My boyfriend got me an engagement ring about two months ago. I havent even been able to wear it for a week because the band broke and they keep having to send it back to the jeweler. Update: I went back again and the band was still cracked when it was supposed to be repaired. So I asked them to thicken the band and now I have to pay for a thicker band. Honestly its not even worth going back to get the ring or get it repaired. Ive went back four times and sent the ring back four times for it to still be not right. Dont waste your money or time buying jewelry from here. I asked if I could sell the ring back to them and they said I would get nothing. WACK!!!

I had my ring for 2 weeks, and 2 of the diamonds fell out. I waited two weeks for them to resize it. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix it, or if I find another ring, two weeks for them to resize it again. $30 extra for resizing as well. Not sure if il purchase from them again if the jewelry is this cheap. Im a retail worker, not hard on my hands. So this shouldnt have happened

Saw a receipt with a charge of $500 for an extended guarantee on a ring a friend bought from here. What is an extended guarantee and why is does it cost more than the ring was worth. I wont be buying from here and I hope people actually ask questions before wasting money here

I was told its the worst place with dishonest and disrespectful customer service but I was astonished and surprised when I was helped by a sweet lady.
