Please do yourselves a favor and save yourself some time and frustration!! These guys have no shame. Took my chainsaw in for warranty repair work, was told I’d get a call in two days... two weeks later I had to go to their shop because there phone was DISCONNECTED!!! Way to go Husquavarna...they sent me there. On top of that they couldn’t find my work order or saw!!! Had to wait another week only to get my saw back dismantled and in a plastic Dollar General bag! Yes a used plastic shopping bag, obviously the opidomy of professionalisms. It gets better, I had to pay for this! When they rang me up he tried to charge me more that what I was quoted. I left quite upset with my dollar general bag full of chainsaw parts, a man at the recycling center across the street, yells out “Awe man, they got you too! They do that to a lot of people.”

I love this place they have common parts in stock and the repair service is excellent. Its 35 to determine what is wrong but that goes towards the repair if you have them do it. Thats a good deal. Honest place.

I called before bringing in my mower to see about bringing in my mower. They said they would get to it today or tomorrow. I brought in my Honda walk behind commercial mower because it was vibrating badly while idling. They charged $30 to see whats wrong with it and it would go towards repairs if I have them do it. They said they would get to it that day or the next. 2 days later I call to check up as I had not heard from them. They said they would get to it today or tomorrow. 2 days later I call again as I had not heard from them. Same response. I called 2 days later again and they said they sent it to their Madera shop yesterday because their mechanic in Merced was too busy. They said they called me and repeated my number that was correct, but I never received that call. They have me the number to the Madera shop so I called and they had it apart. They said it would be $600-700 to repair it! I debated on fixing it or buying a new one for a few days. I shopped around and found a new Honda commercial mower for $400 less than their price. I asked them of they had any wiggle room and they said no. So I bought the mower elsewhere and asked them to send my old mower back to the Merced shop. It comes in the next day and it is still apart and missing the clutch pad and other parts. Some parts I get, but not others. I call both shops and they are not to be found, but they are sure they need to be replaced anyways. Each of the 2 shops kept telling me to have the other shop check for them. I mentioned about ordering the parts online. They told me that price is too cheap to be genuine Honda parts and if you order them chances are they will be the wrong parts and I will be stuck with them. They complained about how long it took them to take it apart and that they lost money on it. I sold the mower to a friend with him knowing all that is needing replacing. I helped my friend by calling the website to ensure we were looking at the right parts. We narrowed it down and we ordered the genuine Honda parts online including the missing parts. He spent $75 on parts and shipping. He spent 45 minutes to put it all back together and it all works great. I had bought an echo gas string trimmer, edger and blower from here years prior. I believe it was different ownership then. I am easy going and dont leave reviews unless its substantial. I felt this was so here is my review.

What a JOKE!!!! Took my older model Husqavarns 41 to have them look at it. Mechanic said while iI was in the shop it is an oler saw probably pistons and rings are bad Three days later that was the official diagnostic. Went to pick up my saw knowing that it was only an air and fuel mixture issue. When I got there My saw was partially dismanteled no compression results to show me so I brought it home put it back together agfter using B-12 to clean the carburator and awwe snap it runs like a champ. I knew this was the issue but did not have time to do it my self originally and I was asking for a new chain driver and bar but they took my 35 dollars and ran with it. LOL I will not EVER stop in there again!
