I have never found a business that will not answer their phones, except this one. I have never, ever, had a person answer the phone when I call, save your time and find a more reliable dealer.

Extremely nice staff, and I mean extremely.I am new to owning a riding lawnmower and had a TR30 Troy-Built, brand new with a problem.OES deals with the little guy just as professionally as the big boys.The owner explained so many things to me that the other shop just didnt.He even called and talked to me on the phone. Meticulous notes on my receipt, which is quite impressive......these days.Im not going to slam the previous shop, as I do think they tried, they just werent as knowledgeable as OES.I will certainly be going back to OES for my repair needs.They also have RENTALS of some rather....interesting and useful equipment.Peace out.

I took my lawn mower there to get it fix, because it was hard to pull to start it at times and also backfires sometime. I run it few times stop start as any push mower. Same thing is happening. They didnt fix my problem

First and most important. A+++ company. Knowledgeable, punctual, affordable. Come here if you want to have it fixed correctly the first time at an affordable price. They will go over an above what it takes to satisfy us. ( the customers ) Now, As I read through ratings, I wonder what some people have for expectations when they write negative reviews? There will be problems and many people do not understand the maintenance required to keep them tip-top. They just expect it to always work. Dan & Leslie will be totally transparent, hiding nothing. This is why I use them exclusively. Think about this before you rate someone, when most likely you ( the complaining customer ) have unrealistic expectations of how fast it should be repaired and whats wrong. They are not just standing around waiting for you to come in and be able to fix it right then while you wait!! Do you get that service for your car, house, doctor? NO So quite being petty and know they are the most honest in the business.

Excellent service, dont try to fix anything thats not broken. They serviced my push mower in about a day. Went to pick it up and it was leaking fuel. They wouldnt let it leave like that and fixed it, for no additional charge, in about 30 min. If you have any small engine repair needed this is the place to go! Cant say enough about the staff, 5 star the whole time.

2020 made this one of my favorite stops. Through the April COVID shutdown, which was suddenly put in place days after I dropped off my mower, these guys got it done and back to me as soon as was legal and safe. And they do fantastic work, especially on my Forrest Gump model Snapper HiVac mower. I just dropped it off for a quick service before Fall lawn and garden season, and Im confident that Ill have it back soon to mulch and/or vacuum leaves, spread weed-n-feed, and whatever else I need a lawn tractor for. Good business, and theyll have my business for a long time. Expect premium results for a fair price.

I was a repeat customer today. After writing up my repair, lady told me it would be 5-days but I needed it sooner. Told her that I wished that she would have told me first about the delay, but she gave me grief and said that I should have asked. I then asked her if she was really giving me (the customer!?!) grief, which made the situation unrecoverable for her and she initiated a refund. No voices were raised but the lady seemed on a short fuse today. I guess that business must be REALLY good for something as minor to turn a paying, repeat customer away. Luckily Blue Valley Tractor was able to get me in much sooner (2-days), so their loss is their Blue Valley Tractors gain! Oh well, live and learn I guess!

Dropped off my lawn mower on Friday and it was looked at that same day. Matt found that a mounting bracket on my transmission was broken. Couldnt find a replacement part so he fabricated a new mounting bracket for it. Service was excellent and I will be taking all of my equipment back to OES.

Many people told me NOT to take my equipment t here. I did anyway.I like to support smaller shops and places, but in 30 years of business, I have NEVER been treated the way I just was here at this place.I had asked for tires for a 36 exmark. They didnt have them in stock, so they ordered them. I knew I needed them the next day and it was around 5:30 when I called and they said they would order them.I called the next morning, twice, to let them know to cancel the order because someone told me of a tire shop they use that have them in stock at a reasonable price. Both calls went to voicemail.I went to hand in blades I needed sharpened (although they are a little more expensive than other places) and to let them know to send the tires back, but they said I got an attitude about the fact I tried calling, and said it would be better if I took my patronage elsewhere.I have had multiple machines fixed here. They were always reasonable. They could have suggested I pay for the shipping cost they incurred, but instead they decided to lose a customer who was trying to support a family owned business.Will end up with a call to pick up my other trimmer that they have had all week.Sad.

Fantastic experience. I called to make sure they had time to tune up my mower and they said they could have it done within a few days. They were extremely informative and engaging during my interactions and had the mower done the next day. I was so impressed I brought my power washer in for a tuneup and had the exact same excellent experience.Id highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a really good experience with Keister repairing and providing a tune-up for my residential walk-behind mower. Scheduling was easy and I really like their model - they dont take your mower until theyre ready to repair and then turn it around in 1-2 days. I was referred to Keister by another repair business Ive used that was too far out; I appreciated that referral for sure and I will be using Keister for all future work.

