I went in was greeted with a smile about some windshield wiper blades from my Ford Focus Ford Focus I rebuilt motors for a living and was super confused I walked inside 80 walked up to me with a smile said I got you I looked at him and said yeah OK sure enough he got him working and less than 1.2 seconds pretty embarrassing enough thats why Im not leaving my name in this photo thanks Eddie Glad theres 2 knowledgeable people around I wanted to give him the middle finger because I later spent 40 minutes trying to figure it out... to the employee of the month lol

Service is slow. Had to stare at an employee to get service while they made multiple trips back and forth recycling boxes.

The VA uses this auto zone as a ups drop off location for meds that need to be signed for. Earlier tonight the clerk insisted he needed the on site manager, Jason, who was working on duty, to check me out of their computer for my VA meds delivery. This is the first time a regular clerk would not check me out. This manager asked for my email. He never once told me why & that he was signing me up for ups my choice, which could potentially give hackers/cyberstalkers tracking info of my medications. I called the manager, Jason, after I got home & received emails about the fraudulent ups my choice sign up. The manager, Jason, was nice but claimed he only wanted to send me a confirmation email Id picked up the meds. I did not ask for this confirmation email nor did he tell me that was why he requested my email. I called UPS & they said they never heard of a drop off location signing customers up for ups my choice without their knowledge & consent. This is called FRAUD, & IDENTITY THEFT. This stores clerks never request to see my ID when picking up my certified packages. Ive requested them to do so. Although I canceled the fraudulently created upsmychoice account Jason created using my information I realize I cannot trust them with my packages period and will need to use a more secure delivery method. Beware this store handling certified packages as a ups drop off location, especially meds, which could be extremely dangerous if left with criminals &/or malevolently intended individuals; Especially since one individual I lived with for 5 weeks who was involved in hacking, cyberstalking, & stalking me claimed that the purpose for loosely affiliated people to stalk me via exploiting my smartphones ability to track, cyberstalk, & stalk me is to slowly get away with murder of victims, and for profit. I have already experienced dangerous problems at my apartment complex with people intercepting my meds and packages, which is why I have them sent certified. In response to the owners reply I was never required to provide my e-mail when picking up my meds before from your store, UPS stated that I should NOT have been signed up for upsmychoice without my knowledge and consent, and the ups rep stated shed never heard of this happening before. So it sounds like your clerks changed their usual procedures last night for reasons unbeknownst to myself and ups.7/21/21- update: today I went to pick up my meds at this ups drop off location. The clerk requested to view my ID and was very nice. Thank you for hearing me reference my need for security! I am grateful! As such I am updating the review from 1 to three stars. I will continue to update; hopefully with good experiences.

Probably the best Advance Ive been to. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and organized and they have a suprisingly good amount of hard to get parts for older vehicles. My favorite part about this store is they carry every Armor All product I like. Im pretty big into keeping my truck clean inside and out on the regular, and they are my go to for these products. Highly recommend this Advance.

Bought windshield wipers here. They were actually cheaper than discount stores for the same brand. Associates were friendly, store was nice and neat. Definitely easy finding my way around and thats amazing for me because I dont know much when it comes to vehicles. (I would end up in several areas that had nothing to do worth what i was searching for)

People working here try to help you solve your problem. They do not try to push the most expensive item for sale. While in the short term the store misses a buck or two in revenue, longer term they make themselves trustworthy partners in the car of my car, ensuring they are my first stop, before the mechanic.

Great customer service welcome as soon as I walked in was help right away in finding what I was looking for and even though they only had one of the 3 things I was looking for they were very helpful respectful and communicative they went out of there way to check everything in the back to see if they by any chance had what I was looking for Im very pleased with how they work at this location. I highly recommend this auto parts store to anyone.

2/18/20 - Fiance went in to get her check engine light scanned and the associate with a pony tail refused to help and gave a snarky attitude about a little bit of rain (misting tbh) outside. Drove right to OReillys down the street and they got it done and printed out sheets with possible causes and fixes to take home and look over. When your direct competitor is minutes away, a little customer service goes a long way in deciding who gets the our future business. Thanks Ponyboy!

Great staff. Ordered online and picked up in 30 minutes. Guys knew exactly what I ordered as soon as I started speaking. I dont like the west side store. They are rude and unhelpful. These guys are all very friendly and professional.
