I think it was Andy he was a racer. They got 5 star for his service. I needed a new battery after testing mine. It was a 30 month and I almost got 3 years. Also after he put new one in he tested the alternator . The good news alternator tested good. If you need battery help go to location at Linder and Franklin.... Meridian

Kent replaced the battery in my wifes van in 107 degree heat with a smile and a no problem. I was incredibly impressed and grateful, I havent had service like that in a long time.

Called the other day and was told that they had my battery and would install it for 20 bucks, I informed them that the battery was in an unusual location in my vehicle and was assured that it wouldnt be a concern. Then I got there the next day and was told they they couldnt install the battery in my car based on its unusual location. I blinked. I reminded the attendant that his company assured me that they would be able to perform the battery installation. He blinked back. Sir, no one here told you that, but wed be happy to sell you the battery to take somewhere else.I was done with Interstate Battery for all time at that point. I got a better price and included installation at Commercial Tire right around the corner, and wasnt lied to or called a liar in the process.

You guys used to be a go to, but from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere on the account of you guys not even being able to uphold a battery warranty. I dont recommend going here. The quality of service has gone down tremendously. Upholding warranty over a few cranking amps while the other one was completely toast. Take your business elsewhere folks.

I decided to get a 2nd opinion on a recent battery/alternator test that I had done at a major auto parts store the other day. That person connected his tester to the correct + part under the hood but ended up connecting the - terminal to a painted surface. The dude told me I needed a new alternator and battery. At Interstate, I met Austin. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He took the time to connect his tester directly to my battery which is in the trunk and showed me that my alternator and battery tested strong/healthy! But with a date code of Feb 2016, I decided for an extra degree of peace of mind, so I had him install a new battery of their brand with a date code of June 2020! He was done in less than 10 minutes, oorah! I absolutely recommend this place!!! ;-)

Went here due to maps guiding us to the closest battery replacement center. I needed a new battery for my car. They offered a better deal than the dealership my car was bought at. I was also able to return the bad battery for a discount on the purchase of the new one. The staff was personable, and helpful. I recommend interstate battery to anyone for their battery needs.

Called they said they would pay a certain amount for recycled car batteries, I told them I had tablet and phone batteries, and they said they cannot pay me for the batteries I have but they will recycle them free.. then when I sent a employee to them to recycle them, they charged me a outrageous amount to recycle them. Bad business ethics.

Service ok. They helped me BUT I bought a battery series 24 for my trailer a little over a year ago. Now dead cell and dead battery out of warranty and told them to keep it.Sorry I wont spend 120 dollars for 3 to 4 weeks use a year then have dead battery and buy another.Sorry for the bad review but it is the truth.

I know nothing about batteries or anything of the sort, but the staff here went ABOVE AND BEYOND in order for me to find what I needed and it was all done in great time with PROFESSIONALISM and KINDNESS. Definitely going back if/when I need the help again.

This place needs more training then Delta and united airlines when it comes to customer service. They are a horrible place to work with from the management down. If you want to go somewhere and be treated like your the problem...this is the place to go.

I went in there today with about a hundred batteries and was told that they give me $0.38 a pound at the end of them unloading everything and run me my check I only got $0.15 a pound they ripped me off about $1,000 and Im guessing its because Im a woman and if thats the case thats very sexist Im just saying I will never take another battery to that place again such a ripoff
