Morgan is awesome! The most helpful, kind, knowledgeable person! She answered all of my questions, both make up related and not, happily! Definitely make a point to go see her next time you’re in the village, or anybody on the Sephora team there, they’re all amazing!

Amazing customer service. I was greeted immediately when walking through the front door. The store is clean and relatively decent sized, but not very huge. I guess my only con here would be the fact that they do not carry certain brands in-store here. I didn’t notice any Armani Beauty (which is one of my favorites) nor Guerlain here. I’m well aware it’s a relatively smaller location compared to the many Sephora stores across the world, so I’m not complaining because I can always order any products I can’t find in-store from the official website. It would be nice to see shades though. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will be back very soon.

I love this place the staff are so helpful in everything I asked them about. I bought perfume my husband loved it!! I got shampoo and conditioner love it!! Bought some red reducer for my face does amazing job, and bought some hairspray it smells amazing good job!!

Horrible service! Will NEVER spend another dime there. Called before I drove the hour to get there to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue with an exchange. Get there and they refuse to honor what I was told about an exchange. Rude females and need training on customer service. I spend a LOT of money there, never again. They are the absolute worst.

Went in and took 45 mins for an employee to ask if I need help as in walking around the store many times I had to approach them .

The Village Sephora is great! We were treated rudely by the door monitor at the mall, left and came here. Will never use the Boise Town Square Sephora again.

Worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they make me go around in the freezing cold but they didnt even except my gift card. Im beyond upset and will never shop at this Sephora ever again!

Went here at 7:30 Friday night to pick up a cream for my wifes burned face Internet said open till 9 they closed at 7. The next morning Internet said opens at 10 but really not till 11. Ive now spent 2 trips trying to get products from them but the Internet is very misleading and wasting my time. Frustrating to say the least. They should be giving me the product with all the time ive wasted. Store manager said its posted on the window, well I cant look up the window one to find the correct time.

They do not honor medical exemptions and are discriminating against clients and refusing service. Lost my business for life

Offered help as I entered the store. I was also approached 2 more times before I left.

Rude employees! I was yelled at for pulling my mask down as I walked out the doors. But its okay to pull your mask down to smell perfume. Figure it out people!
