Easily the best experience for this type of detailed transaction. This was for an iPhone 13 Pro in a specific color. I called this location, Jeremiah picked up, answered my questions directly, provided me great info (the reason I decided to choose this location over others). The service from Jeremiah once I arrived was tier 1 best-in-class. Questions were answered, data/profile transition from one phone to another (a 7 to a 13) was completed without issue. Then a quick review of our Plan to assure max efficiency of our spend. Jeremiah even assisted with an iWatch sync to the new phone afterward. I will be purchasing another and highly recommend this specific location.

Awful experience. my bought out device was held hostage with no option of reversal as they just forged head without reviewing the account to make sure a new phone transition was even possible. they totally and completely failed at customer service. I had to pay $350+ to get my phone back. they called it a unexpected expense. that they caused.do not do your business here. Also there are 5 star reviews done by employees of this store, beware.

I just called the Verizon in Meredith and asked Russell about batteries for cordless phones. They did not carry the batteries. I then asked if he knew anyone in the area that carried the battery since I was from out of state. He Hung up!. I called again making sure it was an accident, asked the same question and he hung up again. Thank you for such great customer service. This note will be forward to corporate HQ.
