The mango bubble tea does not taste like mango at all I had to go back and change the flavor.. also the woman that made my drink looked like she hated her job.

I was a regular customer until last night. I have came to this establishment for approximately 2 years and when I go I am like a kid in a candy store. I have placed a previous review and i now regret this. Yesterday the owner was very rude to me in regards to the size of ice cream I got. I was told that if I wanted 8 cherries I would need to order a large in the future. I ordered a medium which allows 3 TYPES OF TOPPING and in my case I order caramel, whip cream and 8 cherries. I told the owner that I have always ordered this in a medium. He went on to say that I have not and that in the future I need to order a large because medium is for the kids. I then stated well if it is for the kids, then it should be labeled a Child serving. I do not want more ice cream just 8 cherries so why should I pay $2 more for MORE ice cream to get 8 cherries. He continued to get loud to express his point. I am not fond of loud and if he chooses to lose a customer over a couple of cherries - Then so be it. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. I AM REALLY OFFENDED AND MY FEELINGS WERE HURT. Over a few cherries???? Cherries? He wants me to pay $2 more? Not in my lifetime

The bubble tea does not taste like soap it’s extremely good as well as the ice cream I recommend the I love you latte for all those coffee lovers

My family loves this place. Im in love with strawberry shanty. It tastes even better now that they add a little strawberry flavor along with the strawberry and Graham cracker. Im always in this place.

The ice cream is good, there is no way it was going to taste bad... but it is way too expensive... you dont get enough for the price.It might be worth it to go once for the experience of them making the ice cream in front of you... but after that its kind of like throwing away money.

Nice little place to grab Rolled Ice Cream. Had the Coffee and the Matcha so far and liked both of them.

Rude and Nasty. Didn’t get greeted. Poor customer service. Got a Brownie Mountain. They put 5 crumbs of HARD, OLD brownie in the ice cream. 0/10 do not recommend.

Omgeee the Smores was soo good and there was no line on a Tuesday evening didnt take much time to make them. A little pricy considering $7 each but definitely you get enough for the price.
