Visiting from California and looked up this Cafe and decided to check it out. The breakfast burrito crepe was delicious and on point. The salsa and sour cream made it even better. We also had to have dessert, so we tried the Chocolate and Strawberries crepe with some coffee. Totally hit the spot! The staff was really chill and cool as well.
I would have given five star but there is a need for some improvement on the crapes. The late was delicious, the açaí bowl was good . The lady at the register ( maybe the owner) was really nice and when we asked to make the crape more crispy she was absolutely helpful and order for us another one. Well the second crape was a little more brown but was the same. I would say undercooked. The lady said maybe their cast iron crapes maker wasn’t working ok. Anyway stay away from the crapes unless you ask for crispy one
Absolutely wonderful. We had a breakfast burrito, a breakfast bowl, and a sweet crepe. All were fantastic. I had a cappuccino and my husband had an iced black tea. Both were nicely done. Staff was great. Restaurant was airy and spacious..at least this morning, so had no worries about sitting inside. Three tables were set up outside. We will be back!!
Really nice little spot. I had a breakfast burrito crepe and sat on the patio. The iced coffee was okay. Staff was great. Bathrooms were kept clean. Within walking distance of several little shops and thrift stores. Great place to take a break while visiting the area.
Really nice selection of sweet a savory breakfast and lunch crepes. Pretty good coffee as well. It was quite busy on a Sunday morning, but we still received our large order in a short period. Seating required a lookout to grab a spot once one became available. Despite the crowd we really loved it and will definitely be making a return visit.
Gluten free crepes! I got my first crepe here three (?) years ago and wasn’t blown away, so never came back. I went again last month and was blown away by how much better they were.The breakfast burrito style crepe is huge and stuffed with goodness. Pictured is banana, strawberry, Nutella crepe. Expect ~$10 per crepe, but expect to be filled afterwords - they’re lunch portions.Location can’t be beat, I’m sure the coffee is hot, and they’ve got good chairs and relaxing area.

Great spot in heart of Meredith so close to Mills Falls hotels. Had the fruit bowl - loaded with strawberries blueberries bananas apples. I added granola, coconut and honey. Best breakfast in town. Lots of healthy options. Highly recommend.
5 star review! My husband and I are new to the area and tried this delightful place for the 1st time, bringing along my brother and sister-in-law. We all absolutely loved our crepes and bowls! I had the steak crepe and it was filled with steak and so delicious; my husband had the dessert strawberry and banana crepe with Nutella and chocolate sauce ( and I had to have some of his too! ) and it was glorious! My brother and sister-in-law loved their meals as well! I met the friendly owners as well and they were so pleasant!!! We will be back!
Visited early this week while on vacation. Fantastic food. Breakfast Bowls were awesome. Veggies tasted like they were picked earlier in the morning. Muffins were legit too. Nice cozy place.
Overall great breakfast! Quick to place orders but a but of wait to get food tho all made fresh to order. good selection of sweet & savory crepes and other breakfast items, and lots of coffee/ tea/ smoothie options. Friendly staff. Crepes were thin and tasty, breakfast savory crepes were filling and delicious. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee were good too. We were able to sit outside, and on a Sunday morning there was guitar live music
This is our new favorite breakfast place in the Meredith/Laconia area. I was hesitant that it was just crepes, but they had so many great options including a delicious crepe breakfast burrito. Great coffee and ambiance too!

We are from Boston and my 17 year old son and his friends went here while we were vacationing in town and told us that it was “the best breakfast ever…and quick”. We then went on our way home and totally agree with them! The crepes were fantastic, coffee super good and açaí bowls amazing! We all highly recommend this cafe!! We wish it was closer to us at home.
A little bit of France in the Boston burbs. Carefully curated goods and a beautiful array of crepes and baked goods. Worth a stop if youre riding along the Minuteman, or are in the neighborhood. Worth the trip if youre feeling nostalgic for la vrai cuisine francaise.

This is a small cafe & creperie on Main St in Meredith, New Hampshire. They also have an extensive coffee & tea selection. I believe it closes at 2 during the week & 3 p.m. on weekends. I always get the smores crepe & an Egyptian tea. They have sweet & savory crepes.Im getting hungry writing this. There are several small tables on the porch. Very pleasant.
My father is first generation French Canadian American and the ONLY meal he cooked when I was growing up were crepes. I also live 3 blocks away from the best crepes in New Hampshire(chez Vachon), so I am not easy to impress when it comes to crepes. I sampled both sweet and savory crepes and both were fantastic. Super quick and a great dining area as well.
Omg you need to go to this place for real. The atmosphere in this place is just so great and chill and its nice and cozy as well. Soft music playing in the background just makes it a real inviting. Super friendly service. So many menu options of great stuff and there crepes are big and they were just so amazing. So if your looking for a good bite to eat and a place thats relaxing this is it.

Only ordered the Blueberry Pomegranate iced tea but the service was superb and so was the tea! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very cute and cozy place. Would love to try some food that meets my Keto diet next time we are in Meredith!

