This store in Meridan attended me quickly. The reason for 2 stars is exciting the parking lot there is no sign alerting drivers of a 1 way street. I almost had a head on collision with a Police vehicle. After explaining myself to the officer, he told me this happens all the time. I thank the Meridan police officer for not citing me.

Eric in the Auto Zone store on West Main was the most helpful person I have ever encountered in an auto parts store. He went out of his way to get me all set.And as I’m writing this he is outside helping a lady figure out her headlights issue. In the cold snow.Great dude. Fantastic.

I dealt with Mr. Bond at the Store for issues with my car headlight. That man not just sold on to me but was able to troubleshoot and put it in for me with no problem. Great customer service, as always. This is not the first time I get top service but this one was the best. Great people. They take time to assist customers, even when they are busy. (that is the Reason why they are busy ...) Appreciated.

I’m not sure why their hours say 8:00 open. I’ve been calling for 30 minutes straight for no answer. So much for customer service

Store caters to cleaning and accessories more than parts. Few parts on shelf. Watched customers ask for parts were told they had to be ordered. Store over packed while only 1 staff wore mask properly. Staff entered store not wearing masks at all. 2 of 3 on registers only covered mouth or lower lip. Felt unsafe. Finally one new staff opened a new register wearing mask properly. Thanked him and told him I didnt feel safe with other staff.

Went to Advance auto and for the 3rd time in as many visits over the years they were short handed and refused to install my battery ( 2 other workers in the parts isle). I left went to AutoZone and without hesitation a very nice girl took care of me and installed the battery.

My fiance and I cannot be more grateful to Helen L. at AutoZone store 3248. Wed just replaced a back tire because it had a nail in it and had slowly been leaking air. On our 6 hour drive home, that same tire - the brand new one - was punctured yet again by a screw. We were two hours from home, our car full of luggage and our pet cat, and as it was a Sunday night, all the auto repair shops were already closed. We couldnt believe our bad luck. We pulled into the store on a nearly flat tire and as luck would have it, came up to Helen at the register. She physically walked us over to show us the right patching kit, talked us through how to use it, and came outside to advise us on how to turn the wheel to get at the screw (since it was a brand new tire, it was bolted on too tightly for us to manually replace it with our spare). We thanked her, as shed already been incredibly helpful. But she wasnt done - whenever the store emptied a bit, Helen would come out to check on us, cheer us on, offer her advice. She even lent us her tools and got down on the floor herself to help us try to remove the stubborn screw. Try as we might, we couldnt get the thing out - it had unbelievably gone in headfirst! After several hours, we were ready to give up, call a tow, and look up a hotel for the night, when a red truck came around the corner. It was Helens friend. It was past her shift, but she couldnt just leave us out there, so shed stayed, called this person who happened to own a tire shop in town, and had him drive all the way out to help us. He managed to yank out the screw, patch the tire with the AutoZone kit for us, and get us on our way in record time. We thanked them both profusely, even tried to pay them for her overtime and his help, but they refused. This time its you, maybe next time well need help and someone will be good to us. We spent the ride home heartened by the two of them, complete strangers in the middle of a pandemic, who went above and beyond to look out for us (and of course, our rather grumpy cat). If AutoZone has a bonus program or something to award outstanding employees, Helen deserves that recognition!

This was one of the worst retail experiences I have had in a very long time! The employees were horrible and treated the store as if it was a junk yard. When asking for help they immediately told me that they definately did not have the part without even looking. I took a quick look down an isle and found the part I was looking for. (I want to mention this is happening during Corona Virus.) None of the employees were practicing social distancing or wearing masks during my visit. I waited in line for 30minutes because the employees felt like socializing with the customers. Not to mention the store looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months! This is by far the most disgusting experience I have had in a store in a while!

I want to just say that the customer service in there is amazing, especially since I have zero experience with cars. I was helped by someone whos name I cant I remember (sorry) when my left blinker light went out. He showed me the right parts and compared and contrasted the pros and cons to the item I was looking for.The loan a tool program is really handy, when you just need to do a quick fix on the car. Excellent work to all the staff at this autozone! Cant wait to go back!

