Very great place if you are shopping for a new grill or pellets or whatever. Customer service is amazing the people are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us. Came out, even installed the grill and helped set up the wifi. Just getting the smoker up the hill and into the back yard was no easy feat but they sure pulled it off! Ive driven past this place a thousand times. Never been here. Always wanted to stop in and see the types of pellet grills they have. Been looking for a Yoder or an Outlaw. My wife and I finally decided to stop by in hopes to see what they had available. We walk in and it was super quiet. (No one was there except for whoever was working that day.) I was welcomed with a Hey. And that was it. He stayed seated at his computer. Didnt even stand up or even greet us with a smile. Nothing. I told him this was our first time here and asked if they carried Yoder smokers. He said not anymore. Still seated and staring at his computer.By this point, Im frustrated but I dont do very good with calling people out but my wife was very unhappy. She didnt even want to show her face and pretended to look around. It was very awkward. I asked another question about whether they cary, or have any Outlaw smokers available to look at. He said not now. Maybe in a month. I said ok, cool. He finishes it off by saying thanks for stopping by as if he just wanted us to leave.Im sorry but you lost my business. I dont care who you are, or whats going on that day to put you in a bad mood. That type of attitude is totally unacceptable. If you cant get up off your little chair and greet a customer with a smile and ask what you can do for them, you should find a new job. We left very upset. After all these years and being super excited to come to this place, only to be treated that way. Such a shame. Ill take my money elsewhere and Ill be sure to let others know how I was treated. I see nothing but good reviews on here but I hope the owners see this and do something about this. Maybe it was the owner. I dont know. Not ok in my book.

Good source for pellets and bbq supplies

I bought a Memphis grill from these guys a year ago and love it. Today I went to fire it up and was out of pellets. I couldnt make it in time before close so I called ahead and they left a bag out for me and told me I could pay next time I am in the area. Who does that? These guys! Great shop.

There was a customer service issue but the manager and owner stepped up to make it right. What a great company. Good prices on seasoning and pellets.

We shopped for a grill without knowing what we really needed. After shopping all around Boise we stopped at the Broadway store and got the best education about grills and what you actually got for your money. We purchased the top of the line Memphis grill and have been more that pleased with how it preforms. The controls are just excellent, easy to understand and use. The food comes out much better than we ever have had from our propane fired grill and the temperature control and probe take the guess work out of the equation. It has turned us into good cooks.

This is usually my go to store for barbecue supplies. I bought my Yoder YS 640 from them. Lately there has been an issue with poor stocking of pellets. How does a BBQ supply store constantly run out of pellets for the grills they sell? After driving 30 minutes to get there today I found out they didn’t have a single bag.
