I wrecked the rear end of my truck and they fixed it quick and kept me informed on every step of the process. When they were finished it looked just as good as it did before the wreck. I would differently recommend.

Took my car there to be repaired and they repaired some and damaged other things. When I tried to address the situation more than once they had excuses. Here I am months later finding more stuff they broke. They even put the fire panel on backwards. Terrible service and horrible quality of work. They fail to take responsibility for damages they caused.

First, the work done on the hood and bumper of my car was absolutely incredible! I am beyond pleased with that. Looks brand new!Second, everyone that I spoke to at Baron Collision was very kind and helpful. They worked with my insurance for me so that I didn’t have to do anything.Lastly, and I don’t know if they do this for everyone or not, but they even gave the inside of my car a little detail/vacuum/wipe down which I thought was very kind of them.I would 100% recommend Baron if you are looking for auto body work!

The most Professional Body Shop Repair I have experienced. I knew my BMW was in great hands!! This was important after a motor vehicle accident and I did not have to worry or have additional stress and they were Timely and no surprise charges or delays....literally I was able to just drop off my keys!

My sons car was in an accident, Geico told us we needed to take the car in for an inspection, Baron Collision was recommended by the Kia dealer.I dropped the car off on a Monday June 14th in the morning, and by Monday evening we was told that they had been authorized to do the repairs. Apparently we had no choice in this decision. we was informed by email our vehicle would be completed by June 24th and they had already started the tear down. We never received any calls from Baron as to progress or completion, so I called them on Tuesday the 22nd to verify it would be finished, the person assigned to the repair was out of the office and I spoke with the manager. He told me he did not think it would be finished because they didnt start ordering parts until the 17th and in all likelihood it wouldnt be finished until the 28th. He told me my service manager would contact me. Well I got a call on the 25th from the service manager, he told me that he received a part that was broken and now the vehicle would not be completed until Tuesday the 29th, and guaranteed it would be finished.I Tuesday the the 29th I had not heard anything from Baron, so at 4:00pm I got a ride over to the shop. I was greeted by Rodney the service manager by What are you doing here? I answered you guaranteed me it would be finish by the 29th and it the end of the day. So then he informed me, Well its not finished and took me back to show me the progress, at this point the front end was shifted and he starts going into great detail about what they have to do to correct it. At that point Im a little perturbed that we are already a week late and it not going to be finished. So I cut him off and ask when will it be finished? He answers I dont know so I turn to leave and tell him Just call me when your finished and yes Im mad at that point. As Im walking out the door Rodney Smarts off Well thank you for your wonderful attitude as if I have no right to be upset that after it is already 5 days late and he does not know when it will be finished. Mind you my son has no vehicle during this entire time and has to Uber to and from work.So I ask to speak to the General Manager about Rodneys attitude, he tells me it was not acceptable and then he assures me that the car would be finish the next day. And he kept his word, it was ready by noon the next day.When I come to pickup the car, they ask me to pay the $1000 deductible, hand me the paperwork and say your cars out front somewhere, here are your keys. No inspection of the repair done, no satisfaction questions.Well for the most part the repairs look good they aliened the front end.there is a minor blemish in the center of the hood where the paint had a bubble. But the best part is they replace the drivers side head light assembly with what appears to be a salvaged float vehicle headlight, complete with algae and water stains and charged $215, A new headlight assembly is $157, but this ugly algae stained head light was $215. of course the left head light looks like new because the vehicle was in great condition but they felt this was satisfactory. Im going to have to order a new headlight assembly so that it doesnt appear that my sons car was flood damaged.16 Days on a 7-10 day repair, used parts, bad attitude.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!

I cannot recommend Baron Collision Center enough. The easiest 5/5 stars and 10/10 service. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and reassuring. There was no hassle or stress with any step of the process. We were blown away by the service and was surprised to find they detailed the inside of my car. I am very grateful for their help during a stressful time. We had seen many reviews about the customer service and how fantastic Rodney was and we were not disappointed. I recommend this place to anyone!

