10/25/21 update: these guys just don’t want to work. No cars early on a Monday, I show up and they are cleaning the floor loft and they say they are full.Been going to these guys for 3 years now regularly and it’s clear they are in the no work camp. Find another place or you’ll just waste your time hoping they will serve you.

My Sons truck wouldnt start and it was about 2 on Saturday afternoon. I called them up and asked if they would be able to look at it if I got it there. He said sure but time wasnt on my side because of the tow truck time. We got the truck there and they found and fixed the problem. Great Speedy Service, PROFESSIONAL and Great Value. I desperately needed my AC repaired. My husband used the canned stuff and it went from fair to non-existent. The Meineke tech politely told me that he couldn’t even check my compressor because it would ruin his diagnostic tool. Yet he quickly gave me a quote of $1650 to replace the entire system. My husband took my car to a place near our home and they topped up my freon for just over $100. Maybe that was too much, but I happily paid it to be rescued from 3 weeks of sweltering car rides. Ironically, none of their equipment was damaged. Just quick service. I don’t want to throw the gender card or the race card (my husband is white), but I can’t help but wonder….

Best auto shop in town. This location has serviced a few of my cars and it’s always a fantastic experience at a fair price. Recently bought a very cheap and incredibly neglected car that needed brake work done. They didn’t pressure me into expensive repairs and maintenance despite me declining ~$1500 of recommended (and necessary) services. The owner told me exactly what I needed to keep the car safe for the time I intend to keep it, and got the job done at a fair price. They even replaced a component that seized up (due to rust) during servicing free of charge. I can imagine how annoying it must be for someone to bring in an absolute rust bucket like this car, and they handled it with grace and care. The best!

Free inspection, done very quickly. I was able to drop off my car from work and they had a loner for me to use. My brakes were done in less than 2 hours. It was so convenient to be able to drop off the car and then pick it up all fixed after work the same day! Would use again!

Adam was very friendly and helpful and was able to fit my car in between appointments. Though he warned me it would be a longish wait, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the work was finished. This is my new go to place for sure

I was able to get an oil change appointment for the following day and they got me right in when I arrived. The service manager Adam was both knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car recommends using full synthetic oil and Meineke was offering a $20 off special -- always nice to get a discount!The full service oil change includes checking several other items such as the air and cabin filters. Adam showed me the filters (which were a bit dirty, but not bad) and he wasnt at all pushy when I elected not to replace them. Total wait time was less than 1 hour -- in conclusion, it was a pleasant experience.

Very very helpful..I believe they were extremely honest to me knowing that I didnt know anything about cars. They were very fast and I have not heard a squeak from my brakes since they replaced them. I am thankful for their honest hard work. Thank you Meineke.

Fast reliable service on my 2013 dodge ram tune up. Only thing was they cost a little more for the tune up then a few places.But they are open on Saturday which helped me because I needed my truck back Monday morning and it was do e fast. All and all great services thanks.

On a cross-country drive, our brake job needed a quick turnover to get back on the road - Meineke at Meridian was fast, courteous, and gave us confidence to carry on to Oregon.

They wanted our business! After calling all around the valley to get a repair and being told the next appointment is over a week out multiple times by repair shops. The techs at Meineke where busy as well but where able to get me in the next day to take a look at it. Even with the guys being short staffed they where about to have my car diagnosed and repaired before noon. Then when we went to pick up our car they took time out of their busy day to explain the repair and answer questions for us. They were very kind and I will be using them again when I need help.

The customer service at the shop was absolutely amazing. They brought my truck in and diagnosed it within an hour and was able to replace my entire AC unit in my truck in one day. They even gave me a loaner car to get back home. I would recommend this shop to everybody super friendly and knowledgeable Service

I have used meinekes services for nearly all of my car care and issues. They are always very professional and informative. Always extremely fast. Always great prices! I have really never found anything at all to complain about with meineke especially the one on Fairview in meridian. If you need your car serviced or fixed I would ask meineke to do it!

I came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The man in front of me was giving the manager a really hard time and he responded so well. I’ve never seen a more mature, calm, and collective atmosphere like this one. Not only did they do a great job on the services for my car, but the employees there have great character. They’re very nice and 100% intentional when you walk in the door. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been going there for quite some time now and I love it.

They were courteous and cheerful, quick. Price seemed a bit high but not outlandish. Negative was missing but noticed on battery mount box, battery slides around.

