I was in a hurry for a simple chest of drawers. Not a big purchase, but I had to get a room set up for family asap. The gentleman who assisted me, was wonderful! My wife and I put furniture on layaway for our house that we basically use as a vacation home. The furniture was on layaway it had been discontinued. Alex from the Bonita Lakes Dr. Meridian, Mississippi location informed us here in California that the furniture was no longer available. After explaining to Alex our situation and that we were not local to the area and that we were planning to pick the furniture up on our vacation. Alex quickly researched to see what he had in stock or what he would have in stock before we arrive there. We was able to choose something very simular to what we had before minus the sofa sleeper but we are willing to live with that. Alex has been in contact with us let us know any updates or changes. Alex is even willing to hold the furniture in there warehouse until we get there later this month. Alex is GREAT!!!! Especially when I knew for certain that we had a bad experience with a furniture company here in California just months ago. Where do I start. In their defense COVID has caused a backup in delivery of furniture. But for half a year of waiting with time given and taken away is frustrating for a customer. Just go ahead and say you may not get your furniture for 7 months. But the sale is more important. You pay right away but don’t get to enjoy the investment of your money for 7 months.Not only that but if you decide to get another in stock set, you’re waiting for another 2 weeks for delivery and the great possibility of not having the entire order. I was told they have to come back to my area because someone else’s order wasn’t right.There are people there who have to put up with the attitudes of us unsatisfied customers and it’s not fair to them. What’s unfair to the customer is the wait and inaccuracies. There’s no refund available. What is promised in the order should be with the order.If you are looking for furniture during this time it’s best to ask what’s in stock and just pick it up yourself if possible. Worse most disgusted experience ever!

I bought a living set with the USB ports on the sides of the furniture. Haven’t had it a month and the love seat ports are not working.

I did not purchase items from your store. My shopping experienced was horrible. All the salespersons was behind the counter. I get more attention at dirt cheap than Woodstock furniture.However, 3 stars are given for having beautiful and affordable furniture.The furniture, wall art and rugs that are impressive and amazing. This store will give you a good start if you are in the market for good furniture pieces or groups.Honestly, I would go back their furnitureis nice.The Ambience is colder than that February ice storm. Lol.

I was told the furniture was in stock before the purchase, I even waited almost 1 month before picking it up! I called 4 days in advance to let the warehouse know i was coming to pick it up, get there and they don’t have all of my furniture, tv is the wrong size,....lets just say I STILL do not have my furniture! Very poor experience i wish id kept my money! But the furniture is nice

Started out good. On delivery the wrong feet were installed on one of the sectional pieces causing it to sit higher than the others. Called multiple times with indications it would be corrected but 7 business days later (15 calendar days) and it hasn’t been corrected and no ETA or updates provided.Update. On day 23 got a call from “Zach”. He came out to correct the issue. They sent him out with the wrong part. He went back to the store and came back with what was needed. He was very nice and went out of his way to make sure everything was satisfactory. Completely turned the experience around.

I had a great experience with their professional sales representative. I was greeted upon entering and received prompt service. I simply told him what I wanted and he processed my order efficiently and quickly. I shall return for more products.

LIARS RAGGLY FURNITURE DO NOT SHOP HEREYOULL BE BETTER OFF GOING TO Ashleys FurnitureI used to like this furniture store. Until I purchased my second sofa set from them. My love seat frame was broken so it took them forever to replaced it. So I was reasonable due to covid. The replacement finally came hadthe same exact problem as the other the back of the frame was popped all out also had a popping noise in the the armrest this time. So I asked can they fixed it so took them forever to come get. Finally they came and got it never heard from them again whole month almost passed by. I called them asking when will I get my sofa back. They told me oh we can send it back this Thursday. Thursday came and they sent me the same style but it was not mines had stains all over it and missing buttons. I had marked my old sofa with nail polish to tell the difference which the new the replacement did not have so I knew it wasnt mines. Also the price tag was on opposite side. So i spoked to Amanda and Lindsey lying butts do not trust them. So Amanda tried to make me believe it was mines which I think it was the 1st love seat they took. Which been gone for every since October. Anyway ened up calling the manager of the store who is out at Philadelphia location explained to him the situation and he had promised me a new sofa since on April 22, 2021. It came come to find out that its the one they posed to had fixed anyway. And guess what still has popping noise and the armrest. So horrible customer service they all liars.

I had been looking at this dining room set for months (the fabric matched my sectional and blended in perfectly. I had a really patient salesman during the times when my daughter and I would come in never taking the plunge). The delivery men were very professional. Ive gotten several compliments on it already.

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had buying furniture from the time I walked in the door until the furniture was delivered and set up. I couldn’t have asked for a more honest salesperson as I had with Alex. I told him what I was looking for and he would lead me right to my options, give me his opinion and helped me so much with that. I hate making big decisions like that myself and thanks to his kindness putting up with me and his honesty I’m extremely happy with everything I purchased. Thank you for making this easy for me, I appreciate everything from everyone that had a part in it.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. We just moved to the area and were struggling to find furniture we liked and could afford. This was our first time purchasing new, not college dorm room style, furniture. The staff was so helpful through every step and not once did I feel like we were being pressured into anything. When we told them a budget, they never tried to push beyond it without us leading. They not only got us the best deal around by far, but the quality of everything is excellent, and they did all they could to get it to us in the next couple weeks, since we are living on the floor of our house right now. Not to mention, their delivery fee is incredibly low, and they didnt charge us extra for living in the middle of nowhere or across the state line. We cant wait to get our bed and sectional, and we will 100% be furnishing the rest of our house through them in the future.

