If you ever want to spend an inordinate amount of time standing around and being ignored, for them to eventually tell you that they dont have what you need, come here. Add insult to injury, someone came in a full 15 minutes after I did and got helped before me.Additionally, five employees saw me standing around with my 3 worth of stainless braided line, and not a single one of them said we dont carry thatDo yourself a favor and just Amazon the stuff you need or go somewhere else

Good place to get parts for pressure testing

I would highly recommend buying online over this place. I typically will always support local business but this business has made me reevaluate that thought process. Had to order a fitting 3/8 BSPT to 1/8 NPT Adapter Fitting. Was told the cost of the was to be approx $17.84 after tax and would take 5 to 6 business days to arrive.Time passes and I receive no call that my part arrives so I call to check the status of it and was advised that it would arrive on the 9/1. On 9/2 I arrived to pick up my part and it wasnt even there. I talked to an older person (cant bare to call him a gentleman based on how rude and snappy he was) whom had then told me the fitting hadnt even shipped out yet. He told me that he would send out an email and let me know but as of now it wouldnt be there til 9/6.I did receive a call on 9/4 that my fitting had arrived. So when i arrived today 9/8 (three weeks after i ordered the fitting). Upon paying for the fitting the price didnt add up. So after they ran my card i was then advised i was charged $13.39 for shipping. A) I was never advised that there was a freight charge at all over the three weeks I was in contact with. B) The fitting is an adapter fitting. Its approx. an inch tall and maybe a 1/2 in diameter. There is no way that shipping would be as much as the part itself.I literally could have purchased the same fitting online for less than $10 and had taken less time to arrive. Be cautious when using this company because they will lie to you, hide charges, and overall rip you off. I will no be returning to this store in the future.

I am always having to dread going to this place because every time I go I am expecting terrible customer service, well this time I was fed up with it. They had a table at the front and caution tape around their store so you couldn’t walk around and find the part you needed. I stood at the table, being the ONLY customer in the store and was looked at by 4 different individuals behind the desk and counters and was not greeted or asked if I needed any help once! The woman there walked to the front to do something on the computer, saw me and walked back to the back without saying anything. The gentleman on the computer was walking back and forth talking about googling something to another employee without, you guessed it, asking if I needed any help. The other older gentleman there is always using foul language when I’m there and it’s ridiculous. I called the store and within two seconds they answered the phone. Not sure how answering the phone is a priority and the customer standing at your front desk is priority over the other. I will be ordering my parts online from now on and giving my business to a store that makes me feel like I’m a valuable customer and not a bother.

Very un-professional front end service. Person that partly helped used excessive language when addressing customers and brought politics in to conversation around customers. Not cool in a place of business and female employee who also helped was very rude. Would not recommend this place.
