But in the case of gross negligence resulting in the loss of not only the Macbook but also the photos and memories stores inside and were told to essentially kick rocks? Ive worked in quite a few different fields but I have never seen such a ridiculous policy of removing any and all liability no matter what the store does. What was initially a replacement of a battery (pretty simple) is now a search for a laptop when prices have never been higher. Stay away from CPR. Criminally Poor Repair...EDIT:10/29/21 Its under my mothers name. If this doesnt sound familiar to you then your staff didnt escalate the situation properly. Exact situation is that my mother came in for a new battery and your staff accidentally scrapped it. She spoke with several members of your staff and they had every chance to resolve it then. Omg seriously great work and super fast! I came into town for a business trip with my husband. Flew in from Texas. Only thing connecting me to my work and life is my phone while Im here! And then BAMM first thing this morning, I ended up dropping my phone ON CARPET no less! Screen went 50 shades of crazy...could only see half of the screen. Lame. As any parent with little ones I’m sure you’ve shattered your phone screen at least once. Well I’m on my second- and visiting family here. I yelped for mobile screen repair and a few businesses popped up. Location wasn’t far from me so I contacted the owner Eric and he was fast at responding and honest. 1st time customer. I was referred to CPR by AT&T Sales Rep (George) for replacement of a Screen Protector on my Samsung Galaxy S21 (the screen protector was procured from a 3rd-party vendor]. For the record, neither AT&T nor the 3rd-party vendor were at fault for the damage to the replaced screen protector.The CPR Technician (Victor), did an excellent job or removing the damaged screen protector and replacing it with a new one of equal or better quality. The discount offered was impressive. The care taken and speed demonstrated was 1st rate. I will be back for sure.

Went in. Looked at my phone. Suggested the cheaper option to repair my phones issue. It worked just fine. Also took thier time to discuss other options i had interest in and have no issue with my not purchasing at that time. So friendly and great service.

I went in to possibly get my charging port replaced, since it wasnt working properly, and they suggested that they clean the charging post first. They found a metal shaving in it😳, cleaned it, and now its working perfectly! So far, theyve saved me money.

Helped me install screen protectors I bought online. The protectors were not that great but the tech did a decent job. Ended up leaving a cash tip because he refused payment. Only a few minutes spent but still a nice gesture just to help out a stranger.

I went in to get my Note 4 repaired, they found didnt need it and were very above board with that information. Replaced a battery in my note 8, saved me from buying a new phone. Also very informative about cell phone charging. I will definitely use the anytime I need cell phone work. I see they work on computers too.

Had to replace the camera lens on my KYOCERA Duo Force pro 2. Other cell phone places couldnt even get it. Originally the guy replaced the camera cover and we discussed the difference between a lens and cover, but he promptly ordered the actual camera lens and had it replaced. Actual time without my camera was about an hour. Fair pricing as well as I shopped around prior.Ill use them again.

I had a busted back camera that looked fine but simply didn’t turn on. When they replaced with a new camera and it still didn’t work instead of writing it off as a problem with the motherboard that would be too expensive to fix, they took the extra time and care to order a new camera to double check that it wasn’t just a defective new camera but actually the motherboard (even though a defective new camera is rare). They called me up with the new camera and within 10 minutes they had the new one in and working for a very very responsible rate. Love CPR, definitely going there for all iPhone problems.

I had messaged CPR to try to get a quote for my wife’s phone who had some water damage. The person who responded to me informed me that if we could bring it in that would be best. They said they would open it up and take a look at it. My wife ended up going in today and asking for them to take a look at it.She was met with an abrupt response saying that they don’t do repairs to water damaged phones. Which doesn’t seem consistent with the message I received or the website.I really wanted to give them our business because they have great reviews.

Very pleased. Got an online quote and decided to visit them. Told them I needed a new battery( which I did) and then I said I probably need a new charging port. Technician told me I might not need a new port and hed examine it. Turns out I did need a battery, but just a thorough cleaning of pocket lint out of port and no need to replace. Really appreciate the honesty of the technician, sorry I did not memorize his name. Anyways, very pleased with my experience at this shop.

Received a quick response (after hours no less) with an estimate for the service I needed. Brought in the tablet and was given a more comprehensive explanation of pricing and based on the type of tablet possible complications if I ordered just the outer screen as initially suggested. Was not pressured and allowed to decide which route I wanted to go. Part took longer than expected to order in, but when it did arrive the job was completed quickly and I was called right away. I was out of town and there was no problem holding until I returned. Tablet screen looked to be in great shape and seems to be working just fine. Great customer service! I will recommend to others for sure!

The price was good and the people were nice, but I wasnt very impressed with the overall service. My phone worked perfectly but for a crack in the screen that wasnt effecting how it worked at all. When I got it back it had a few problems- they did take it apart and fix the problems before I left- it isnt like they gave me a phone that they broke. As far as I know, the phone works perfectly now. However, I wasnt impressed with the condition they gave it back in. The phone was covered in glue that hadnt been cleaned off- I had to do it myself. The back was also all rippled where they used the heat gun and messed up the smooth surface. I wasnt very impressed with my experience.

Cracked the backside glass on my iPhone XR. I requested an estimate from CPR. They responded promptly. The turnaround time quoted was reasonable. CPR delivered as promised. The repaired phone cannot be distinguishing Gyle the original by me. I would use there services again if needed.

