Their van drivers are wanna be derby drivers and will run you off the road with a mustached smile. Getting pit maneuvered during rush hour traffic and an accident up ahead is not the kind of offensive driving I expect from professionals. And then a smug middle finger from the attempted manslaughter employee as I pass bye is 100% NOT THE ATTITUDE appropriate for that moment. If this employee wants to be on Hell’s highway so bad, driving like he does should expedite his wishes. Maybe don’t hire people with death wishes and serious mental health issues drive for your company?? Just a thought.

Great TEAM! The office I work for switched to Burkhart Dental about 9 months ago. Our rep is fantastic and always on top of things. They are helping us with a new location build, the rep helping in the division has done more project management than then company we hired to to the build out. I would recommend Burkhart Dental to anyone looking for great customer service without the pushiness to sell you something to increase their commission. The team at Burkhart has YOUR best interest in mind.

Dishonest, unreliable with an utterly incomprehesible billing/invoicing system. Did not keep their promises multiple times (8-10 times in 2 months) with me. Cut their reps off at the knees - the promises the reps make to you the company will break for sure. Do not do business with them no matter what they promise, unless you are ready to take them to court.