I ordered a twin bed online. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call a few days later letting me know the bed was available (in stock) in the local Woodstock warehouse. I thought I would probably be waiting at least a month for it to be shipped, so I was quite happy about the short time from ordering to being able to pick up the bed.The guys at the warehouse were very helpful in loading the bed. Meticulous too.I am very pleased with the bed. It was easy to put together and the bed is solid. Heavy wood headboard, footboard, and rails.The box the bed was shipped in was damaged and a few miscellaneous nuts, bolts, and washers had fallen out and were lost. I had to make a quick trip to my local hardware store to get replacements. Not enough of an issue to lower my rating.

I purchased a living room set two weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered to the warehouse today. I called yesterday to see about getting it delivered and was told they would call me back. I was told the day of purchase to call before coming to pick it up to make sure it was there. I’ve left two messages today on the warehouse answering machine and no return call. I also called the store located at Bonita and no one answered nor did we get a call back from yesterday. I received a message asking me if I was satisfied with my purchase just now and haven’t even received it.

I went with my cousin to purchase living room and bedroom furniture. We went to the Bonita Lakes Woodstock Furniture Value Center location first, meeting Alex and the other kind workers there. We left and went to the to the Madison Row Woodstock location where we as were assisted by Makenzie and then the Woodstock Furniture Distribution Center where we met Scott, who is over the Woodstock Stores in Meridian, Ms.. Scott was the nicest and most polite person. We went back to allow Alex to make our final purchase but all of these stores have the very best customer service I’ve experience in years. They don’t only have great customer service but great prices and furniture to accommodate what ever budget and needs are.

The service people that came out to my home to deliver and set up were WONDERFUL,EXCELLENT, DID A GREAT JOB WAS VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY DID THEIR JOB,NOW ON THE OTHER HAND THE SALES PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR SALE AND MONEY WERE NOT SO NICE and helpful treated me like I didnt matter when I would call and ask questions concerning the long wait time and the fact that they didnt disclose that if one piece was in and I wanted it that there would a additional delivery fee and when I inquired about getting my money back going somewhere else they wouldnt entertain the idea and dismissed me

Woodstock Value Center is THE BEST place to buy furniture in Meridian, MS! The quality of the furniture is amazing (trust me- my 7 kids have put it through everything it can be put through. And it’s STILL holding strong!). The prices are unbeatable (7 kids, remember? ALWAYS looking for the best deals!) And the staff makes the experience easy, fun, and effortless! They are knowledgeable, attentive, and excellent at what they do! I won’t shop anywhere else. If I could give 6 stars I would... HIGHLY recommend!

My wife bought furniture from the one near Bonita lakes and it took 3 1/2 months to get it but every week they said it was coming on Thursday and delivered by Saturday I liked the quality but next time Ill go to where thier honest about how long it takes

I was very happy with my purchase from Woodstock Furniture Value Center. The salesman named James was awesome. As I described what I was looking for he led me right to the items I was looking for. I didnt give this 5 stars because the delivery lacked communication. I waited two hours and no one showed up so I had to call the store and they got me in touch with dispatch. I will buy again from Woodstock.

While shopping for a new recliner we found ourselves at the wood stock clearance store. The staff were very kind and easy to work with. We found a lift recliner with all the Bells and whistles for $600. We were able to take it home that day due to the urgency of needing it.

Great place to purchase furniture. My husband and I recently purchased a new love seat and sofa from this location. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and professional. Even when they were busy we were always greeted with a smiling face and told they would be with us shortly! I worked with Jesse and she was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and sweet! She even followed up with me to make sure that the delivery of my furniture was set up and made sure that everything was perfect once it arrived! We are very disappointed.....we came into the Clearance Center picked out, and PAID for a couch & loveseat on May 5, 2020. As of now June 22nd we have called NUMEROUS times asking them to return our calls, which they NEVER did. Even went into store to check when it will be delivered each time they knew nothing. So we are going on EIGHT wks. Weve already had to make payment for furniture that no one can tell us when we will get it.Very disappointed!!!

Woodstock Value Center is the best place I know of in Meridian to find quality furniture at such a reasonable price! I can personally say, the staff and owners care about each customer that walks through the door. They always go out of their way to make sure you leave completely satisfied. We purchased a table set from the tent sale around Memorial Day and had it delivered. The table and 6 chairs arrived in the time frame I was quoted and the delivery team was professional and took care of every part of the process. This company is ran by an incredible family, and it shows with how they treat their customers and run the business. I encourage you to check out all this store has to offer! You wont be disappointed.

I purchased a mattress from this store and I am very disappointed. It does not measure up to the quality of other Sealy products. I realize that all sales are final so it cannot be returned for a refund, so Im stuck with it. Will never shop there again.

Went in to get 2 recliners a month or so ago. I went in with my mind set on one that I had seen online and the lovely sales man talked me into something. Im a salesperson myself so I know what upselling is, but this guy was absolutely right about the comfort of the chair he reccomend. I love my recliners and am super happy with my purchase.

Showed up, my furniture wasn’t boxed and ready, as discussed the previous day. Spent two hours waiting at the store, so I jumped in to assist the ONE employee the staff designated to move and wrap my furniture (for a waiting customer). When I walked away to pull up my truck, other employees wrapped my bunk bed in such a poor manner that they ripped the screws from the wood. No attention to detail, lack of customer service, employees need training on how to prepare items for transportation and the customer clearly doesn’t come first because I waited in front of the staff for two hours doing their job of moving and wrapping my items. The only reason they have one star is because the sales rep, after some back-and-fourth, helped me out on the price for my troubles (and the damage to my original item that was no longer serviceable so I had to upgrade to the higher model). Just a horrible experience! Hopefully others get treated better than I did.
