The truck I rented wasnt available. The manager seemed to be the only one who know what they were doing, but then she acted like she was giving me a deal by taking $50 off when thats just company policy. Two days after returning the truck I was charged almost $1000 because of an error at a branch in VA. Took three emails, phone calls to corporate, and three visits to the branch to get it resolved. Two weeks after I returned the truck they charged me another $40 in tolls that I didnt go through. I dont know if its a corporate issue or the branch itself, but avoid U-Haul.

I just moved back to CT, I have some furniture that I brought back with me that I have to sell. I reserved a storage unit to hold my stuff until I can sell some of it and when I went to drop off the truck and get my storage unit they said it was no longer available. When I asked why they said that the lock on it was broken so they couldn’t give it to me anymore. I’m upset that I never got a phone call to let me know that I couldn’t have the unit that I reserved. They gave me a bigger unit in place of the one I reserved and when they showed us where it was they never gave us a lock or keys. I had to run back up to the office and ask them for it and when I did the owner/manager complained about my dad’s attitude as if I could control him. It’s very frustrating that no one there knew what they were doing and they got upset with us for being upset. They may be cheaper than other places but honestly it’s worth paying extra for people that know how to do their job.

Has had a month notice to get the parts in I paid for, day of my appointment comes and they still dont have it; they didnt even call me to tell me, they just rescheduled my appointment to a random date.You cant reach this location by phone, all calls are redirected to a call center

I deliver to the save a lot in the same plaza as uhaul and during the most recent snowstorm I asked the manager nicely at first if two vehicles could be moved so I could deliver groceries to the store that people in the local community shop at well so much for supporting a fellow local business because uhaul refused to move a small trailer and a box truck so I could stop impeding traffic for about 2 hrs this place sucks.

Went there for some packing materials. Bought 2 boxes of packing paper, which was too much so I brought it back 3 hours later for a return. The staff person refused to allow accept it saying they did not accept returns after more than a few minutes because of the covid virus. I saw no notifications as such and was not informed when I bought it. Meanwhile, the staff person was not wearing a mask in order to protect his customers from the virus.

The staff was very that move to a new place veryneat and clean i was very happy with my exspreince
