I have only had their London Fog but it was absolutely delicious, I love the tea they use.

We’re staying just down the road after an 8 day backpacking trip and both the coffee and service were fantastic. The mexi mocha actually tastes authentic rather than sugary sweet and the Aspen was also excellent.

I’m from out of state, I thought this place looked cute. The kid who took our order was very sweet. The two girls that were making coffee treated those that seemed like regulars very nicely.However, as I was waiting at the window for our drinks, I could hear rude comments between them about our drink order (I’m assuming because they were blended).They either didn’t know that I could hear everything- or they didn’t care. Either way, I will not be back. If everyone was treated the way they treat the regulars, they would be able to create more regulars.The two stars is because the coffee was pretty decent. I just place more value on service than the actual product.

I needed a quick pick-me-up and this tiny coffee hut seemed to the be only drive-thru near me. Its located right near downtown Meridian in a small, quaint little building.I had an iced vanilla latte. While it was yummy and did the job, it was just a little too sweet for my liking. I did grab a delicious lemon bar that was just the right amount of crumbly and zesty-ness! Id love to go back when I have some more time to enjoy the outdoor seating area and more pastries!

Great lattes. Went here every morning of our vacation and it was delicious each time. The quaint ambience inside looked fun too, perhaps a good place to lounge and study, but unfortunately always had to take the coffee to-go.

Such a cute coffee shop and kind baristas! I was looking for a new go to while I’m in town, and decided to check this out. So glad I did because the wait was short, the coffee was strong and the space was CUTE!

Coffee is delicious. Baristas are hit-and-miss on their friendliness but sometimes it works out.

My absolute favorite coffee ever, from any place. Great customer service, efficient, quality, consistent and not over priced. Their Carmel white chocolate mocha is perfection. I’m so happy I don’t have to drive all the way downtown every weekend to get a delicious local cup of coffee.

First off I would like to say I like foofoo coffee drinks but this is place takes out the coffee part. My white chocolate rasberry mocha had NO coffee taste at all, tasted like strong syrup and milk. Staff was great, coffee was just.....well not coffee tasting.I may give it another shot and order a hot coffee next time.

Such good coffee and of the 14+ times I’ve driven through the drive thru, every employee has been so friendly. The drive thru has saved me when my kids are sleeping and I need a pick-me-up. They also have a “rewards card” they’ll stamp for EACH COFFEE you buy, and when you’ve reached 10 you get a free one. Love that they do this.

Tried twice. Coffee is always bitter and disgusting. Also there is a difference between black tea and sweet tea which they don’t seem to understand. If you don’t sell black tea than say something, don’t assume I want sweet tea, yuck. Bad business practices.

This coffee shop is cheaper than other places which is nice since I’m on a budget but love fresh coffee. The inside is small but big enough and cozy enough to invite some friends to hang out for a while and chat. It has a Pacific Northwest hipster vibe and it’s very homey(it has a very charming interior you can tell the founder was passionate about this place). Their coffee is very good and I’d recommend it if you love coffee like I do(I don’t write reviews but I had to for this place, I love it a lot!). They also have good breakfast options, and unlike other coffee shops they have breakfast burritos(homemade). I recommend to check this place out if you’re in Meridian! There’s only a couple down sides to it, one is its location which is a one way street. Also they do not have a public bathroom, and it’s menu is smaller than other places but I’m sure it’ll grow in time. They have fantastic workers(very friendly and kind!!) and fast service! It’s a great little golden nugget in the heart of Idaho!

My husband and I love Mountain Timber! It is our new favorite local coffee shop. Could it be any cuter on the inside? Um no! And we love love love the employees. They are so nice and so quick with our orders. The coffee is good, the employees are friendly and they owners are amazing people who support great causes! Drink local, its so much better!!

We went here to patronize our local independent coffee shops while so much crazy is going on. The coffee was amazing!!! My Irish Creme Breve was the best one I have ever had and my wifes Carmel Macchiato she said was better than the Bucks.The kids loves the steamers and the conversation with the owner while our drinks were made was amazing. Take your coffee budget to Mountain Timber this place is amazing!

Great little coffee shop. The shots are consistent and the coffee is done right. When you walk in the smell of freshly ground properly roasted coffee fills the unique little shop. Very friendly service in my multiple visits. Almost don’t want to put a review up so that my secret coffee location doesn’t become crowded.

Mountain Timber Coffee is the best coffee in Meridian!! I struggle so much to find a good latte in the area and this place never disappoints. Also - oat milk is not easy to find in this area and I LOVE their lavender oat milk lattes. My favorite! + their breakfast burritos are incredible.

Excellent coffee shop! They have a variety of mochas, which are delicious, and offer multiple dairy alternatives. This small but mighty shop has a speedy drive-through which is good because there is very limited seating inside, I would call it intimate rather than cramped. I love this place!

I more recently have gotten my drinks without any added flavor or syrup in them. And I feel like it is a true testament to the quality of the coffee when it isnt masked by all the sweeteners. I can tell you, every time I have ordered a cappuccino, breve, and a latte, I have been tremendously impressed. I can taste the difference between Mountain Timber Coffee and other competitors that are near by. I also especially love that there is a place to sit down inside. This is my go to coffee shop and I am constantly recommending it to anyone who loves coffee!

