I did not have a pleasant experience with Winston. I appreciated his knowledge and time explaining but he placed a tremendous amount of pressure. I even asked for a moment to go over a few things with my husband before making a decision (we’ve been looking at a few from different locations) and he wouldn’t oblige. However I did in deed find a mattress I was comfortable with buying. In the end his sales pitch and his drastic drop in price made me question the legitimacy of what I was purchasing therefore made me to uncomfortable to follow thru. Quickly left and went back to a competitor.

I worked with Winston and I decided on a mattress in about 5 min...quickest shopping experience ever! He was such a sweetheart and very knowledgable. I saved a ton of money on a high quality mattress. Would definitely shop here again :)

Came to mattress firm needing to get a new mattress for the house and Dan was here to help. He did a fantastic job helping me to get the best deal and the best product. I am very happy with the service and the bed. I HIGHLY recommend going to the mattress firm in Meriden. I was NOT disappointed. Talk to Dan hes the man!

Very good product for the price

I really need a new mattress and thought maybe Id see something in my price range & nope! I had bought a new mattress few years ago and when I needed a new one they came to my house and said sorry but I cant accept the way the mattress is! I PD for Extra warranty & 4 small tiny stain on there refused to give me a new mattress! It had springs popping out, literally got hurt from spring! It was ?5-6 years old and I PD a lot of money just to be screwed over! Sickening honestly! Shame on ALL the SCAMMING jerk- OFFS! I SHOULDVE BEEN GIVE ME NEW BED! 100% FALSE BS from every angle company out there matter of fact I bought the mattress from the same guy who used to work with his brother or something like that. Wish I could get new bed Im disabled & need comfortable bed & I dont have a new one due to the fact that I got screwed over
