I went in to purchase a pair of sneakers for my son. We werent finding any he liked, and realized that they did not have a certain pair on the shelves that they used to sale. We went to the register for some assistance, finding that particular pair, and the girl did not know what they were. Her counterpart at the register with her had earphones in so was not listening. She had to tap him to get his attention and when she asked him he said no and put his earphones back in. Not helpful AT ALL. I went online when I got home. And low and behold, they do still sale the brand of shoe! We will not be going back to that store.

Went there last night to buy my girls sneakers, I never met the most wonderful sales representative that attended us, and cashed me out. I should have asked her name, but she was tall, long hair, and typed really fast, I want to say thank you so much, we need more people like her.the Evans family

I love this store because it has a wide variety of different style shoes! The staff is super helpful and friendly. It can be a little expensive sometimes, but the quality of the shoes makes the price worth it! I def recommend this store. (Plus they sell other accessories, backpacks, & t-shirts too!)

Staff at the Meriden store went above and beyond to help me! Got a pair of boots for Christmas and got a water mark on them so I brought them back months later and they took them back and ordered me a new pair at NO CHARGE and no hassle. The manger Brian was very courteous and accommodating. I had the new ones shipped directly to my house and they were slightly damaged, I brought them BACK to the store and again they took care of me. Throughout the whole process the entire staff including the Co-manager Lyndsey and Sam were exceptional with their communication and overall demeanor. I would absolutely recommend this store and staff to anyone looking for good products and staff that stand behind them. Thanks again guys!

Cool selection of stuff.

The guy with the long beard that always wears a baseball cap is extremely rude. He is always snippy, and is not welcoming at all whatsoever. One time when I walked in, he actually had a couple of pieces of chewed up food in his beard. I was disgusted. The store smells really bad as well, maybe the employees should work on their hygiene.