I came in to get my screen repair a few months ago. They were able to fix it without issue or so I thought. When they put it back together they didnt seal the screen properly and because of that water got inside and damaged the screen so that it needed to be replaced again. Instead of offering to fix it under the warranty they offer they wanted to charge me another 230 dollars. Which the guy said was better than the 260 dollars it normally is. Extremely unhappy with this encounter and will no longer be recommending this company to my friends and family or the company I work for. I feel like I should also add that in the time after the repair I had no issues with the screen at all and it worked amazing. This is why I went back to talk with them because of the obvious failing of the seal they had put in.

We purchased a refurbished Mac a couple years ago and it never worked right. A couple people looked at it but didn’t know how to fix it. It eventually shut down and quit. We took it to CPR cell phone repair and found out that our hard drive was shot. Victor worked on it right away and we had it home and working in a couple hours. He even saved our data. He gave us choices on the size of the hard drive and helped us decide on the middle one of 3 choices. The fee was reasonable. We are very pleased.

Three trips to CPR cell phone repair for the glass replacement within a year. I broke my phone glass two times, todays trip was for troubleshooting screen flashing at the bottom.Their service is quick, friendly, honest, professional. Been served by different staff each time, I couldn’t say enough good words for them. They warranty their work and product sold. Their iPhone glass repair prices reasonable (comparable or slightly lower than other shops I called). If you live in the area, that’s the phone repair shop to go. Highly recommended

Got my iPhone screen fixed here, the customer service was great, they got my screen fixed within an hour. HOWEVER, I chose the second best option for their iPhone screen, was only advised about the slight color difference between the second best and the best... to keep it short, my new screen itself sucks. There is lagging, I have to press SUPER hard to actually push a button.. it just isn’t great at all. The color is fine, the actual function of the screen sucks. Sucks to the point where I am just going to get a complete new phone. Soooo if you are going to get an iPhone screen fixed here and are keeping your phone, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest forking up the extra money for the top of the line screen... or you will be disappointed

I went to get my phone screen fixed. I paid more to get the “original” screen and it’s worse than before. The phone screen shattered two days after I paid to get it fixed here, even with a case and screen protector, and it’s obviously not like it was before it broke. I’m so disappointed in this phone repair business, I had to go twice originally because the touch screen would not respond and they had to replace it. To spend so much time and money at this business to get no positive results was extremely disheartening. Would not recommend this phone repair business.

Brought my Acer laptop in because I could not get it to boot up ... couldnt do a thing with it, and Im fairly tech savvy. Anyway, Joe got into it and was like a pit bull. He wouldnt let go until it had been completed. Pretty gnarly issues. He saved all my data files, reinstalled Windows 10, machine is now working great.And, they honored their original quote of how much it would cost me, max. Even though he spent LOTS of time on my machine. He knows what hes doing.Very thankful.

I am a 77 year old who is easily frustrated by our new tech world. A major worry has been losing continuing updates for Windows 7 and having to change to Windows 10. I have heard horror stories from friends about learning to use Windows 10. I called Rockstar to get a quote to have Windows 10 installed on my computer. The price was good so I took my computer in. I left it a little after 10 o:clock and just before 2 o:clock I was called and notified that my computer was ready. A four hour turn around was amazing, previously I would wait days to get my computer back when taken in for service. When I picked it up Justin spent time with me to clean up and adjust how Windows 10 appeared on the screen so that it resembled more closely that which I was familiar with in Windows 7. Because of the extra time Justin took to make those changes I been able to maneuver around in Windows 10 very easily. I have not experienced any of the problems of using Windows 10 that friends and family had told me about their having. Not only was the Windows 10 easier to use but I still had my Microsoft Chrome which I had been using with all my favorites. My transition from Windows 7 to 10 has been much less frustrating than I worried it would be and the credit for that is the service I received from Rockstar and from Justin. They deserve the 5 Star rating I gave them. I dont expect to be around for a long time but for the time I am they will definitely will be my go to computer people.

Great repair shop fixed my phone in 30 minutes

I bought a cover at cpr for my Apple Watch,when they told me it cost 40$,I went no but they said it was guaranteed for life. So when the cover went bad went back they said it was 10$ to replace it. Now in less than 2 weeks it’s bad again. Went back said another 10$. I feel they lied to me and don’t stand behind there products or work. Would never recommend them to anyone.

My daughter’s phone was really thrashed. I anticipated a hefty bill for the repair. And quite honestly, CPR could have charged me $200+ and taken 3 days for the repair and I would’ve gladly paid. They were able to repair the screen and restore normal functionality in 2 hours for just the price of a screen. Their honesty and responsiveness is hugely appreciated.

Arrived for our appointment and we were helped promptly. Provided options for the screen replacement for our Iphone 7 Plus with examples of how each screen appears when installed, very helpful. Store was in a convenient location, clean and neatly organized, also offered some resale phones and computers as well.

“Direct quote Apple doesn’t support IPHONE 7 anymore.” I think if your in the tech industry you should have more knowledge. Educate your people not just to answer the phone and repair with hands. Happened right before this post. Went into the store on Eagle after a tripInto Lowe’s. Please check the cameras and make sure you review the interaction of buying a previous owned phone. Currently have an iPhone 7 I would like to recycle. Have IPads and XR and my kids have old phones from upgrades. I thought would be great to turn in for cash, but the official Apple Store took with no issues. I am mainly worried for the people that might believe this. It took all of 3 minutes before I turned around and left the store. Another sad response from the operator (see response below). “If it even happened.” Call me old fashion, but maybe you would ask, “Could there be a misunderstanding?” Unfortunately not. You have cameras, please review I did the review in your parking lot from my car before I even left and train your people with better responses. Hope your training goes well.

This business saved me a lot of money by simply switching out the battery on my IPhone SE. The charge had become so poor on mine that I was researching models to replace it. They were great to work with and made no attempt to upsale me in any way. I would absolutely recommend this business!.