I would not recommend anyone use Baron Collision Center. We were told 5 days and it took 16. They were unapologetic, gave excuses, and did not appear to care. I am very disappointed with their company and will do everything I can to avoid them in the future.

Shop did a good job of fixing up minor door damage and replace front fender from a minor fender bender. Required them to take front bumper off and put back on as well. Paint job looks good .. matches color of rest of car (Ford Fusion 2018). Thanks Baron and Chris (good personable guy that worked with us at shop)! USAA Insurance approved and highly rated shop with warranty behind work.

Got a new bumper installed and painted here after an unfortunate accident with a deer. Baron Collision painted matched the blue metallic paint on the new bumper perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. Car looks brand new again! And they even did a courtesy detail of my interior!

I was very very pleased with me service. They did a fantastic job on replacing my bumper and the paint job is spot on! I received my vehicle back in 3 days.They even cleaned and detailed the inside of my car that I was not expecting. However when I got in my car and turned the AC on I tried to adjust the position of where the air was blowing. The lever to adjust the air flow was broke off. They just slid it back in there like I wouldnt notice. So that bummed me out. I spent all this money to get my car fixed to find something els on the inside broke..

My mother in law had a bmw that her husband bought her when they first got together. He had recently passed and was unable to keep the car maintained due to his ill health before his passing. The car was badly rusted and needed a complete body and paint job. When we picked it up the car looked like it was brand new coming off the lot. My mother in law couldnt be happier. Really thankful for this company. You should have seen the smile on her face it was like she was being gifted the car all over again.

I chose Baron Collision after doing some research and looking thru others reviews. They are professional, work well with your insurance company, and best of all - my car looks NEW again. Excellent work! Only issue I had was it took longer than expected to get my vehicle back because they had to order more parts and it was being worked on during a holiday weekend.

Well I got my car back. It looks really good. They did an excellent job. I was recently rear-ended and needed both the front and back of my car repaired. State Farm guided me by selecting Baron Collision Center as my repair facility. I had never been there before, so I wasnt sure what to expect.I showed up for my appointment a little bit late but everyone was flexible and courteous. I received a quote for the work and then they told me I could bring the car in the next day to drop it off. This was welcome because I still needed to arrange a rental car, which was right next door at Enterprise. They were extremely helpful with all my questions... and there were many. Dropping off the car the next day was quick and easy.The work on my car took about 3 weeks, as I had to get a lot of the front and back replaced. When I came to pick it up it was beautifully spotless (I had come in with bird poop all over it...) and even the interior was cleaned. I was so impressed. The actual repairs themselves looked great, and it has been driving nicely ever since.The staff was so kind and thoughtful. They didnt make me feel silly with all of my questions and they were happy to answer. They went the extra mile on everything. I actually had an ENJOYABLE experience getting my car fixed, which sounds crazy.

After sustaining damage from hitting a deer they fixed my Subaru back to even better than before. Great communication and service - highly recommend.

Baron Collision is absolutely fantastic. Mine was an insurance repair, the first I’ve ever had. If a collision ever happens to one of our cars in the future I will not take it to anywhere but Baron for the repair.They kept me informed every step of the way. Explaining what needed to be replaced and gave me an excellent timeline. When a replacement part broke they contacted the other driver’s insurance company and took care of extending my rental car and ordered a brand new pieceinstead of trying to repair it.They went above and beyond and return our minivan in much better condition, inside and out, than we had given it to them. Unasked they got removed maroon paint stuck on the side of the white minivan. My daughter had slid it up against one of the carport posts almost 2 years ago. Again unasked, Baron Collision even took the time to remove debris from the sliding door tracks that had built up from my three kids over the years. It made doors slide so much better.I’m so thankful that the Kia dealership in Shawnee Mission recommended them. It was a bit of a drive for me. I live South of the Grandview, but it was worth every mile for the wonderful service I received from Baron Collision.
