I have been sending my friend monthly deliveries of the same products and lately their delivery charges have been higher and higher, I’m done with this location, it cost to send 4 bottles of medication $21 and the bag measurements 12x8x4 seriously!!!No thank you

They all remember me, so i can just give them my package and get the reset without even having to ask!There is also this one cute girl who always compliments what i am wearing. I always look forward to seeing her because she has so much energy and appreciates my taste fashion!I hope that management treat her nicely as nicely as she treats me!10/11/19

I’ve been waiting for my package for 4 days and the driver stated that he/she attempted deliver but I was home. I have surveillance camera all around my house he/she NEVER came. Every time fedex delivers my packages I ALWAYS have to pick it up myself! Super unreliable!!

Terrible service, the young lady was horrible. Seemed upset at answering my questions . When I told her I would leave because of her service she said that was more than fine with her.... amazing employee I wonder who owns this place that can afford to lose $120

Hands down,the driver in Middletown who delivers my packages is the best Ive ever experienced in my lifetime. I am a customer for life and being a small business owner, with a sales background in the automotive industry, I understand the value caused by great customer service. Thank you Mr. Driver and those behind the scenes that further convince me that UPS sucks.

Dont ever go there for passport photos service. They have an old camera that barely works. It took the poor girl multiple tries to get it boot and multiple tries to take my picture. Also the lighting is bad, she had to use my phone flashlight to get more light and finally I had to walk away with no photo. What a waste of time. She was patient though and felt bad for me. We are in 2019, invest in some latest camera :)

So, Today 6/20/2019 this rude and impolite employee from this location had no time to show me a box that I need to buy. I am guessing she just want to go home. As a FedEx employee myself, I had no words to describe how bad I was treated this evening. Hope management can see this review and correct her about customer service.

Terrible customer service. Refused to print five pages off a PDF for me because she said my phone number was not legitimate - I gave the woman my full first and last name and was paying with my credit card.

Tonight the 09/20/2019 the associate was probably lying to me about the price. She was saying that the cost to send my package would be around $300.00 for a 3 pounds package. After this I went to UPS at Staples and I shipped for $65 bucks.

I am a big fan of this Fedex location. It is pure business, the staff are competent and efficient, and you can get some starbucks after dropping off your packages.
