The repair were completed earlier than expected. When does that ever happen? Jeremy and Holly were super nice, efficient and very reasonably priced. We were first time visitors, but it certainly wont be the last. Finding quality repairs and honesty now days is difficult. Great job Mission Auto and GREAT job Jeremy and Holly!

I needed some work done on my brakes and also needed the wheel bearings replaced. I spent a lot of time reviewing other shops and finally decided on Mission Auto... they did a good job my car is running great.

Jeremy and Holly are great. Vehicle repairs arent cheap or easy. This couple and their team have the skills and tools to do the job right and provide great service at a fair price, carrying on in the tradition of years of trust built by Mission Auto.

Jeremy went above and beyond to install power steering in my 68 Chevelle that didnt have factory power steering. Jeremy had to modify several parts in order to complete the conversion; he also identified some issues I wasnt aware of. The customer service was awesome and I will definitely use Jeremy and his team for future work on my classic car and daily driver!

This was my 3rd time getting my car serviced by mission auto an they did not disappoint 👏 I took my car in one morning they looked at it quoted me a reasonable rate..I also ask alot of questions abt how safe was the car to drive until I could get it fixed...the mechanic gave me honest answers an set me at ease. The price he quoted turned out to be more than I actually paid an that was great! I also really like in this day an time everyone uses their cell..an mission auto sent me texts instead of playing phone tag..thats awesome..holly even text me a couple days later to see if everything was working well ..I luv that place I dont think I will be going anywhere else..its the kindness consideration an customer service for me 😊❤💯🙌💪

The owners were top notch, not only from a mechanical standpoint. The problem with my daughters car was taken care of and there hasnt been a reoccurrence of any problem whatsoever. In the past, I have had mechanics that either didnt listen, guessed what was wrong instead of figuring it out for several visits, or repaired/replaced items that didnt need to be.

These guys get it. They walk you through everything they find. They tell you what you need to be safe, what to watch out for, and are generally pretty helpful. I recieved a reccomendation from a friend and could not be happier. I brought a newly purchased used car for an overview knowing that it needed some work. They fixed what was needed to keep it safe and helped to determine an engine swap had been performed. They diagnosed several issues for me with misfires (result of the swap) and suggested various options on what could be done. Easy to work with and they are willing to provide help and guidance when looking at vehicle options. Just nice to find honest folks who will help you without a hand in your pocket and do quality work.

I cant say enough about how professional and thorough these guys are! I had an air conditioning problem that was traced back to a PCM connection. Instead of replacing the PCM and charging hundreds, they repaired the connection and saved me hundreds. Always fantastic service by Rich and the guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My experience with the staff was positive and they did not charge me to run a transmission diagnosis. It pains me to write a negative review, because I like these guys and I like the shop, but they made a mistake and misdiagnosed the problem. They told me that I needed to replace the transmission (over $4,000 with labor) and I towed the car to another shop that was recommended to me, to get a second opinion. They discovered that the vehicle was 5 quarts low on transmission fluid (about $200). I just picked up the car and it drives perfectly, so it appears that this was indeed the problem. Unfortunately, I had been told by Mission Auto that the fluid level was fine and that for sure the transmission needed to be replaced.

Excellent experience here. Final price was lower than quoted.. Never seen that before from an auto shop. Totally honest and superb work.

These guys are perfect! I have been doing the Toyota dealership, they solved the problem faster, knew what to do, costs less, and were such nice people.

I was referred to these guys about 5 years ago & I have come to trust their diagnosis & workmanship enough to not worry about getting a 2nd opinion in most cases.They listen to me as I explain my issues & let me know my options up front (ie. what certain tests etc. will cost). They call me before they start any work & have no problem itemizing things out upon request. They work hard to find used replacement parts which keep costs down & are the only auto mechanic that has ever called me when the car was ready & told me it would cost less than what they initially told me.I will continue to use Mission Auto for all my automotive needs.
