The defrost board on my heat pump went out the other day. I found HVAC Parts Shop on a google search and reached out to them by chatting with one of their technicians on their website. They located the part I needed quickly and I received it the next day. I wasnt sure how to install it as there were some differences with my older system and the new board, but I called and talked to Steve and he walked me though what I needed to do. Good experience with these folks. Was informed after an annual inspection of my AC system that a new capacitor would be needed, and quoted a price for the part and replacement service. I made two online stops, one to YouTube for a guide to how to DIY, the other to the HVAC Parts folks for the actual part. It arrived in a couple of days and was an exact match for my unit. Buying from them and doing the (simple) replacement saved me over $100.

Yesterday morning my furnace stopped working. I knew it was a simple fix with an inexpensive part. Being in North Kansas City I checked everywhere near me to find someone open at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning, with no luck.I expanded my search and luckily found they were open until 4 p.m.I called to very they had the part needed and the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful. They confirmed the part was in stock so I headed out on my 40 minute drive.When I arrived they had the part up front waiting for me (which says a lot because they were extremely busy) and had me out the door in no time. But not before double checking to ensure I had the right part.Although it was a bit of a drive for me the ease of this process and exceptional customer service has earned them a customer for life! Picked up an inducer motor housing after calling them in the morning. When I got there, the part had already been set aside for me. They double checked the model number, opened the box for me to inspect and even brought out a technician to help guide me through the process of replacing the part. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great experience, these guys really have their game together. They were able to identify the correct replacement control board for my Lennox Unit, which was delivered ahead of time. Ran into some difficulty changing out the boards because wire layout had changed. A quick call and the technician was able to talk me through the reconnection process. These guys are fantastic.My outdoor unit went out and after hours trying to find out the issue I finally figured out it was the capacitor. Now my problem was finding a replacement. After checking several places that could get it for me for more and around the same time as I could buy it online, I finally found HVAC Parts Shop.I call and spoke to Sean who took the info I had and assured me they had the correct one for my unit. 30 minutes later and my system was back and running.Ill now be using these guys and PoleStar (their service side) to service my AC and furnace. I know I can trust people who are willing to sell me a part from their stock at the same price I could have bought it online. I ordered an evaporator coil for a Lenox AC unit that failed. HVAC Parts Shop didnt have the exact OEM replacement coil but shipped a substitute coil. With some minor modifications to the air handler housing it fit fine. The coil cooled perfectly after installed and works great. I only had a minor issue with the shipping company. They didnt deliver the coil until I had to track it down and contact them. I was told since it was residential delivery they had to contact me but they didnt have my contact info. Im not sure how they didnt have it with the order but I got the delivery scheduled. I know HVAC Parts Shop has little to do with the shipping company so not their issue. Overall Im satisfied with the product.

Had a situation with my AC, and got on chat with Mark. He gave me a couple of options on replacement parts and his personal experience knowledge. It was late in the day and he was closing to go home. He offered to stay until I got there to pick up the part, and then we worked out a method so that he could go home. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes, part resourced for my specific unit, part recommended, paid for and we were done. Goes right along with their slogan We Dont Monkey Around, which by the way I loved the little blue monkey that was with the receipt. My husband and I had a tough time finding an ignitor for our furnace and it was odd that this part has become obsolete in Canada. I cannot believe HVAC parts was the only place we found online to have the ignitor we needed! I called to see if they can provide me a coupon code to save a little bit of money as we had to pay for duties and shipping and the nice man on the phone provided me with one :) It wasnt much but better than nothing! The fan stopped running on my Aire-Flo AC unit. After a few simple tests I determined the capacitor was bad. Little did I know most places in town wont sell you AC parts unless you are a contractor, what a scam!Luckily I found out this place had the part I needed in stock so I drove to their store in Olathe and picked up the part I needed.They were very helpful over the phone and the process of ordering and picking up the part was very simple. The gas valve on my furnance (a Honeywell Smart Valve) failed and needed to be replaced during December. I called around and these guys were by far the lowest price on an in stock valve in town. They saved me 130 (pre-tax) over another big name parts shop down the street. I found the part cheaper via other auction sites, but this was something that I needed same day. My only complaint is that I called them at 8:30 am and told them what I needed, they said it had to come from their warehouse so I would have to wait until noon to pick it up. I took it home and put my furnace back together and everything was up and running again. The price I paid at the counter was exactly what was listed on their website. When I picked it up I was told that if I had any issues to give them a call because they offer technical support on their parts. If you need a HVAC part, give these guys a call

Tec support is great. Direction is great . Have a 1997 Lenox G 23 Ellete AC unit. Have better understanding .on operation of heat and AC control. You have to stick with OEM. Part looks like its made well for long use. Videos help with the installations . I will be using you alot. So many choices out there . This BCC board is the brain dont cheap out .

2006 Lennox heat pump had defrost board go out. Installer said warranty was void due to service agreement being abused. Google search put me on HVAC website. To insure proper parts were ordered I made a call to have a real person answer the phone. Parts were in stock and was advised they should be delivered in three days. Next afternoon parts was delivered! After checking email that package was shipped within an hour after order was made. I cant say enough about the professional way this was conducted. My THANKS goes out to HVAC for saving me HUNDREDS of dollars and yes if ever needed again .......Ill be back and bring all my friends
