The store is newly opened and sells halal meat. Its operated by Ateek and Morad. Lots of Indian, Pakistani, and Bengali groceries.
A very clean store with fresh stock, run by an incredibly friendly family. They’re always quick to help whenever I have a question about a product, and offer to supply an item that is not in stock if needed. If they can’t, they’ll suggest an alternative product, which is incredibly helpful! I also am glad they have fresh produce for those days I can’t stop by a larger grocery store. Good deals and great customer service!
Awsome people, feel like home. you would get the right suggestion if you have question of selecting any stuffs. They do have home made samosa, you should try it out. I do drop in every Thursday to buy fresh vegetables and get what I need. Very Clean and product quality is very good. Believe me you would feel happy to be here with the service and friendly care that you receive as a customer.
Clean, friendly well stocked Indian groceries. Not the best place for Pakistani groceries but that’s just because the owner might not know about the need.4/2018 The Store has a new management now. The new owners are super friendly and continue the welcoming tradition of South Asia!
The new owners are the sweetest people I know who always go out of their way to help you. I love shopping here!
Fairly good place to purchase Asian food, specially Indian food. Not a big place. There are expired goods therefore look at the best before date before purchasing. Friendly people though.
I was driving all the way to Orange, CT for my pantry needs until I found this place. SO much closer with all the delicious spices and neat oddities that you expect from an Indian grocery store.Great prices - I mean really great! They even rival my online and Aldis finds, so shop here without regret. They have a refrigerated and freezer section along with fresh produce to balance out the dry goods. Even otherwise very expensive items (like whole cashews) are here at an excellent price.I also purchased a large bag of popped & salted sorghum and Im so excited! This is a superior high-protein grain to popped yellow corn and the baby kernels are fun to eat without adding unnecessary fat. I am enjoying now (right out of the bag); an item I would never find at a regular American store, despite being an excellent backyard crop.
Very clean and organized. I am happy camper. Keep it up !
They have pretty much whatever you need
Very good store. I love the selection and variety
This is a nice indian grocery store owned by a sweet and helpful Gujarati indian lady. They have most of the Indian groceries that youd normally look for at an indian store. Not too expensive on the pocket.Overall a nice place to shopI had a great shopping experience. The lady was very kind and helpful.

We have recently moved to Hartford are, been to various stores offering Indian groceries, India Mart stands out among the rest, very well stocked, clean store with extremely friendly staff
Indiamart Has Lots Of Indian Food To Choose From.
Clean store . Very good customer service.Over priced for certain items
I used to shop here between 2006 and 2010. This was my go to place for indian grocery. I got everything I needed. No complaints there. However, some products didnt have expiration dates marked on them. That said, I didnt have any health related issues. I would certainly recommend to people in Newington, Berlin, Middletown, Cromwell.
This is probably the best Indian grocery in CT.
Delicious food at great prices.
Nice people who care about their customers!
Sorry to see that they are closing will miss the store
Have most of regular indian groceries and vagitables.
One of the worst stores in Connecticut the owner just does not care about his customers
