Nice high end showroom. Couldnt get any help even when I asked. I guess needing info on just a couple of items didnt warrant a sales person.

The Tech in the Parts Department was Extremely Helpful. Ferguson has been Limited by Kohler, by the Manufacturer NOT supplying Some replacement parts to Suppliers = The Tech spent the Time to find the Discontinued Fixture Number and Part Number I needed, And Kohlers 800 # to order what I needed. IF Necessary, I will give Ferguson more of My Business. Thank you!
Parts Tech did a great job helping me with finding a Part number and Item Number on a discounted Piece and referred Me to the Manufacturer who chooses to Deal Direct instead of using local Suppliers.

We have been trying to get are very expensive brand new kitchen aid refrigerator replaced but the rep or the store wont we have to fix it for 3 months. Product arrived broken but probably they cant get another one for us. Hopefully the repairs work.
I use the plumbing supply side of Ferguson, unlike other supply houses I use they are rarely out of the parts I need to get my jobs done. Even though it gets busy and lines are backing up, Art gets me checked out quickly. Hes one of Fergusons all-stars!The fixture gallery is one of the best in town. I send my customers in to pick out their new fixtures. I get extra work after some of my customers find even more great products there.

Super helpful staff! Went in looking for a tub, all we had was a picture from a Parade of Homes, and they pulled it right up! And we found the perfect light fixture! Definitely the place you want to go!
The staff at Ferguson is great. They have a great selection in their showroom and they can get you just about everything. Soooo much better than the big box stores and their prices are great, even better than what I could find online.
Always enjoy taking loads of pipe to this facility very professional, polite and courteous and unload me without a wait.

Thats why hes the expert, he told me where to go and Art, the guy at the counter that would know what to do when I get there. When I got there, it was a smooth transaction, everything I needed ready to go. We love Fergusons!

I previously posted a one star about our experience with Ferguson(had a bad experience with their showroom staff and then our dishwasher broke several months after the one year warranty) after seeing our review and reaching out they offered to replace our dishwasher with an upgrade and we only paid for the installment. I was impressed with their offer and have added several stars, i wish i could give them a five star but..... A few weeks later our microwave broke, again a few months after the one year warranty expired. I think the company made a great effort to work with us but I haven’t been impressed with their products thus far. I am hoping the new dishwasher will prove this wrong. But be mindful that not all products they offer are long-lasting and what you would expect out of an appliance!
Beautiful showroom and friendly staff. They also have a great plumbing desk with helpful staff and quality parts. We bought a nice water heater for less than a big box store charges.
I read the reviews and decided to give them a try despite some negativity. That was our first mistake. We arrived to purchase two ceiling fans, a laundry room light and to check prices on a drawer microwave. When we walked in there were only two other customers there and approximately five employees. No one could be bothered to greet us, ask if we needed help or had any questions. Finally I approached a gentleman and inquired about the ceiling fans. He replied they only had a few at the moment turned and walked away. Since we were treated with indifference we felt like they obviously didn’t care about our business. From there we went over to contractors lighting store where we received completely different treatment and made all of our purchases there. Matthew provided us with excellent customer service and another team member finished helping us when Matthew had an appointment show up. Don’t bother wasting your time going to Fergerson, who has employees not interested in you or your money.
Mary was very helpful today when we stopped in to Ferguson to look at kitchen appliances, toilets and bathroom vanities. We had a very positive experience and bought a vanity and toilet. We are doing a remodel project on a house we are selling so will likely be back to shop again soon.

I have gotten excellent customer service. Plus, it is the only plumbing showroom that I am aware of that is open on Saturday which works great for folks who have to work Monday-Friday. Early Saturday mornings tend to be the least busiest time.

Okay service I have had better. My plumber for my business has encountered issues with name lookup problems several times. Hope the fixed it.
Needed parts to repair a kitchen sink faucet. Tried several supply stores without any luck. As a last attempt I stopped at Ferguson. They immediately identified the parts I needed and counseled me on how to complete the repair. This supply store knows its business and delivers on customer service.
I live in the Boise foothills and I pass multiple other similar businesses to go to Ferguson because the service at Fergusons is top notch. I have very small needs (minor home renovations) compared to some of their larger clients but despite this, I have always been very pleased that EVERY single employee treats me like Im their only priority. My personal consultatnt Trisha has gone so far above and beyond to help me that it even makes me feel like Im one of her long time friends. Thank you Trisha and Ferguson I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!
I would give 0 stars if i could. To come in on x-mas eve ( wich i understand eployees wanting to be with family) and be told what do you want. You havr 4 mins before we close, so you better hurry. Then to be rushed to find some really important parts and pieces for my job and every employee stink eyeing me to leave. The worse part is a very respectable friend recommend me to come here and said they were great guys. They were not!!! I will never recommend them and honestly i do t want anything to do with a company that keeps employees like this!

Been in twice in the last 3 months, neither time did any of the numerous employees ask us if we needed help. Very nice showroom, but no offers to help. Ended up going to another business for our remodel need.

Their new Saturday hours must have been forced upon them by corporate at the National Level. Locally, they just dont have their heart in it because they are doing everything possible to make it fail. Example: Go in on a weekday and they fall all over themselves to help and work hard to get answers. Go in on Saturday, and you get nasal obliviots who give rapid, but erroneous answers to simple questions and when pushed seem to be looking at catalogs for the first time. They are not bothered in the least as people walk out in disappointment. I was not the only one! So sad. This Saturday thing will do Ferguson more harm than good unless they decide to succeed and staff it properly.

I bought an expensive stand-alone tub through Ferguson, as well as high end faucets and fixtures. I like doing it myself, and I planned the project over the winter, to keep me busy. I found Ferguson very DIY-friendly. When I asked questions, they would tell me to contact a pumper. I finally called Maax in Canada, the manufacturer of the stand-alone tub. and they told me of new tub drain that was now available. I tried to order it from Fergusons, and they knew nothing about it. So I ordered it from Maax, who sent it to Ferguson and I had to pick it up there. It was a great drain, but not usable in my situation because it required more space under the floor than I had. So I finished the project in late March and took the drain back to Ferguson to return it. They would not return it because it was too long since I bought it. The drain was expensive ($80) and I feel they are not DIY-Friendly. Next time I will buy my remodel materials elsewhere.
