Worst customer service ever! I had my coupons and because I ripped them to fit in my wallet I couldnt use them because they rip them after theyre used. Have some common sense and customer service, obviously I didnt rip them on the scan bar for a reason. Clearly if it had already been redeemed the system would tell you. Then I went to the one in the mall and they had no issues with it! Wow. People just dont care about their customers anymore.

This place smells so good! Lots of choices from hand soap, to sprays to body wash and candles. I always buy the hand soap as no other store bought soap smells this good!

Bath and body works always has a really cool selection of all sorts of things. From kitchen and bath to household and more. Lots of interesting products. Although this is always great, their prices are pretty high. While the constant 20% coupons are nice, it isnt really a place we go to buy alot of things consistently because we can usually find cheaper elsewhere. Good place to gift shop or have a wedding registry.

I always walk out with a smile on my face and a bag of wonderful goodies. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was hand sanitized and given my own bag upon entry. Mask was required. The sales are always spectacular. I got so many things with my gift card. I love that they are not pushy salesmen and let you shop without harassment. Fast check out and great customer service. I saw a station for self check out I think but I didnt use it.

The gentleman that assisted us was so great. His recommendation was spot on exactly what we needed to get for our boss. Great service. Prices ok. Excellent product!

Bath & Body Works is an great place. Soon as we walked in someone was right there to help us out and someone wasnt far away to answer questions about a particular scent. Definitely felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend checking out this location.They have a good selection of scents for women and men.

Clean store, friendly staff and a good selection of aromatic bath products. Prices are not cheap though, I can find lotion and soaps that are comparable in functionality at Walmart. My wife insists on buying stuff here.

The products speak for themselves and Im never disappointed. However, today the store was packed. No way to be socially distant. You couldnt even walk two feet without bumping into somebody else. Everyone takes their masks off to sniff the products. So gross and unsafe!! There are no safety precautions at all being taken in this store. For a store that carries a ton of hand sanitizer you think they would have some out for the customers. The store is NOT safe to be in right now. Limit the number of people in the store and do not allow people to sniff the products. Not in the middle of a pandemic with a respiratory virus! I will do all of my purchasing online.

Beautiful store, in a good location with so many goodies hard to decide which to choose.

The store was way too crowded, to grab my candles and get out!!! It is not socially distanced, the tables and displays are two ft apart and ppl are stand in groups!! It is not safe with covid being so bad in this area. If you are worried (even with a mask, not safe).

Now a days you would think that supporting your local store would take precedent over ordering over the web - not the case for this store - had a 20% coupon to either order on web or in store - forgot coupon but had picture sent to me from home since the weather is terrible and didn’t want to risk driving back and forth - was told “Nope” have to have coupon bar code - was trying to spend $30 to support local biz - everything is digital these days - guess I’ll support a different biz now - customer service refresh training needed at this store for sure.

Came on a crazy pre-Christmas shopping day looking for a gift for my wife when they were slammed, but someone still came up to me within the first minute of being there asking if I could be helped. They were able to take my request & recommend & to some options. I spent more time in line than I did looking for it, but my wife loved the Vanilla Bean Body Spray & so Ill go back! Pro tip: go the day(s) immediately after major holidays to take advantage of great discounts (like half off)!

Very unpleasant employees. I was in line on black friday and the heavy set female that was standing at the station outside was not polite in how she spoke to customers. Barking orders at people is not a good look for your business.

Very disinterested staff. Tried to ask a question and they kept having a personal conversation. I tried to politely ask more than once as well. I would highly recommend a different store. Ive never felt so unwelcome in any location.

Tired inventory with same old fragrances repackaged to look new. It seems that the quality has diminished with rarely anything, from lotions to candles, having the same scentability or staying power. All the good scents have been retired with a rare appearance in very limited amounts. Without any new scents or quality body care products, there doesnt seem to be a reason for anyone over the age of thirteen to shop here.

I appreciate that the majority of employees offer personal assistance in selecting fragrances and using coupons.

I think this store is a little bit nicer than the ones you run across in the mall with a larger selection. The service is always pretty friendly, and the shelves are always stocked even when theyre busy.