I don’t know where all the good reviews come from but it’s not really the company it’s some of the employees that work there too much joking fooling around they see you and don’t ask if you need anything you just wait at the counter and someone eventually shows up and with attitude or a serious face like your bothering them also they will try to rip you off once I went to buy only a rotor for a distributor and the guy tells me I have to buy the wires and distributor cap because the rotor is not sold by itself which is a lie because as he was looking for the distributor cap on the computer he went by the rotor that was $7.49 which of course he needs the sale so it’s better to lie and trick someone out they’re money so I went to ADVANCE AUTO PARTS and got the part for a dollar more but it’s better than paying $40 for the whole thing and getting ripped off also I went another time where I needed a simple serpentine belt first I waited then I told them what I needed then the employee was walking around saying hi and hugging some friends or i don’t know who they were that came in to the store then looking for money to pay food they ordered while I just stood there looking at them after she came back and forth about five times but never with my part I guess she left it for last because her friends and paying food is more important so I just walked out. And also they say hello and are nice to some people not all they’re costumers maybe the ones they know . I’m not sure but yeah the service at least not good it’s the employees not the company it self.

I was there today and like always I was helped out quickly and was in and out really quick but I have to say this location is always better when Liz is working she is very friendly always greets the customers when they come in and is the only employee that livings up the store they need more employees like her to make the store better

Quick stop to get new wipers for my car the employee was quick to help me locate them and even quicker to help me put them on even in the rain . I will definitely return to this store.

Friendly and helpful employees

Called on the phone, confirmed they had rotors and pads for the model of the car I mentioned, wait in line for 30 minutes, get to the front, young man clearly confused. Now says they don’t have the parts after I drove 20 minutes to get here.? Try going to a different spot this place is a mess

Unfriendly service. Got to the sales counter and the Auto Zone guy just stared at me. No hello, no can I help you?. Just glared at me. Finally I said hi and he nodded his head and mutteredhello.Asked for Bosch Evolution wiper blades and he told me that they dont have the Evolutions. I told hm that the website stated that they did.He looked them up and told me that I would have to go to the Norwich CT store.Ever wonder why consumers are abandoning brick & mortar stores and buying online instead? This is why. Amazon never treated me this way.

This location is usually busy and the service is subpar. I went with a friend to simply get a replacement spark plug. The woman at the counter cross referenced the part that we handed her and came back with the new part. Luckily we opened the box and compared it to the one we were replacing because the one the lady gave us was completely different. She looked at the computer again and said she couldnt help us since there was nothing else listed. We left and went to advance Auto parts. The people there were much more knowledgeable and found us the correct part within minutes.

Decent place to go

My wife’s car battery needed replacing, went to West Main Autozone on Monday 9/30 and Jonah replaced the battery in my wife’s car, battery was located under the ECM and was more involved than most but Jonah went the extra mile and got the battery swapped out quickly for me, very professional and well done. I will be returning to this Autozone for any future automotive needs.

Very sport customer service & handy staff. Workers are also biliangual thats a plus. The store of autozone has many varieties when it comes to car stuff & quick, satisfying business.

OMG its so slow in this location. The employees are really nice but they never have enough staffing. Its unfortunate, expect to spend about 30 minutes in line.

The pepole are patience and they follow through very well and get the job done.

I went to advance to get a battery changed because it’s closer to my job and they refused to to it and I went in To see Luis at Autozone and he put it on for me in no time, and he’s very knowledgeable with what to do in even the simplest of repairs

Needed some standard hardware, this store couldnt understand what I needed regardless of how I explained, nor did they have hardware that any other parts store has. Ended up going to a real parts store. Thank you local Napa store.

Run of the mill Big Box parts store. Ok for most automotive needs. Not very helpful when it comes to specific bolts/fasteners for certain models. NAPA or RockAuto would better suit you.

The worst customer service ever, first of all the man yelled at my mother because she didnt have any smaller bills than a hundred becuase he didnt have the marker to check if its real. Then charges her 27.99 for an item that was on sale for 19.99 snatches the oil out of her hands and continues on his rage my mom paid full price and ran out the store in embarrassed and in tears. His name Jay Levine and he should be ashamed of his actions and fired you do not treat people we will never go there again I wish I can give this place negative stars

I ordered online a product that according to the web site, there was in-stock. I waited for the ready-to-pick-up email but it never arrived. The next day I had to go to the store and they didn’t know about the order. So, when they searched the products there were no more in stock. Such a waste of time!