I have taken my mower and snowblower for repair here over the years and always get excellent work done and a fair price for work completed. Leslie does a great job up front and everyone is fantastic. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

I was extremely disappointed in the diagnosis. I brought a brand new mower that was 3 months old and had only been used 6 or so times to them. They took a $50 deposit to diagnose the problem and told me that the carburetor needed to be rebuilt at a cost of over $100 because I had used gas with ethanol in it. I didnt accept this. I took the mower back to Ace Hardware where I purchased the mover, and they were able to move the blade back and forth a bit and it started on the first pull. It has since started on the first pull each time. I called Keister and they agreed to reimburse the diagnostic fee. They never credited by Visa like they had promised to do. I called them to ask about the credit, and they refuse to give it anymore. This is after they promised they would. When I went to tell them what had transpired, they hung up on me. I would not use this place because it was clearly a wrong diagnosis, and they dont stand by their word.

Great service and friendly staff! I brought my 23 year old Honda Lawn Mower for regular servicing. Things took longer than expected since the parts are little harder to come by these days, and they offered me a loaner mower and an apology for the length of time it took to complete the service. There are less expensive services out there, but they are worth it!

Took my late model Craftsman 675 push mower in for servicing/tune-up. Word of caution: These models dont take gasoline w/ethanol very well. Its not even 2 years old, but wouldnt start. Keister tuned it up & sharpened the blade -youd think they put in a turbo-charger! Runs perfectly, no bogging, and the blades are so sharp each pass was effortless. My lawn looks like carpet now -thanks!

I took my old Sears mower to Outdoor Equipment Solutions (OES) to have my auto-drive belt replaced and to have an issue with the rear wheels fixed. I had never used OES before but gave them a try after two other companies failed to fix the wheel problem. When I picked up my mower, I was happy to learn they fixed the rear wheels and replaced the drive belt and a badly worn drive cable. Im very happy with the work and will continue working with OES in the future. My only complaint is, I wish they had asked me if I wanted them to replace the drive cable, before doing the work, in case I didnt have the money to cover the cost.

I was charged for someone looking under my mower and telling me there was a crack in the frame. It wasnt worth fixing, but I was still charged for someone taking two minutes to look at it. I will not be coming here again. They couldve maintained a loyal customer by just saying it wasnt worth fixing and not charging me to identify a crack and doing no work on it.

I was told my mower would be done in 5 days. It was done by the next day! Always kind and courteous and they follow up with phone calls. This was my second experience, the first was just as good. Highly recommend.

By far the poorest customer service I have received in years. It was cold and rainy, so I parked close to the garage in an attempt to be thoughtful. Then I was told to move my vehicle by some guy who then went back into the garage without helping me! Luckily, I was able to learn what I was getting into before I was expected to give them my money! I would suggest going elsewhere if you want to be treated like paying customers deserve to be treated.

Dan Keister has been consistently excellent with each piece of equipment we have taken to him. When our mower died mid-summer, the local mower repair shops were averaging 3+ weeks out on repairs. Needing to mow upwards of 2x/week, that just wasnt going to cut it (literally!). We found Dan and have never looked back. He turned that job around in 2 days. Hes turned other small engine repair jobs we have had for him (trimmer, a chain saw & a snow blower) around in less than a day. What???? Unheard of! What is even more appreciated than the speed is that we have never had to take the same piece back for subsequent repairs that should have been fixed the first go around. Thank you, Dan! Leslie was very helpful in tracking down the replacement parts for my Echo and Honda equipment. The routine service on my Echo unit was completed in quick order and the service staff was courteous and helpful.

I like that I made an appointment and I didnt drop off the equipment until the day of service. I had the equipment back the next day. This way if your equipment is still usuable your not without while waitng for service. I would have them service my mower again. The owner seems to look out for your best interest and not just making a buck.

Top notch from the moment I walked in--clean, well organized, friendly--to the finished repair--excellently done and wonderfully priced. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and will definitely go back the next time the mower or tiller needs work.

Well, if you would like to be told they cant fix old, and not get the one thing fixed you sent your machine into the shop for then they are the place for you! Horrible customer service. Oh and the owner is rude. I ended up having to fix the original problem, and found they hadnt even taken the part off to check it. I spent money so that i wouldnt have to fix my lawn mower myself, but had to fix it anyway. Maybe they treat men better, women be aware!
