He diagnosed the problem and communicate with me the whole time what was going on and about how long I was going to be there.Well recommended, thanks again. They got us back on our road trip and saved us from getting a hotel room for the night.

I have an issue with my steering wheel being out of center after getting an alignment, went back numerous times and they still couldnt fix it, enjoyed that 103 dollars because thats my last time going back to these guys

Was heading home to Louisiana from Georgia and arrived at their shop right at closing time. Had two tires that needed to be mounted for the trailer I was pulling. Without hesitation the technician rolled up a door, stretched out an air hose, got an impact wrench, rolled out a floor jack and went to work. Got it done in record time and I was on my way. Big thank you to this shop!

I dropped off a tire there to be fixed about an hour and a half ago.....I have not picked it up yet so Im grading them in advance. And I have no doubt that its a five-star operation.

I was traveling and one of my Goodyear tires were low. I bought them at a different company but these guys were more than willing to drop what they were doing and checked all 4of my tires for me. If I lived there, I would definitely use them as my go to garage for everything. You dont get that kind of eager friendly attention anymore. Very rare. Thank you very much!

Had a scheduled appt. When I arrived the attendant did not have on a mask. Complained to me about his boss and others that they are not doing their job. They did not have the tires I ordered and could not accommodate me in any way. My mom raised the 5 of us with Goodyear. I was highly disappointed that I had to get my tires elsewhere😥

Always good service. Dependable and honest guys. Today, a mechanic stayed late to be sure my truck was repaired. Appreciate them!Also, free tire rotation with oli change if its synthetic.

I havent even had the first service past an inspection performed on my vehicle yet. When I tell you Derick was so polite, informative and professional. Dont know why I was so surprised. I would expect nothing less from a company like Goodyear.

Treated us amazing and very honest, good gentleman.Pat and Jay stayed working 2 hours past their closing time to make sure we were not stranded 3 states away from home.They did a 6-8 hour job in less than 4 hours!!!!Highly recommend! !

I was hung up on after asking about tires.

Went in with a tire low. They found a nail in the tire and fixed it. Then then put a new bulb in my front lights. All lest than 30 minutes and were very nice and curious.

Good honest people who you can trust with your vehicle repairs. Rather than just trying to sell me a tire, they actually brought me into the shop, found the hole and declared it unrepairable.

Criminal pricingMy truck sounded like it was about to cut off so I turned into Goodyears parking lot. I was charged almost 80$ to install a fuel filter. Women beware!! This must not be a christian business because I couldnt sleep at night knowing I cheated people.. Times are hard but remember we all have to answer for how we treat people. I never went back once Id realized Id been cheated but I hope people see this review bc im sure this is just the tip of the iceberg as far as pricing scams!

Horribly ran business. I stood at the front counter for over 30 minutes before anyone assisted me. The guy who should have been at the counter was standing outside flirting with another customer. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I was traveling on the interstate when my AC went out Goodyear hooked me up put me back on the road

That put bad tires on my car and I had to go back and get more tires it took about 4 HR for them to replace all 4 tires
