We bought a RAM 3500 here in 2020. We were sold their “highest coverage” extended warranty for $4400. In the year since we have owned it the DEF system went out and the warranty didn’t cover it ($5000). The Turbo actuator went out and the warranty didn’t cover it ($3000).We have talked with the sales manager and he has been unaware that these things would not be covered. I’m very upset that they would sell something that they really have no idea what it does or doesn’t cover. They need to know what they are selling! Especially if they sell it to you saying “this is the best coverage you can get, it covers everything”……it doesn’t cover squat! It’s a $4400 scam. They made money off the deal selling it to us and instead we set $4400 on fire and have had to shell out an additional $8000 in repairs!

The service staff was extremely helpful. They not only installed my replacement key fob, synced it with my car, but also took the time to explain some settings on the car I wasnt aware of. Of course, whoever had the car before me didnt keep the owners manual!! Would recommend the service staff to anyone.

I drove 2.5 hours to buy a car, Yukon denali, it was for sale and when I got there they said they could not sell the car for another 6 days....They new I was driving a rental and was motivated to buy a car and return my rental to enterprise. They were not truthful about the car being available to sell before I came. It was a huge waste of time. The car is just a car. they come and go in our lives. I will remember how bad this experience was more than I will remember my next car. If the situation changes I will update the review.

Dont buy a car from these guys!!! Totally rude to my wife today about getting the a.c. fixed in the car we bought four months ago. They say theyll do everything to make you feel great about buying from them. I feel like they dont really mean that. Worst mistake of my life trusting these guys.

Be prepared to spend time here. When I bought my Jeep I also bought the oil changes and etc. with it. Every oil change I have got here has taken over an hour and a half. Just recently I got an oil change and my tires rotated and I spent very close to 2 hours waiting. I left and immediately noticed a problem with my Jeep driving. After calling in to see what happened, they said my tires may be unbalanced now. I had to come back the next day just to get my tires balance and I spent another hour and 45 minutes waiting. I have never experienced this problem anywhere else I have gone. Needless to say I will go somewhere who is quicker from here on out.

I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer on March 12, on March 20 my family could have been killed driving back from salt lake due to an engine misfire and there was no rear breaks it was metal to metal, bc I went over my 3,000 warranty making trips to Utah I was offered a 10% service discount, I’ve emailed the Vice President t I’ve left several messages for different people nobody has offered to do anything except have me pay to fix the engine misfire on a vehicle I just bought that was fraudulently reported as a safe vehicle for my family! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they do not care about you!!!!!!!!

Their sales people are on salary, prices are set on vehicles and details on each vehicle are published with Car Fax to back it up, so its much more relaxed and you can get straight to what we, the buyers are looking for without the high pressure and wasted time on gimmicks. I have been extraordinarily happy with the truck that I purchased through Mountain Home Ranch Outlet, the staff was very clear to me up front what my responsibilities were as well as theirs when it came to as-is type things. Different seals do wear out and I have noted that as I have gotten older I need maintenance as well. As much as possible and even more than that, Todd and Company really take care of customers and truly do care! I recommend them strongly! Test ride things and go through the systems and I think you will be very happy with how they treat you.

Went in and traded my 2013 Scion in for a 2016 Mazda. Very helpful and friendly. Kept me informed and not in the dark. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 because there was a mix up in the miles after I bought it. Car had more than the paperwork stated and I failed to notice as did they. Called and Went back a day later and they fixed everything. So minor hassle. Have had 2 good experiences with the Auto Ranch Franchise so far. Hopefully many more.

I am reluctant to leave a negative review because my actual buying experience was pleasant. However, after they get their check the meridian auto ranch couldn’t care less about customers. I payed $35,000 for a nice diesel pickup. It happened to have a sunroof. For the next 30 days my pickup was parked in my shop at night. I needed my shop to work on some equipment of mine and left my truck outside for 2 days while it was raining and got in the next morning and my cab was soaked. I called tony, my salesman, and told him about my issue and asked about what we could do to work this out. He responded with “we can schedule you to come in but we aren’t going to fix anything on our dime.” I’m pretty sure that after giving them $35,000 it would in fact be my dime that funded the repairs. I would have even been happy with splitting the cost. To wrap this up, I am very displeased with meridian auto ranch and disappointed with their integrity. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

If you are out of state think twice about purchasing a vehicle here. Covid did slow things up, however the communication was non existent after the sale. Title clerk ignored emails and phone calls- horrible customer service!! A very long 4 months of a hassle-turns out --titlework didnt get sent to our state until 5 weeks after the sale.

The service department is excellent. I came in for an oil change, they were friendly, quick and efficient.

I went in on may 15th 2020.. the inventory manager treated me with little respect. Ill be sure to come back once my English gets better or easier to understand.

Bought a 2010 f 150 back Im September of 2019 and 3 weeks later it needed an exhaust manifold and a new bulk head for the leaky transmission i had to pay the warranty fee after spending 14000 on the truck. Now Christmas even 3monthsafter buying and again leaky transmission waiting to hear back the cost Im sure they will say its not under warranty. Just a bad experience and will let everybody know single income family getting screwed all i wanted was a working truck to haul my family safely in not suck us dry.

Carson made getting a great car with amazing gas mileage quick and easy! We told him what we wanted to pay and he made it happen. They not only kept that promise, they scheduled the repair the following week. Although the repair was a little complicated, the shop manager and Joe continued to work hard to get the job done, provided me a loaner-car, communicated updates to me, and never once tried to back out of their original promise. When I understand with bad credit my options were limited, they tried to pressure me into buying exactly what I didnt want. They wouldnt even let me look at anything. They told me i could only get approved for one car and thats all they let me look at. I went to a different dealership and not only did they let me check out whatever I wanted, they worked out a payment plan that worked for me. Plus, they report to all 3 credit beaureus. A much better experience.

I was at the Meridian Auto Ranch this morning and the honest and service I got was beyond a 5 star!!! Justin the car salesman was just wonderful I told him exactly what I could pay, exactly what I needed in a vehicle he didn’t try to up sell me or show me anything that wouldn’t work for me!! I got a Toyota Rav 4, the Finance Department was so patient with me do to a bankruptcy about a year ago I was worried they would turn me away they told me exactly what they could do, and I walked away happy!! The service department was kind enough to meet me tell me when I would need an oil change!! They took of car of everything even got my financed through a local bank Pioneer Federal, which is nice I can go in and pay it instead of on kind or over the phone!!! Purchased a great pickup from the Ranch in Meridian, Justin Tucker is a great salesman smart, and witty, just an all around nice guy. No hassles, no gimmicks, no bs. These guys are a great class of dudes you do not often find in this industry. Sean, the finance guy is smooth, like a Idaho James Bond. Sean, and Justin stayed late, got me what I wanted, (even though they had prior engagements) and made sure to follow up, to reaffirm I was happy with the service and my purchase. Will be sending people their direction in the future.
