What a joke. I don’t know who they hired this year but apparently they don’t know how to put up the props. There’s signs on cardboard saying not to touch things strewn near animatronics. Then the main attraction when you walk in isn’t working and there’s a bunch junk in there. Pretty embarrassing. PS my 14 year old son would’ve done a way better job.

Lots of costumes and Halloween decorations to choose from. I like coming here also for the props that get put up. They are pretty neat store has great customer service and prices are competitive...

This was the fist time shopping at this store and my last, worst customer service, I bought 3 costumes and one of them had the zipper ripped went to exchange it and they had the nastiest attitude, can you believe they said, well we didnt sell it like that, like if they open every costume to check it out before they sell it, worst experience ever and I rate it a big 0.🤢

Would have given 0 stars, I had an issue with payment options, the lady asked if I wanted the items on hold. I said yes, came back about 20 minutes later and asked for them and they said they didnt have anything for me. Asked the lady who offered and she said she never did offer or put anything on hold. Hopefully they hire people with better customer service skills and work ethic next year.

I loved all the animatronics

I requested they get corn costumes last year and I did not receive! I am dissapointed in the lack of respect from my fellow homosapiens. I just wanted my kid to have a happy Halloween for once in his life!

Not as big as some other Spirit locations Ive been to but well maintained

Well we went into spirit to spend money and they didnt seem too friendly or eager to want to help us as if we were some broke shoplifters or something I will never visit that location ever again in my life.
