These guys and gals are amazing. I was already impressed with their knowledge and level of service when we lived in Merced. But when we moved back to Texas -- to a fairly remote part of Texas in the Big Bend region -- I found myself in need of their help. No local business (meaning anyone within a 6 hour drive) could seem to help me with any reasonable level of competence. A call back to N&S has resolved my problems. Even as a remote customer and even on minor orders or issues, they never drop the ball and always treat me wonderfully.

Person behind the counter was knowledgeable. Didnt have all the parts we needed. But had the main part that we came here for. Will come back I do like this facility. Parking lot was decent inside was clean I do recommend

So helpful and knowledgeable!!!!I always get such great service from the parts/service department that I could not believe some of the reviews I read on here? I am in here at least once a week and sometimes more and I can always rely on these guys to help me with whatever I need. Sometimes I come in with just a picture of a rusty part and a vague description of what it is and they have always been able to work with me until im walking out the door with exactly what I needed.I enjoy the friendly and small town feel of the service here and they are now my go to spot for parts for our tractors.

Unloaded there today, very down to earth people!!

Okay I come here quite often and always get great service but of course youre more likely to review after a bad experience (regardless of how rare it may have been) but this is not one those times!After going to THREE other parts places here in town and getting confused looks from other service department personnel, Carlos from Merced N&S looked at it for 3 seconds, walked back into their warehouse and returned right away with the part in hand. I could not believe it!!!These guys & gals know exactly what they are doing and thats exactly what youre looking for in a parts salesman. Keep it up N&S!!

Whats up with the crappy service department? Whos running this place? The employees look like they HATE being there. Time to revamp management. They used to CARE about customers and employees. The idiots running it now only care about money...sad. The Merced store used to be great, now its full of whoever will work the cheapest. Owner needs to take drastic measures.

Sadly to say, they are Serious need of happier people working there.. Everyone looks n acts miserable . And then you have Mr Cocky arrogant Hispanic man that sits behind the desk that needs to be knocked down a few pegs.. (God forbid he had to get off his chair and look for a part!) we will not go back to the merced store..
