I have been trying to get parts in for my chair Since may. I took pictures of the broken parts and sent it in so they would know what I need. Today I come home and the wrong parts where sent. This is after calling and calling again and again. Poor customer service i would stay clear of Lazyboy and this company. Paid a lot of money ready to throw my two of my 4 year old chair away a buy a good brand of furniture that stands behind what they sell.
