overlooked it, i would have lost $200Problem 1 : Overcharging for no real service.After they did the diagnosis, they came back and said my rear brake pad is completely broken and I cant leave the service center with out getting it fixed. They even got some broken piece and showed me (I am not sure if it happened due to a mistake done by technician while handling it) I literally had zero problems with my brake except for a minor sound coming from the right rear wheel once in a while.Problem 2 : Breaking stuff in the service center and making consumer liable for fixing it, with no choice leftAfter some discussion, they agreed to fix the brake at a 50% cost as they left my brake in an unsafe way in the service center but after fixing it, they changed the word, tried to bluff around and charged me the full amount for the brake. By this time, i was fed up with the manager and the staff for how unprofessional they are. I didnt want to drag the discussion, shared my dissatisfaction, paid the full amount and left the service center.Problem 3 : Commiting to something, changing the word and cheating at the endNote: Just to avoid problems like above, i prefer going to the authorized dealers but it is unfortunate to have this kind of experience at Reed Hyundai Service Center.

Shocked!! I went in for an oil change on my Sonata with 16,500 miles and they recommended that I should get a fuel induction service for $189.00, which I denied, clearly not needed. They also tried to charge me an additional $17 for a shop charge on top of the quoted oil change. I will never go back to this dealership again. They brag about transparent pricing to buy a car, they should try this in the service department also.
Good service. Put all of the discounts out right away. Easy to buy a car. Edited review because after buying car any work done on car in their service department is very very slow. It was two and a half hours for an oil change with and appointment. This is not an isolated incident its the third time.
I have unsubscribed from yalls emails at least twenty times now. Stop. Emailing. Me. It doesnt matter how many times I mark it as spam, or unsubscribe, it still ends up in my inbox. Absolutely ridiculous.
Service Dept not clearly marked. Drove around the whole complex looking for it in a maze of cars and driveways. When I pointed to them, they acted as though it was no big deal and the one small sign in middle of maze was out there.
