When I first learned that we have a gun shop in Meriden, I was excited and relieved. I would not have to travel far for items, I was looking for and I could help the businesses in our city flourish. Sad to say, I have called them twice during their operating hours to inquire about pricing and products in stock. Both times no one has answered the phone or made an effort to reach out to me. It seems to me there customer service is not so great. So why even bother going down to find out if they have what I am look for and waste my time and theirs. Personally I will take my business elsewhere. Seriously why should the consumer have to go out of their way to make a buy if the owner and his/her team does not care.

Getting through to them is awful. I don’t understand why. A new place looking for business should not be so tough. No one answers the phone. Email sent, a reply but then reply back and nothing. I can’t do business with that type of system. Says there open but go there and there not. Ask if only by appointment still no answer. I’m done with this place already. If the place isn’t open then don’t advertise as it is. Put a posting on the door even something.Go to a real place and get service you should expect.