Bill and his crew were very nice and professional. Explained their findings and the best compliment I can give, they only fixed what was needed. I was prepared for both front and rear brakes being completely replaced, not the case. I was contacted with diagnoses of only the front brakes were in need of replacement, which was a relief. I am appreciative of the honesty.

Asked them to take a look at my seat and the guy said if we have time. He called me less than 30 mins after I dropped my car off to let me know my car was done. I got there and he said they didn’t have enough time and I’d have to schedule a different appointment with them to get it looked at. No other cars were at the building and multiple guys were standing around. Pretty expensive for not great service.

The lobby is clean and the staff are Very friendly and professional! They were ready to work on my car at my scheduled appt time and got the work done in a timely manner which limited the interruption to my day. Tech noticed my cabin air filter desperately needed cleaning. He wasn’t pushing or trying to upsale the service. Instead he allowed me to view my filter and provided time for me to decide whether I wanted them to replace it with a new one or deal with it later. I use to take my Chevy to the Chevy service center, but now Meineke takes care of all my car’s maintenance.

Went in to have AC pressure tested and filled and they told me I needed a full new system for 2000.00.I had it fixed somewhere else a 6.00 Schrader valve and refrigerant and its working great no thanks to them never going back

I started at the dealership with a $1200 quote to replace my muffler. I took it to Mieneke and they took care of me for $460. Everything seems to be taken care so I’m very pleased with my experience.

I normally do my own oil changes because I have trust issues due to a few bad experiences I have had in the past with shops over filling my oil. I decided to give Meineke a try this time around, since there price was reasonable and I really wasn’t in the mood to crawl under my truck this time.I brought my own oil and filter of my choosing, and they changed it for $20. The dealer would have charged me $140 for the same oil and filter when I asked them a week ago.Anyways, I was happy with the service I received, and I think I will continue to use these guys. I had some rust on my exhaust pipes near the back of the engine that caused the car to be loud and annoying. The guys at Meineke fixed me up in less than 2 hrs and now my car sounds nice and quiet again. They also diagnosed a steering problem I have which I will be getting fixed soon. Labor charges these days are too high, but then EVERYBODY charges high labor rates these days ($120 or so per hr) for vehicle work so no surprise there. Otherwise, very happy with the service here. This place used to be Econo lube & Tune and those guys would try and screw everyone who walked through the door including myself more than once. But it wasnt that way with Meineke thank goodness!!!

The owner of the place would not honor $19.95 coupon said It was for a different store even though I had to used the coupon there before. When I questioned him about it he got upset And told me that he was not going to change my oil. I told him that I had an appointment I needed my oil changed as I was leaving town The owners name is Beck and he was very rude to me I’m very unprofessional hi. I did get my oil changed and the workers back there did a great job I have decided that I’m never going back to that Meineke again and I have a really bad taste in my mouth with the company altogether

I am completely disappointed in my experience today. I had high hopes because the reviews Ive read had nice things to say about the helpfulness of the staff at this location. I made an appointment online for my ac to be checked out, which was super easy and lovely.(I will preface this next part with Ive worked in customer service for many years and tend to be very forgiving. I also feel like Im a very understanding and reasonable person)I showed up on time to my appointment and got a very cold what can i do for you type of comment. I proceeded to tell the staff member (didnt catch his name. older, white hair) that i had an appointment. Guessing he was having a rough day, i made a joke to try and lift the mood about how ofcourse my car mustve gotten scared because its not doing what if was before. He didnt laugh but rather made a not amused face. I brushed it off. Phone rang and he answered it, while talking to the customer on the line it was obvious he interrupted them mid sentence to tell them there was no more appointments this week and next Tuesday was the earliest next appointment available. It was pretty rude. Then back to me, I start to tell him whats been going on with my car. However, I didnt get to finish telling him what its been doing because as soon as I mentioned that we were advised to try to recharge the system with a diy kit, he interrupted me and in a rude tone told me he couldnt help me because we had used that kit and it had no leak stuff in it and that Id have to replace the entire system. He vaguely mentioned that the no leak would ruin his gauges, which is a fair point but he wasnt tactful or nice on how he said it to me. I was trying to then continue telling him the weird thing its doing to get his professional opinion if that the kit could have caused the problem, but he just said again he couldnt help me. (Shocked with the way he kept being rude, i interrupted him back and said ok have a nice day in my not happy voice and walked away). I called a different mechanic shop that was very nice on the phone, listened to my entire explanation before politely explaining why they feel the kits are a terrible product and explained why. He gave me some options. Even though they are booked out a few weeks I plan on working with them and to be quite honest will probably never consider meineke ever again for any of my car needs. Again, im pretty forgiving typically, but thats how offending this first encounter was.I dont know if the guy here was just having a bad day or if this is his normal demeanor, but regardless once you clock in and put a name tag on the customer service mode needs to turn on. Theres really no excuse for treating anyone like he did.