The coffee, acai bowls, egg dishes, pastries, and everything else in this place is drool worthy. We stopped in a few times for quick snacks or a meal or coffee while we were in the area and everytime we were super satisifed.The staff was very friendly, the place was quaint but nice, and the service was quick. All about supporting small business but.... Ordered a breakfast bowl with Kim the server. Waited for over 20 minutes while others behind me got their orders. Not overly busy. Went up to the counter and found out they forgot my order. Grrrrrr! No apologies from staff, asked for a refund and will never return. Worst service from a cafe I’ve ever experienced.
It’s been along time since We have enjoyed a delicious crepe. We ordered both savory and sweet.We were delighted to find this little restaurant in Meredith and highly recommend stopping in. The staff is Pleasant the food was exceptional and the atmosphere inviting.

Food is good but we ordered online at 8:45am and paid ahead and they said it would be ready at 9:25. Got there at 9:25 and were told we would be called when it was ready but we were promised 9:25. Didn’t get the food until 9:40. Yes they were busy but the whole point of online ordering is so you get there and just pick up the food and leave. There was no use ordering online because we had to wait in the order line anyways for 15 minutes while the food was sitting there cold. Don’t order online because it’s a waste.
We will be returning to this sweet cafe.
Nice place. Had the breakfast burrito crepe; wouldve preferred a tortilla under the circumstances. But the chocolate strawberry crepe was amazing, tons of chocolate, so Id stick to the sweet crepes over savory.

48 Main Cafe and Creperie proves itself to be superior in staffing, food, and overall energy. It’s owner and other staff are clearly invested and make sure you are having the best quality food and experience you can have. The food, well let’s just say, I am definitely going back. They had wonderful options for crepes, lunch, and even the most stubborn eating kids will find something to eat there. The moment I walked in everyone was greeting me, their was just a cozy vibe and the staffing did a wonderful job. 10/10 would recommend!
Ive stopped here before to order a smoothie it a hot cup of tea and a pastry and always been more than satisfied. Today was different. My friend and I both ordered lunch crepes. I had the Mexican burrito and she had the Thai sunrise. Both of us were disappointed! Neither crepe showed any flavor profile commensurate with what we ordered. The comment on the Thai sunrise was that the peanut sauce was good but the crepe had no Thai flavor profile at all. My Mexican Burrito crepe had beans, rice, cheese and chicken but no Mexican accents whatever! I suppose a side container of extremely ordinary salsa from a jar and sour cream was supposed to help but not even close! Frankly I doubt I would order a meal here again but rather stick with what seems to work.

Everyone needs to try this place you wont be disappointed! Our first visit was yesterday so good had to come back today. Looking forward to trying everything on menu. Owner is an absolute sweetheart! And Jared cooked us a dynamite breakfast. The other nice lady made us a killer real fruit smoothie. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Cozy seating with outdoor porch option. Price range $3-$10 quality ingredients in everything served. Youll love the coffee and tea toppings too. Enjoy!
Great place and the crepes are excellent!! We arrived right at closing but the owner stayed and they served us on the porch out side... nice touch!! Worth your time to visit and enjoy good food!
For me the food but was just okay. Nothing spectacular. The atmosphere was nice and it was clean. We ate outside and that was nice.I ordered an iced tea and it was freshly brewed but it was so weak that I asked her to make another one. She did but it was still weak. I ordered the Thai Sunrise crepe. It was okay the chicken and vegetables were not seasoned at all. All of the flavor came from the Thai peanut sauce. For my taste the Thai peanut sauce was a little too spicy hot.The bottom line is that its a good well put-together quick meal if you are interested in that. Just dont expect a wow factor.
This place is really good. I always go for the savory crepes. Even though my girlfriend always has a sweet crepe. Great food great atmosphere and of course its always nice when the cooks already know how Id like my food. Excellent service
Jared runs the cafe and always provides a top notch customer experience coupled with delicious food & drinks. Relaxed cafe with welcoming atmosphere. Games, a warm fire, good conversation with locals and crepes and breakfast sandwiches to die for!
Confusing order situation and the food is pretty good. The Thai crepe is worthless. The monte cristo is killer.

