My father purchased a bush hog from Davis Tractor one morning this week and asked me to pick it up for him before COB (5 pm). I arrived at 4:35 pm and was the only customer. I ended up talking to everyone inside except 1 (5+ people) before someone arranged the pickup outside. To say that they were not interested would be an understatement. Everyone I met made it clear that they had better things to do, even though it did not look like anyone was doing anything productive. One employee even thought it was OK to make multiple smart remarks to me about how I should have known to park on the street instead of the parking lot???I am writing this review because it seems that my experience was not unique. I mentioned this to two other persons; both had similar experiences in the past few months and said they would not be back. Neither will I unless I dont have a choice.++++It would not let me respond to the owners response, so I will do so here...In my case, there is nothing to make right. I wrote this to warn potential customers about what appears to be a systemic problem with Davis Tractor. I am glad you, as the owner, read it and hope that you will take measures to improve your employees attitudes toward customers..

Great customer service. Ive purchase many Kubota lawn mowers from them and wouldnt change brands for anything.

We purchased a new tractor here through Don Branning and it was probably the most hassle free purchase we’ve ever made. Everybody at the dealership was nice and they took care of everything as promised. We will definitely do business here again.

You cant get their salesmen off the phone. When you walk into the business everyone is talking on the phone. They have the worse customer service.On top of that if you try to use a debit or credit card they charge 3% extra.I hope this place goes out of business. They are terrible.