I was traveling on my way back home to Washington. I stopped at Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed, and fuel filter changed. They broke the retainers on the fuel filter, and damaged my steel fuel line, and then pushed me out and basically wished me luck. I stopped in to Meineke to make sure I could make it back home. They got my truck right in, and changed my fuel filter and saved the fuel line that Jiffy Lube almost broke. They were fast, very friendly and understanding that I was traveling. Price was also fair. What a bunch of great dudes!! From the front desk all the way to the shop.Thanks guys!

I had them diagnose a check engine light for $125. They told me what needed replaced and I replaced it myself. This did not fix the issue and meineke refused to recheck their diagnostic to ensure they didn’t miss something the first time. They would only charge me the same diagnostic fee.I have spent lots of money here over the years with oil changes, alignments and other work. I believe they should have double checked their work since it was not fixed. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to a place that just tries to Nickle and dime you on diagnostics!

Told me it was $89 for alignment on the phone so I scheduled an appointment. When it was time to pay they changed the price to 107.

Please use this place. They also found out something else that was wrong with my Jeep but informed me it didnt need to be fixed right at that time I had another light on for actually a tire and thats been fixed wonderful customer service all around five stars

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! THEY ARE THEIVES! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A FAMILY MEMBER AND CHEATED THEM OUT OF 2 BRAND NEW TIRES. 4 ALL WEATHER TIRES WERE BOUGHT AND WHEN THEY CAME IN TO ROTATE AND ALIGN, THEY SWITCHED THEM OUT FOR OLD, BALD, NOT EVEN THE SAME BRAND OF TIRES! LEFT A SINGLE MOTHER AND UNDERAGE DAUGHTER IN DANGER!!!

I took my care to them to have my brakes replaced because they had been performing all of my service for over a year. When they diagnosed the brakes the first time I was told that the issue was the rear brakes. I had them replace them and within a couple of weeks the brakes malfunctioned. They then warranted the brakes and replaced them again. Same issue within a couple of weeks. Long story short they had the car in four times in total and still the brakes malfunction within a month. When I was frustrated at the problem I asked for a refund of the brakes and they agreed. But it cost me four days without my car and there was no Apologies. Just whatever come get your refund. Not a great impression. I would not trust them to service my car again with that kind of service and reaction.Update! I just took my car to the Toyota dealership and they informed me that I need a total brake replacement including shims and slides because the job was not done correctly. The service manager at Toyota couldnt believe that Meineke recommended rotor replacement when they did because the factory parts are capable of over double the milage I was at when they were replaced. He told me meineke got one over on me and now it going to cost me $1300 to get the brakes redone. Still no apology from meineke or any solution offered. Horrible.

My car was in need of a new headlight. My husband just had back surgery so I needed help getting it replaced. Although it was after 5:15 Bill was willing to take care of my urgent request and he had it done within 30 minutes. I have used this Meineke shop for my general car maintenance and have always been very pleased with the professionalism and great service!

I called yesterday out of the blue asking about a quite for brakes. They suggested I came into the shop for an inspection. As soon as I got there they got right to work, gave me a quote and offered to complete the work right there. I was in and out in about two hours. They did a great job. Any other auto services I need professionals for will definitely go their way first.

I think the rate/hour is high. They got the job done in the amount of time they said they would. The front desk is helpful and does give you the final say on what level of work needs to be done. They could have doctored it up and I could have been on my way. I heard him with several other customers and I feel he gave them great options and let them make their choice.

I had my brake lights go out and the bulbs were stuck in the sockets. The guys at Meineke took care of it quickly and for a great price. Very professional, helpful, and fair. Cannot recommend enough.

My 97 Honda CR-V broke down, and I had it towed here because took such awesome care of my daughter. And they took awesome care of me as well. They diagnosed the failure, replaced the distributor and had me back on the road within 24 hours. They have excellent technicians and communication. I will be using then again. This location is ALWAYS a good experience. I have no auto knowledge and they always explain everything, show me what’s wrong if possible and make sure they put a mechanic in the job that is equivalent to the level of the problem. The owner is a regular presence and in my experience, many of the staff have been there a long time. It makes for a value-added, comfortable experience.

