So USUALLY I absolutely love coming to the unstuck and Cloverdale location.... Everyone is always bubbly and happy and super helpful. But today 9/12/2021 @ 530 the young chick working, was very rude and had a very apparent bad attitude. And this would be 2 days in a row thats shes had a bad attitude. Not gonna stop me from shopping here, but someone might wanna say something to her. Or give her a hug...🤷

The 5:30 morning crew are always so wonderful as soon as they see my truck they have my order memorized and always are so quick to get me taken care of, harmony is doing so great with the place keep it up black rock staff!!!!

Great coffee, great service and very personable staff. You name the drink, Blackrock Coffee Bar can make it for you. I come here daily and enjoy it all. Highly recommended for a shot of caffeine that cant be beat. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a hot or cold cup of liquid joy.

I love the flavor of their coffee beans. The coffee is always made quickly, piping hot and delicious like I like it. Best part for me is that they sell XL sized coffee!!!! I’m yet to have my order messed up here. The Staff are super awesome without being way too in your face friendly. Love the coffee and the people.

I dont drink coffee, but I am regular delivery boy for my wife and what she wants to drink. She loves Black Rock and I have had their Surprise energy drink that was really good. Their prices seem a little bit cheaper as well.

I just ordered coffee instead of an energy drink from here for the first time and got the Praline Breve with oat milk. It is the best coffee I have had in my life and I dont think ill ever go anywhere else for coffee again. They are A++ every time I get them but this topped everything!

This was my first time at Black Rock Coffee Bar. I had just a large coffee with half and half in it. It was ok but I was surprised to be charged 5 bucks plus a tip.I guess I am just accustomed to having coffee at home.

I usually love black rock, they’re my goto coffee place, but this location never fails to mess up my order. There’s been numerous times I haven’t gotten almond milk but I’m charged for it, and I’m allergic to regular milk. I don’t have time to go swap the drink out because I work. I also ask for it to be made drinkable at 130 degrees, I think they’ve managed to cool it to this one time at this location... not trying to be mean but cmon y’all I’m just tryna send the love :(

I will no longer be coming to this coffee place. You guys were better than Dutch Bros. but not anymore. I was loyal but then you jacked up the prices. Id Id rather go to Starbucks then get overpriced coffee from you guys.

Good beans, roasted well and served with a smile. Friendly staff, frequent visitor and they set us up with a rewards plan right away that’s so easy to use. Daily $3 specials are a big value. We’ll be back!

This is my local coffee shop. Good, friendly fast service. They remember my drink and make it too easy. I sure do like coffee. When the shots dont look right they dont risk handing it out and redo it.

This was my first time coming through black rock today and it was really great! I just had to write a review because the guy that greeted me at the window was so kind and sweet! I didn’t catch his name but he was blonde and was working around 1:30-2:00 when I came through today and I hope he gets recognition for the service he provided today. Also the coffee was awesome ! :)

Coffee isnt terrible, but this is probably the worst of the small, local shops weve been to so far. Drinks are too sweet and just dont stand up to the competition. Staff is friendly!

Good coffee, better than some of the other drive-thrus … especially if you are a latte or breve purist (no sugary stuff for me, thanks). The aesthetic is a little start but they are going for the urban vibe. Staff is friendly but BR seems to still be searching for its tone where as other know who they are (DB). Once they find the footing they will be quite popular in the TV.

Thanks Starbucks for serving me a great breve latte without the Harmony stankface!I didnt have to choose a breve or a latte.When a customer is just asking you why the same drink can be ordered elsewhere (including other blackrocks)... its to find out what the disconnect is. The attitude was not necessary.

Probably the best drive through coffee in the valley (imho). Their Irish coffee easily beats the competitors and theyre Bean is superior to all but the walk in coffee shops.

The guy helping was great, he had a conversation with me and was very eggar to help even though I was just getting some gift cards. 👍🏻👍🏻

Disappointed by my recent experience. Stopped for a coffee on my way to work, and the girl working spent quite a while talking to the car in front of me.When it was my turn, she was rather rude and rushed with me. I left feeling disappointed in how I was treated.

Was my first time there, the woman who took my order was sitting on the window facing inside her butt towards me. Never turned to look at me face to face while taking my order. I got my drink and it tastes like they burnt the coffee or gave me an old shot. Just a disappointment.
