Jan 28, 2021 - THEY CLOSE before 5PM! Dont complain you have no money when I tried to purchase $100.00 sneakers and was told I needed to come back...due to COVID you were closing before 5pm. Not happening...next store!

Great selections of shoes but on the pricey side. Pleasant, very attentive staff.

Im giving this store 3 stars because it was nice nd the workers were very nice nd helpful, I got a pair of sneakers that I saw there for $200 thinking I wasnt going to find in NYC do to coronavirus most stores are close only to come home nd finding the same sneakers for only $129, talk about over priced.

Great store, rather on the pricy side, but not more than other similar stores. The sneakers are set great quality! Plus they have a sale going on right now for b1g1 free shorts (certain shorts, not all of them). My son bought some and he loves them!

Good quality sneakers. The clothes is a little on the expensive side, however its comparable to similar stores. Staff are friendly. And when there is b1g1 sales on clothing, its worth taking advantage of!

2 employees on. Bored due to mall being slow. Female not knowledgeable about merchandise. Male did nothing to assist me. Waiting for her to bring out shoe instead she came back to door of stock room with a can of soda and just stood there drinking it. I stated to male “ I thought you said she was getting the shoe”They didn’t make me feel important nor valued me as a customer

After a bad experience with the Trumbell location with a rude manger named Sean and a rude manager named Kevin at West Farms Mall, Ray at the Meriden location made everything right for my daughter in-law! We have a choice where we spend our money and more so that we drive to stores to have a good experience! My advise is if you have a issue ask for the district manger as he will take care of the unprofessional employees.

Rude employees. Kicked out at 5:30. They close at 6 🤷‍♂️

I really only go on the holidays because thats when they have competitive deals.