I’ve gone there before and I came back because they did a good and fast job last time. Brakes were grinding and I figured I’d stop by and get them looked at and they were able to get me in and out and fix the issue in one afternoon while I did other things, great service!

My car’s temperature gauge was showing that my car was close to overheating one minute and then it would go back to normal. I was about to drive to the mountains so I made an appointment and brought it to be looked at. I was greeted immediately upon entering, the tech made sure they understood what the problem was and told me they’d give me a call when after they had a chance to do an evaluation. I received a call back from Adam, who was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He indicated that I was low on fluids and after through inspection found no leaks and after putting more fluid in and driving the vehicle, the temp was back to normal. I asked him to do an oil change and replace a wiper blade while they had it. The work was completed within 45 mins as he had quoted and the price was far better than the dealership’s service center I normally take it to. Wonderful experience and I will be long term repeat customer!

Great customer service however, after driving my car today I had so much smoke coming from under the hood and the inside my car was filled with burning oil smell. I arrived at my destination and popped the hood to find oil all over as well as the transmission dip stick was not securely seated as it should have been, luckily it stayed in place and was caught before it fell into the road.My washer fluid was not topped off ( the norm for this place).Sadly not the first time Ive experienced caps not being securely tightened down.Slow down fellas, check your work.I really like this location, the owner is super nice but results like this is what drives people to look for other companies to service their cars.

I have been going here for 8 years. They have always did good work. Bought new car with oil leak. Asked them to check oil pan for crack from previous owner. They said engine is leaking too badly to find source of leak. All I asked was to wipe down oil pan and inspect oil pan. They would not do it. They told me to wash engine and come back. I guess it was too much to wipe down oil pan and inspect. I am not very happy this trip. Service has gone a little down hill over time. However, this has been my only complaint over 8 years.

Had a scheduled appointment. They had the oil change done in about 30 minutes. Friendly staff.

Satisfied with the LOF I received. Their oil change package included tire rotation among other things. At check out I asked if they also measure tread depths. Was told yes. Guy at counter looked at my inspection sheet. He stated they usually write it down but for some reason they didnt. He did not offer to go have tech write it down. I recently measured them myself so I have an idea what they are. Therefore I did not request to have them written down. I was still appalled at this oversight and no offer to fix it. For all I know they didnt measure them anyway. Not impressed with lack of detailed findings that were supposed to be part of what I paid for.

My brakes quite suddenly began grinding and howling a ton. I called and made an appointment on the spot and they put me in the very next available spot. From drop off to pick up was 2 hours. Unbelievable service with constant updates and communication. Price was more than fair for the scope of work undertaken. Highly recommend the fellas at the meridian cherry lane branch.

Great service! I called and they were able to fit me in the next day for my repair. They have me a call an hour later with my estimated cost of repair and then an hour after that to say it was ready. My family owns a small dealership in another state so they told me estimated costs and they were spot on. They forewarned me of some repairs in the future so I can save up for them and were very kind and professional. I’ll definitely be going back.

I was originally super worried about my car and I thought it would be a spendy issue. I set up an appointment for 8am, and they saw me right away. They shortly found the issue with my car a bit later, they gave me the run down of the price and how it got there and they told me exactly what they were going to do. The staff at this location are very kind and don’t take advantage of you. Originally, this was said to be a two hour job, but they got it done in a little over an hour because they had an extra person working on it, amazing! My car was also overheating so they filled my car with coolant and didn’t even charge me for it. I would definitely recommend the franchise as a whole, but this location was especially amazing. Thanks so much to the staff! I will be returning for all future car problems I may have.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I was having issues with my air conditioning not blowing cold air on a hot day, so I did a quick search of the places around me that offered AC services and Meineke came up and had the most stars, so I went in and made an appointment for the next day. The great thing was the AC check was FREE (I later read that’s not always the case with some places) and you are only get charged if they find that there’s a need to fix it, which I did and it is not took about an hour. They also found my blower motor resistor was not working (I had had issues with not being able to turn my heat or AC on anything but high), but I declined the service for another day or so I thought... I had never had my AC evacuated and recharged in my (2004 Chevy Malibu), so when I got in and turned on the car, I felt like I was instantly in the Arctic. So, instead of risking pneumonia, I got the resistor fixed too and it’s perfect. HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I’ll definitely be going back if any other issues arise.
