I have had an amazing experience from Kitchen magic from start to finish. A knowledgeable employee First came to my house and helped us plan our new kitchen. She recommended helpful changes to increase storage space, add function and esthetics. We even added a much larger quartz island and the cost was about a third of a total kitchen remodel. Arben Gjokazaj was meticulous about the fine details of the project. I could not find anything to complain about! You can tell he really cares about the craftsmanship he completes. Best yet there is a life time warranty on the work. Our kitchen is now modern looking with no hassle. They completed the entire job when we were on vacation. It does not get better than that😊. I scheduled an appointment over the phone. Then another rep called to confirm the appointment. The next day they called again and I missed them. They left a voicemail and I called back the next day which is the day of the appointment. Needless to say they cancelled it. I put aside a day off from work to accommodate them. They also make it difficult and insisted my wife available. The appointment is for 90 minutes. If they wasted my time but not theirs this company is not the one you want to do business. They wanted to reschedule my appointment but I happily declined. I would stay away from Kitchen Magic in Manchester, CT. This is not a way to conduct business when you wasted your client time!!!