I feel like this was an off day for them. The employees mentioned that several workers had not shown up for their shifts and that they were severely understaffed. You could tell they were feeling the added stress. Nobody smiled or had anything particularly nice to say. We were greeted by the cashier by him informing us that it would be about a 45 minute wait. The staff members bickered amongst each other and made snide remarks to each other.My girlfriend ordered a sweeter crepe and a lemonade. It took an hour to receive her crepe and it was somehow very cold. She said it wasnt that great. Also, her lemonade was basically straight lemon juice. I gagged and almost threw up because it was so overwhelmingly sour.I have celiac and ordered a gluten-free crepe along with a caramel iced coffee. I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed my crepe, it was perfect! The iced coffee was pretty terrible though and the woman behind the counter was kind of weird when we asked if they had any non-dairy creamer. She said that yes they have some, but didnt ask if we wanted it nor did she go to get any for is. We waited a few mins to see if she would bring any but she seemed distracted. Eventually we asked again and she acted like we had never asked.Finally, because they were so short staffed, nobody was free to clean up front for a long time and the trash was overflowing like crazy. Eventually one of the staff members got a chance to come up front and clean it.I feel bad because I know they were short staffed and doing the best they could which is why Im leaving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I really want to like this place because I enjoyed my food and the building itself has a lot of charm and character, but in all honesty we probably wont ever come back.Edit: Ill also mention that their customer service is complete garbage. After leaving an honest review stating both the bad AND good experiences, I get this response stating that I should just accept the bad service and that theyre ok losing the business to people who have anything bad to say about them. How about you use this as a learning experience and work to fix the issues with your store and your staff, not blame the customer. I also work for a small business and would never dream of speaking to my customers this way. Ill also add that one of your employees was screaming profanities from the back room, but I left that out of the original review because I felt bad that they were so stressed out. Learn how to take criticism and maybe youll be able to run a functional business.
Wow! Went early to beat the rush. Fantastic atmosphere, cozy, and welcoming. Get the live a little crepe, you will feel like you died and went to heaven. Presented beautifully on plate, wish I had taken a picture. Lots of great stuff on the menu. Wish I had discovered it sooner! Plan to return to try all the other goodies on the menu! I have come here many times to enjoy the hot chocolate or tea or soup and sit talking to a friend feeling that it was a wonderful atmosphere. This time, one of employees was playing on his little guitar between serving customers and it was so pleasant.
The food was decent. What I didn’t enjoy was the place didn’t close till 3:00pm but they were packing up at 2:05?? There were plenty of people sitting in there tho. Around 2:30 this gentleman came in and they said they had already packed all the crepe stuff up so all he could get was a coffee?.
This place was super busy when I got there. The staff was upbeat and handling it well. My friend and I got crepes which were fantastic and or portioned generously. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
Tasty food, cozy atmosphere, nice people. Offerings include savory and sweet crepes, soups, bowls, a nice tea bar, and more. First visit included an Apple, Brie and Honey crepe with Turkey and it was delicious; second visit, the Thai Bowl followed by Cinnamon and Sugar Crepe, both of the which were tasty on a cold snowy day. Also had an exceptionally good cup of English Breakfast tea--a real treat. Looking forward to return visits.

Delicious crepes with a nice variety of fillings. The staff is always friendly. The downside is there is not much space inside and only a few small tables outside. They have a full coffee service, but I havent tried it to comment.

Nice little place off the main drag in what the locals call the village. Nice quiet interior with tables, and a fireplace faced by comfy couch. WiFi allows you to work on that novel or resume or to surf while you drink on of the many coffee offerings.I ordered a simple lemon-something crepe with a sweet tangy sauce that fit the bill for me. Nice place to meet a friend and chat.
Love the atmosphere and service. Its rustic and cozy with an inviting fire place and a pretty wooden atmosphere. While there, they ran out of a particular type of cheese a customer requested, so one of the workers ran to the grocery store to buy some. Now thats service!Unfortunately, the crepe quality is inconsistent. My sons was cooked to perfection, with a soft, golden outside, but my wifes was so overcooked, she could have picked it up with her hands and eaten it like a breakfast burrito. The outside was dark brown and the edges were crunchy and burnt. A lady at the table next to us said the same thing about hers.We went back the next day, and my son got another perfect crepe and again said it was amazing. My wife chose not to get one this time, but well try again in hopes the consistency will be better.
Yummy food! Very cool, eclectic vibe- comfy sofa, with old books and vinyl for sale. Service is a bit topsy turvy! But seems to be worth it!

My wife and I just happened to come upon this little gem while we were up in the area for a concert. We came here for breakfast and fell in love. She, of course, got the Live A Little crepe (strawberries, bananas, Nutella and chocolate) and an iced mocha latte. I got a breakfast sandwich, as I have a dairy allergy. I do really wish I could have tried a crepe. They looked amazing. My wife said hers was delicious, as was her latte. My breakfast sandwich consisted of a fresh cooked egg, ham (which I never get, but they were out of bacon) and baby spinach (also something I never get) on an everything bagel. This was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. I also got one of their loose leaf iced teas, which was great. We would definitely come back here the next time we are In the area.

We were visiting Lake Winnipesaukee a few weekends ago and decided to stop by with our two hungry kids on the last day for lunch right before heading home. We find them online and drive across town to get there at exactly 1:50 only to be told that they won’t make any crepes but we can order coffee/drinks.Now, I totally understand not staying late but this isn’t exactly a steak or some other restaurant serving freshly prepared duck. That takes time, that I can understand. But these are crepes, which take minutes to make. Want to leave by 2? Fine. Change your restaurant hours to 1:30. Problem solved. You get to leave on time and customers don’t waste gas/time driving across town to make it there before closing, only to be told “sorry!”
Really had an enjoyable time. The guys there were very nice. Chatting with my boys making them feel special. And were very accommodating with my picky eatters. Thanks guys we will be back.