I bought just a breakfast burrito. Was one of the best Ive ever had, seriously! The coffee was good. It was quality, I know because cheap coffee gives me heartburn. NO to Dutch Bros and Star Bucks. Yes to Mountain Timber, Human Bean and Moxie. Ill get there every Sunday till Im back to work. Been all over the country! The best bacon breckfast burrito Ive ever had is at Mountain Timber Coffee. If you want tasty locally roasted espresso with tasty home style breakfast burritos accompanied by friendly customer service - then get to this establishment immediately if not sooner! They have a variety of non-dairy milks. My oat milk latte was amazing! I’m going to go as far as saying, you won’t find a better coffee shop in Meridian and it ranks among the best in the Treasure Valley.

I always try a mocha whenever I go to a new shop. I wasn’t impressed with the coffee or the chocolate flavor in mine. Three stars are simply for the cute shop and friendly employees. I wont be returning, although I love the local vibe.

Best place for coffee! I can’t help but brag and bring my friends who have never been here. Every time the comment is, “The flavor! It’s so good!” I just want to say, “You has me at the first sip”. I’m hooked!

The barista here pulls a nice espresso. I always find the flavor on point, not bitter. Sitting in here is peaceful.

The coffee is good. The woman who served me was friendly. The seat I chose at the big wooden table was pretty uncomfortable, but the others looked nice and cushy. Its important to note that despite selling coffee, they do not have a public restroom.

Probably the best coffee shop Ive ever been to, and I spent a year living in the middle of Coffeeland(Oregon), so thats saying something.Atmosphere is nice, wasnt crowded or noise.Employees were great, very nice.Coffee was top notch, probably the best mocha Ive ever had.Definitely worth stopping in.

This local coffee shop is so charming. They offer the classic espresso drinks along with a few special mixes of their own. The upgrades are adorable and the atmosphere is perfect for a friendly meeting or pick-me up. Don’t pass this local gem!

The staff was polite and the coffee was good. The inner space is relaxing with a mountain like feel. My only negative was for having a good relaxing area it lacks a customer bathroom.

Honestly I have failed. Ive been coming here for a long time and havent rated this place. I absolutely love this place, its consistancy no matter who makes the drink, and most importantly the people. All the people that work here are absolutley amazing and seem to love what they do. There is a genuine feeling of pride in what they are doing. The owners are freaking amazing people as well. I almost feel like family here. So on to the drink. You can tell that they pay attention and actually know how to pull a shot vs. pushing a button. With that you can taste the difference vs all the chain coffee shops. Also there is a proper way to micro foam milk vs just turning on the steam wand and making it hot and bubbly. I challenge you to pay attention to the other places and the careful attention (angle, introduction of air, etc) of what this place does compared to others. This is absolutely my favorite place and am really happy I decided to give it a try. If you havent already, give this place a shot youll be hooked and will find your new favorite spot.But, with everything... there is always room for improvement, so kindly consider my recommendations for areas of improvement.1) Open a location on Mountain Home AFB... the coffee on base is horrible... it makes doing work very difficult...it saddens me.2) Open 15 minutes earlier to solely accommodate me when Im too lazy to make my own at home before heading to work with my own you have an $1,100 machine at home... why are you spending so much money at that coffee shop? (I really need to start using cash) and sadly look over and not see that your open sign is not lit before I travel an hour to work depressed, while considering whether Im going to wait a few more minutes that could cause me to be late for work or speed and get a ticket or get into an accident and get hurt or potentially die... all of which are not good times.3) Leave a mocha for me outside somewhere in the afternoons that I can get when I get stuck at work and dont make it back in time before you close and have a sad panda face on and all I really need is your coffee to make me happy.4) When I go on vacation to a place like Florida for a week and it seems that all they have is burnt Starbucks (yes I was forced to drink Starbucks... dont judge me...I feel bad enough as it is) causing me to have anxiety and spend hours taking away from family time trying to find a suitable substitute (seriously you cant just get coffee at this place? No I cant just get coffee at this place its like you dont even know me like after 18 years....) getting into discussion with other places who claim they are not Starbucks but who have signs that clearly say they are proudly serving Starbucks, have Starbucks coffee cups, blah blah blah... please free up somebody to go with me (TDY) to make me your wonderful drink. We can work schedules and who is available at the time. Im sure there is like a tax write-off for that.5) Deliver... please... to my house... in moments of desperate need. Desperate is situational based and can be interpreted many ways... may need to just work with me on that one.6) Chocolate covered coffee bean! that sits in the little lid lip getting slighty soft from the heat of the drink before you eat the goodness right before your first sipSo yeah, aside from small areas of improvement... great place to get coffee!

We are grateful to have this place in this part of town! My husband and I moved recently from West Boise to farther out in Meridian. We LOVE that there is a good local coffee shop as most are in downtown Boise. The coffee is great (actually tastes like coffee not filled with milk/sugar..unless you want to order that way, each its own ha) and the pricing is also great and for the quality! Happy we found something out this way! The inside isnt huge for groups but if you want to grab and go or sit with a friend, its great! Highly recommend stopping by!
