Staff was very friendly and patient with me. Awesome selection of phone chargers decently priced. My only qualm is I was only informed that their rewards program is a paid program after the cashier signed me up. She did let me know that the first month is free and if I didnt want to pay I could cancel. She wrote down the date for me so I wouldnt forget to cancel if I chose to.

We loved FYE but beware! When we made a Christmas purchase we were offered a discount card at checkout and the girl said it was absolutely free to join the “discount club”. We have since been charged 11.99 monthly to the card used for that purchase for “FYE Backstage Pass” that was not authorized and having a very hard time canceling it!! Will not be back unfortunately. That’s very dishonest to charge the cards that are used for purchases when it’s not authorized. Shady, and very disappointing.

Its a good place to go for any movie or music lover they got something for anyone

This was a wonderful place. I hate the one closed in Jackson. It was close by and the only place that you could go, have a wide variety of choices of old school music. Then create your own cd. I hate the one in Jackson closed

Awesome variety of sound and video, and some collectibles. Decent selection of vinyl. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Go regularly they always have different items on sale and the markdowns can be pretty righteous.

Good selection of music, movies and novelty items.

At this FYE they always have the newest movies and music as pre-owned at a good savings. They have a wide selection of blue ray disc, movies and a great many TV series for sale as well both new and pre-owned wit reasonable prices.

One of the best entertainment stores within 100 miles. Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable. This is one of my favorites!

Music too loud to talk to anyone, in some areas of the store.Didnt have Christian CDs I was looking for, which was my only reason for the visit!!!Found a Movie and Cute Pink Arm Pet, as a gift. (Stuffed Animal of sorts.)

A little pricey for media that is (illegally) available for free. Im just saying, with the ease of access to media and things the prices for some videos and things are high. But they do have a lot of cool memorabilia

Good used selection. Prices are a bit on the higher side. That being said with a few minutes to spare you can stumble across a used movie you didnt know you needed until you found it for so cheap.

Honestly my favorite store in the mall a very wife selection of current and classics employees were very helpful when asked I love the giant wall of POPs if youve never been check it out its a trendy nerdy family fun store I suppose alot comic book themed items and old movies alot of CDs old and new I think they have records to someone correct me if Im wrong

Fun place with loots of unusual and unique inventory to browse. Staff is nice and helpful.

Out of all the stores in this mall this is always the one I spend the most of my time in. I am a huge anime and movie buff and they always cater to my tastes, I was on buisness travel with someone from Japan when I visited this particular store and they were amazed to see some of the treats they like to enjoy while they are home in Japan.

Lots of t-shirts & movies/TV shows & even albums, but also old stuff that has been there for years. Give up...the life-size Deadpool for $500 that shows wear & chips & discoloration needs to retire.

The service was very good and they have movies at a low price and all kinds of music it is a good place to shop.

I like these stores but this location could learn a thing or two about friendly customer service. I know everyone has a bad day on occasion but feeling like Im troubling the person behind the register when Im a paying customer is unacceptable.

Nice little shop with a lot of entertainment selections: music (use to have a bigger selection), musical accessories (headphones, Bluetooth speakers, etc.), movies, TV shows, anime, and a lot of weeb accessories.

Love going in here and looking at all the neat stuff.

F y e is the place to go for videos and music. I appreciate the variety and the assistance from the staff.

Selection of goods keeps getting slimmer. In a digital age its expected but it was still sad to see. Mostly a niche store that sells t-shirts and knick knacks

Whenever I visit this store, there is always someone there to help. They may not always have what Im looking for but they are never lacking when it comes to customer service.

The girl that checks you out. Will charge you more then what the tag price says. Instead of saying sorry she blames it on her associates.
