This is a really great store to get almost any type of fitted hat the only problem is their prices are incredibly steep. Dont expect to find yourself any real deals here because in order to buy a hat from this store you need to have deep pockets.

Excellent customer service, the gentleman found the hat I wanted and the size I needed really quickly.

Had a gift card went to go get some new hats. It seemed that they only had one style and not a lot of choices of the team logo I wanted. At one point I was going to ask if I was in the correct store for (HATS). The service was not good only 1 person in the store and it didnt seem like that person cared about there job or the customer while they played or txt on there phone.

The best experience Ive had at a lids store in awhile. Theyve changed up the sales reps and the person that took care of me was impressive and very helpful. He knew more about his product than others from different lids stores that Ive been to

Excellent variety in mens and womens basketball caps and accessories.

Great place just wish they had more steelers gear but they all love the deflatriots around here anyway so I get it but overall great place to buy a hat
