Great bunch of people.

Absolutely the worst company! They do not back the product! They will always have an excuse! We put product in and it delaminates! All tests done and when they check humidity it was in range! Moisture barrier applied to subfloor, glue assisted, nails appropriately! Yet if you do not have a humidifier even though the humidity test in appropriate range they will deny the claim!On another claim they sent pre- finished wood that was over 1/8 differences in the width! They said this is industry standard! We hired an independent company and they wrote a report on how bad the wood was and not even close to “ industry standard” yet they only covered 1/2 the material cost! We still had to tear it out and purchase new wood! These reps and managers disgust me! Run away from this company!

Tell your truck drivers that making a right on a red light means you stop and then go. You don’t dart out into traffic on a main highway causing them to slam on their brakes! This happened at the intersection of countryside boulevard and highway 75 in Hailey Idaho around 11am today!
